    @JioCare Dear afrin, Dear Afreen, I am also answering 0.2kbps speed. It is not about any particular website or link. Everything is very slow. For 2 videos on WhatsApp it is 21 MB and it will take 15 minutes to download.

    @Airtel_Presence Thanks so much. The broadband has been fixed by Vishnupal ... he is a very dedicated engineer with @Airtel_Presence. However mobile network is very very bad. It's been over one month and nothing is being done. I have already migrated 2 Airtel mobile connections to @reliancejio

    @JioCare my installation INSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection NO0000MSIMF7 is being reschduled by the team again and again without any reason. 2 months back also same happened and i had to cancel my order. Pl luk into this harrasment.

    Finally, got #Airtel fibre installed and connectivity restored (tweeting on Airtel n/w). #JioFiber can now happily keep ignoring customer's pleas I feel sad my hard earned 💲 is down the drain, but atleast I can resume WFH. Thanks @airtelindia Goodbye @JioCare and good riddance

    Dear Jio Team, Jio fiber service disruption is became a routine it seems and that too on weekend. No immediate support. Whenever it happens, it takes half a day to one full day for restoration. Very disappointed 😞 @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare It’s been 13 days and my JioFiber is still not working. Despite your public assurance and multiple complaints, no engineer has visited. Complaint SR00003AQ95D was closed without resolution and SR00003AYSIV is still pending. Appellate Authority has already been informed.

    @JioCare @JioCare Your customer support team has already rescheduled the engineer visit 5 times, but no one has arrived yet. It has been more than 24 hours without service, and every time we contact customer care, we receive the same response that the visit has been rescheduled.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's been three days since my jio fiber is down. The service request SR00003AAJPV is being postponed to the next day without my control or any communication from your end! This has happened twice withing a month's time frame. Kindly expedite a resolution.

    @JioCare Your WiFi mobile services are in pits In Shimla and in Sector 37 in Noida. I have paid for 5 G services and can't even make payments through Paytm. A very sad experience. I have repeatedly said so in the past but no resolution of my complaint.
