    @JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

    @JioCare Sir I beg you please resolve our issue today u can check how many time I called jio customer care all the time they said within 24 hours we will sent our engineer we have already missed 14 days and now our pack expires on 11 of March who will compensate our these days

    Does @JioCare that its @jiofiber clients rearrange their schedules to await internet technicians who never show up, lose work from home abilities, and connectivity with family when they don’t respond to service requests? Do they even care?
