In my case they are repeatedly claiming that the network is already perfect. Customer care at 198, live chat and twitter...all of them said that network is perfect / resolved. Not even a week ago my airfiber connection was down for 4 days and there is no way on earth to reach customer care. All you will get is AI bot response on call chat and emails.
