    I even called Customer Care multiple times but everytime I ask for Refund they put me on hold for like 10 to 15 mins and then disconnect the call from their side. Not expected such thing from Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It took me less than 24 hours to get Jio connection when I placed the order! It shows the priority. Probably new customers matters and old ones do not. 5th day since my net services is down. Now I ain't relying on you guys. Probably be buying a net dongle. #Jiocare #donotcare

    @reliancejio , Last one month I am request to relication of my Optical Fibre connection but none are responding or reaolving the problem. Please correct the MyJio app or accept mail communications. For the same customer issues ur brother lost all the customer base n wind up.

    Yesterday visited the @reliancejio service center carrying the great expectations of getting same impressive response (deserved) from service center as their executives provide on calls,but got disappointed to see that how there were already 8-10 customers (even senior citizens).
