@JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

@JioCare Only words, No action from 47 days if you are really working then it will not take this much time? Search in Google what best you can do in 47 days but you are unable to close one ticket.This clearly shows your incapability and negligence towards customer service

@JioCare @kadam_ra01 Not installation charges it's Security refund due to not continuing Installation changes never refunded Even it's get BACK security deposit in Jio Fibre easily Try on to GET refunded Rs 1,000 It's YOUR duty to chase regularly

Worst service by jio fiber. I have raised complaint on 2nd july for internet issue and technician is not yet assigned. @JioCare @reliancejio is sending technician for new installation within 24 hrs in the same building but not providing resolution to existing customer #jiofiber
