@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare I have 5 Jio connection in my house. There is network problem in all five mobiles. There is also network problem in the locality. If the network problem is not fixed then we will forcefully port it to another network.

@JioCare I already tried website number, i don't know, who alternative number they added in his account. We can't recognise that number. Here when we buy a new sim, agent add their number in alternative section without asking customer.
