    @JioCare ,@reliancejio I am getting an internet Speed of <10 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan. Using troubleshooting on myjio app results in a chat window where I am redirected to call customer care number which never gets connected nor there's callback. Pathetic service. Please refund

    @ACTFibernet I raised complaint regarding technical issues SR no. : Sr10163873733364 in my locality there is fiber blockout at electrical lines people are working from home no network since 8hr other networks like @JioCare & local net. taking prompt action.

    @JioCare On the same day I reached out to another jio executive who said voice service is not active and need to do a recharge that includes voice service. Jio cannot reverse the recharge amount, not even if the mistake was of #Jio executive
