  I have a problem in Network connectivity. Between Morning 9AM To 6PM. It's Suddenly network is going. Internet speed will be down. Call is automatically Disconnect. Address - Prempara, Dhari, 365640 @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

  @reliancejio false assurances again and again it has been more then 10 days now and no Engineer has shown for installation still waiting Pls wake up guys if you cannot do installation just cancel it and refund my money. NO0000M0PBHL My order no.

  @JioCare called 3 times. 2 times disconnected. 3rd time no solution. Poor experience and shoddy customer service. Cust service agent Refused to identify himself. Surprised & disappointed. Difficult to change service provider but will definitely try to switch now.

  @JioCare Yes this is what customer care executive also says everytime... Never expected such service from jio. Will switch to airtel if issue doesn't get resolved by tommorrow morning. Engineers appointed are careless. Acc to jio fiber they say that issue will be resolved within 24 hours

  @JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.
