    @JioCare Dennis Second request was closed and issue still not resolved. #JioTrue5G has given me pathetic experience. finally decided to port my number. I will make sure in future i will be very carefull. I am going to surrender #jiofibre and dont want similar experience @JioCare

    @reliancejio I am in gurgaon ,i have a valid 395 recharge plan but no invitation by jio ,no receive 5g network,ios 16.2 updated in my 13 pro max Even my neighbor received 5g network or invitation @JioTrue5G if not possible then everyone should Switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare From internet to call, everybody from your end apologize only but nobody is genuinely concerned about the problems customer face. Already have registered my complaint with a complaint number in hand, but still no progress. I am discontinuing your network, thats all!

    @JioCare Dear afrin, Dear Afreen, I am also answering 0.2kbps speed. It is not about any particular website or link. Everything is very slow. For 2 videos on WhatsApp it is 21 MB and it will take 15 minutes to download.

    @reliancejio I was trying to connect to Jio Customer care from last two days but didn't find any way on Jio app, I was being answered by bot for few prefilled questions. I made a yearly recharge in advance which had Hotstar pack including,but it's not working now

    Worst experience with @JioCare Applied for Jio Fiber on 19th April and made the payment. On 20th April, your installation guy came and clearly said there is no network coverage in my area and promised a refund within 5–10 days. It’s been more than 15 days now and still no refund

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service by jio.. I have internet outage from 3rd may. It's been 3 days since ticket has been raised there are multiple reschedules (6-8 times), same answer from their helpline.. they provided nodal officer number for escalation, which is dead. Ugh!

    Paid for #JioFiber 4 days ago after Executive Amit Singh guaranteed same-day installation for urgent office work. Since then, he has vanished and stopped answering calls. 3 days of following up with @JioCare only yields robotic automated replies. This feels like a scam! Fix this
