    @reliancejio Jio Fiber internet service is not working for last more than 32 hours now. Complaint no. SR000016HIQK. Visits made by engineers but unable identify issue but keep giving commitment to fix issue within 1 hour. Poor service in Navi Mumbai. Poor response form local team

    @JioCare @reliancejio we here in kasara pincode 421602 in maharashtra thane district as the power is off network is also off and continous call drop and internet speed issues persists. Plz help and stop looting us in name of 4g the speed is not even good as @airtel 4g

    Special mention to Jio customer care executive 'Purnima' who simply had to say her own words and didn't let me speak Jio Customer care is of No help. They do not provide any help to customers. They simply know how to harrass and trouble innocent customers @reliancejio @JioCare
