    @JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I have never come across such pathetic customer service. There's no way to resolve the issue with my JioFiber connection. And your bot replies are getting on my nerves. Absolutely useless app with no option to escalate.
