    @JioCare i am sorry to say that the network in jio sim is not very good. I am in delhi right now after that i have been facing this issue. When there is a network also i can hear the voice of other person on phone but he can't hear my voice. A year ago i had made a complaint.🤐

    @JioCare After repeating complaints in customer care for the refund of jio fiber connection, no steps are taken. The pick up of instrument was done on 4th August. According to jio commitment the refund will be credited in 15 working days. But all are false commitment to make customer fool

    @reliancejio don't have standby power backup, whenever government power load shedding happens jio network too goes out of service, thus is happening happening because no major telecom service provider or competitors left in the country for @reliancejio @TRAI should take notice

    there's no doubt @reliancejio revolutionises the telecommunication services in india but i'm very sorry to say since last few weeks I'm facing tremendous network problems neither i can make or receive calls or use data services is this the way we are going make digital India?

    @JioCare No I have been giving you enough opportunities from 1.5 months . I would want You to take the connection off . I will prefer airtel Xstream fiber instead of the jio fiber . At least they have excellent customer care. Jio takes customers for granted .

    It's been 30 days from the pick up of set top box .still refund amount not credited .is this how customer service being provided.Provide the contact detail and progress .if we don't recharge our connection are suspended immediately than why so late in refund @JioCare @Jio_Ambani
