@jiocare executives have assured me fake promises 3 times since yesterday. Not one time there promise has been fulfilled. There is no accountability of site engineer refusing to do installation. Ticket assigned but not interested ti work and customer is suffering. #Jiofails #jio

@JioCare The PUK code of my Geo Card has been left, so I went to Geo Care three times, no new card for ten days. My card has been closed for ten days. Also, since there is only one Geo Care in Katargam, request for new card to come quickly.please help me.

@JioCare @reliancejio Present address of my post paid mobile entered wrongly by jiocare executive. Wanted to correct it, sent all relevant documents in mail to Jio as asked. No resolution as if postpaid customers are not important for them. Unsolved then porting to @airtelindia

@JioCare @reliancejio i am unable to make make and receive calls. It says out of coverage area. Jio chat support doesn’t connect to any executive ever. Raised porting request after that got a message stating we are unable to connect with you…!!! Worst services

Hey @JioCare I tried to get a jio fiber and when I used jio website to pinpoint my location it lands on an empty page. And at another page in the again I pinpointed my location it just shows the tick mark. If you can provide service please make a worth it. Else we have options
