    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Why we are getting less speed when compared to other places. We have paid for 4g speed but getting 2g speed.We also recharge for same amount and at the same time we expect same service like others. If you say lot of users are there then install one me to cater all.

    @JioCare I have shifted to new house. My request to shift my existing Jio fiber connection was denied. Even though new home is in same building. I had to take new connection because of WFH & requested to cancel old connection on 19April2021. Still no action has been taken. (1/2)

    @JioCare @TRAI @care_DIR Hi Team Jio, More than 72 hours and still your network has not improved in Gautam Nagar in New Delhi,you guys have still not given me a complaint reference number,in the capital city if your network goes down suddenly which was fine before what next Jio?
