@JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

@JioCare @JioCare after engineer fixed issue, just after using internet 4 a day again I m getting the same problem and reopened the SR.If I m supposed 2 get same service then it's better 2 look 4 some other service provider.@reliancejio any suggestions from your side?

@reliancejio This is unfortunate how big companies like jio trick and treat there costomers.I took Giofiber plan of 999, but no where in the brochure it was mentioned that this amount was not inclusive of GST(18%).So this month what I have to pay is 1178 and not 999.

Buy a @reliancejio “postpaid connection” & get unwarranted embarrassment for your business free. They first give improper services, then ignore 20+ reach outs to their pathetic customer service team & after shamelessly asking for bills for no services, they bar calls to/from you.

@reliancejio worst fiber speed in hisar and worst complaint resolution period. my complaint resolved with even solving it. Requesting cancellation from 19th april yet not resolved and my refund is cancelled. @JioCare
