@JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

@JioCare Ms. Pashmeen ,one thing is clear that m/s jio is not customer friendly at all which can be evident by the perusal of negative comments on Tweeter account. You took more than 45 days for a refund ,am I fool who paid rs 2399/ for an annual recharge. Your days are numbered!

Process of filing a JioFiber complaint 1. Call and register. They'll tell u resolution in 24rs 2. Call agn after 24 hrs. They'll tell u resolution in next 24 hrs 3. Call agn after 48 hrs. They'll tell u resolution in next 24 hrs And the cycle keeps on going @JioCare Gr8 job guys!

At 8 am, I was came to know of a power outage that was to continue till 11:49 am. Post that when I called to check, the receiver didn’t even hear me out! It ended almost 3 hours after the estimated time. No prior notice, no receptivity to grievances. Cost me a lot! @reliancejio
