I have ordered a jio post paid Sim from my jio app. But I changed my mind and now I have to cancel the order but there is no any option to cancel. I aslo called to jio customer care but they are unable to cancel that. What I do I m totally confused?????? @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare jio fiber has been launched in my city but they're reluctant to provide service in my area. Its been more than a month & everytime i get the same response. Please take action or change contractor s. This is very unfair. Khodasingi area Berhampur Odisha.
