    @JioCare I lodged a service request for internet connectivity disruption on 3rd July 2026 and it has been delayed since then, the dates has been changing daily, with the service request getting postponed for next day, and even customer care isn't responding appropriately.

    I've True Unlimited 5G plan, yet my internet keeps slowing down or completely stopping, especially during important work. This has been happening for days Fix this immediately or Iโ€™ll port my number to another network. This level of service is unacceptable. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare What concerned team Only lip service You guys take money and penalise if itโ€™s delayed but there is horrible support and no resolution of problem
