    @reliancejio I am in gurgaon ,i have a valid 395 recharge plan but no invitation by jio ,no receive 5g network,ios 16.2 updated in my 13 pro max Even my neighbor received 5g network or invitation @JioTrue5G if not possible then everyone should Switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare Hello Syed, for your kind information I am currently living in gurugram sector -33 , if you are not able to provide best service in NCR location then how will believe on jio for rural area. Very bad service by jio from last 3 weeks. No solution only getting messages.

    @JioCare Dear afrin, Dear Afreen, I am also answering 0.2kbps speed. It is not about any particular website or link. Everything is very slow. For 2 videos on WhatsApp it is 21 MB and it will take 15 minutes to download.

    @reliancejio I was trying to connect to Jio Customer care from last two days but didn't find any way on Jio app, I was being answered by bot for few prefilled questions. I made a yearly recharge in advance which had Hotstar pack including,but it's not working now

    Dear @JioCare, Raised a complaint yesterday at 6:23 PM (Service Request: SR000038F8VJ), yet no engineer has been assigned even after 24 hours. When I contacted the local office, I was told service is "not possible today" due to an employee strike. After insisting, they vaguely said "maybe by evening." Customers shouldn't suffer because of internal issues. This is highly irresponsible and unacceptable. Kindly resolve the issue immediately. #JioFiber #PoorService #CustomerExperience

    @JioCare How can I rest assured? You are generating bill for these accounts also, and this causing unnecessary expense to us. It has been 2 months. @reliancejio doesn't bother as it is getting monthly charges. I need immediate resolution by EOD.
