    @reliancejio sir, I had gone to your office in Deoghar for new connection in my school which is in Mohanpur, after waiting a long time Manager didn't meet me. Also the guard was very much rude. He didn't allow me to go the Manager office.Needed proper action. 9431090014

    @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Very bad network condition. You talk about 5g while you don't have very good infrastructure for 4g. Internet is very slow. Please improve your current condition which is very bad.

    worst network in jio at my location. even whtsp msg is not sending. we all decided that we are joining to another network we have done everything for this complaints are avoiding by customer care. we are suffering this issue from almost 2 months @reliancejio @JioCare @AmbaniTina

    @VodafoneIN Dgusted by service provideed by Vodafone. Simply cheating people. Not refunding or extending package though I have recharged same package twice by mistake yesterday. Similar things happened @JioCare who extended my plan period. I can hope any support or do Port out.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare I have 5 Jio connection in my house. There is network problem in all five mobiles. There is also network problem in the locality. If the network problem is not fixed then we will forcefully port it to another network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio airfiber sucks from the last couple of days, couldn’t even see the face properly during video call, youtube video pauses even at 360p. This has been an pathetic experience from Jio. It’s probably time to switch to airtel .

    @airtelindia Raised IPTV installation request on 2nd May, and even after 13 days it’s still pending. Contacted customer care multiple times, got only 24-hour assurances and no proper response even after emails. Very disappointing customer service. Thinking of shifting to @JioCare

    @jio_fiber @JioCare Only 1 question for you guys, why does jio advertise additional benefits for long term jio fiber recharges when it never intends to stand on the promise, i had done a 3 months recharge and am waiting on a discount voucher for 7 days since 2 months now
