    Pathetic service from @JioCare This is how they torture a customer who just simply wants to relocate his/her jio fiber broadband..Will share my refund experience also soon..with proofs. This is the second time the same thing is happening with me..SEE THE COMMENTS SECTION

    @reliancejio . My issue is I had requested For Recharge to my friend’s Jio mobile no.9953765943 for Rs.2399/- ( 1- year validity ) , yesterday on 15/3/2021 For this Recharge , this amount of Rs.2399 has been deducted Twice ,{ Rs4798 has been deducted } PlzHelpforRefundOf2399

    My Experience with @JioCare is forcing me to move to New Service provider. My latest service request is SR00001463B4 & net is not working . This is my Fifth complaint in last 7 days . Welcome to the world @reliancejio .

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 2 JIO FIBER connections at my home not working & ur call center person says cannot send technician widout customer doing trblshooting & b present in front of router. What a regressive way 2 handle poor quality of service.

    @JioCare Second Recharge , was not required . Your system has picked up this no. POST PAID no. 9810985479 , of its own . We have not requested for this. This is the main issue , for which we requesting Jio , for a Refund of Rs.2399/- for a wrongful transaction . Plz doTheNeedful

    such a pathetic services by @JioCare @reliancejio the agents doesn't know how to troubleshoot the issue and they dont even know to log service request on the issue. Jio should allow user to log the service request directly from myjio app as their agent dnt wanna log a case

    @JioCare @satya_pathak01 It's been 8 days since i raised complaint...issue yet to solve and i sent formal request for disconnecting the service through WhatsApp, Facebook, twitter, email, phone and jio app..can some company really work this way? How pathetic!!
