@JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

@JioCare WTF is this? A jio representative came to me, with an offer of 3 months recharge + 2 months free. I did the recharge, now after 3 months jio is saying no offer they have like this. Are you guys hiring fraud stars for getting clients? Disconnecting jio for sure!

@JioCare kindly arrange a field engineer visit at my location as I am fed of jio network .From last 1 year I am complainig of 4G data services which is very poor. Indoor we are not even getting network bar .and outdoor also very less coverage. Please raise complaint.

@JioCare Check Service Request SR00001BXZ6C and more request created whenever I called in 1st week of July. The problem persists for 10 days. Escalated to many levels by mail, phone. Your internal system doesn’t work, engineer closed request without attending it.

@JioCare Hey i wanted to port to jio from my old network, i have booked free delivery on website but agent charged me 300 rupees including delivery charges. On top of that when i check the order status it's cancelled.
