@JioCare I don't recharge until I am not called. I know if I do recharge, my problem will not be shortened out. So please, help me with this so that I can fully describe my concerns to you. My area has a problem with the internet so can't access properly.

@JioCare Since 12th October, I have been reading this words "THE ENGINEER WILL VISIT WITHIN 24 HOURS TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE", I think for JIO family a day has 96 hours. And service engineer doesn't pick up calls => Sandip Verma of Bharuch. Do something about this.

@tharun241 @JioCare Worst network, worst ever service. They trap customers and later won't listen to your queries. If Internet stops working and no one will come before 48 hours to rectify. If u cancel the connection they won't pick the device and won't refund your money. Total fraud company.

@reliancejio @JioCare Even I have contacted Local JIO service engineer. I have emailed to JIO CARE. But the ground reality is NO SATISFACTORY SERIVCE. I have excepted a lot from this internet service provider.
