    @JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

    @JioCare Due to Temporary outage, JioFiber services for Service ID 7513562208 are impacted in your area since 05-02-2022 03:03 PM. This is expected to get resolved tentatively by 05-02-2022 07:03 PM. This is still not resolved. Please fix asap.

    @reliancejio @JioCare never knew jio was competing with BSNL to provide the slowest internet connection. It's not even slowest, there's no network, as usual, jio customer care is clueless and helpless about the connectivity at this area: 631402.

    @JioCare @JioCare no response yet. If the installation can't be done at the scheduled time then don't send a confirmation sms to customers that installation will be done on so & so date. Such a pathetic service. Docs and money collection were done at 5G speed but installation is like -1G

    @JioCare, @reliancejio I had a pre-planned project review with multiple agencies and locations which was disrupted due to Jio network failure and lack of any information on resolution which has affected the project schedule. Would Reliance have tolerated such a project setback?
