    @JioCare I am not able to use the jio fibre for 3 days now. Everytime I try to reach out to customer care I just get a template rply that Jio connectivity issue observed in your area. It is really pathetic that you can't restore the connectivity even post 72hrs. @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, I did an international roaming recharge in a gulf country which was of no use and roaming recharge didn’t work. I already left the roaming country and came back to India. Now, the jio care is trying to help via email but it is of no use. Please refund

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am not getting 5G network in my iphone 12 it is updated to iOS 16.2. It is showing 5G standalone is unavailable due to insufficient SIM security.

    @nch1915 Registered 2nd time. Last one was closed in a few days, maybe after @reliancejio told you the service is restored. It's not a complaint about today's service being restored. It's about repeated & constant failures twice a week for 4 to 24 hrs. They are cheating paying customers

    @JioCare Looting has been done in the name of sim replacement charge, the customer is being given a mobile stand of Rs 150 forcefully. when he doesn't need. Kota Rajasthan

    @JioCare Recently, I talked with your agent, he told me that until and unless ur city from where u bought the sim does not get a 5g network, You are not eligible if presently u're residing in a 5g network city. Currently, I am unable to use a 5g network in 5 areas.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat My Jio mobile number and net on 9891239174 have been out of service since almost a month now, inspite of having a valid charge till August 2023 Kindly activate the service now or refund the remaining money and let me port to some other provider.
