@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare I have 5 Jio connection in my house. There is network problem in all five mobiles. There is also network problem in the locality. If the network problem is not fixed then we will forcefully port it to another network.

@reliancejio regarding today's outage, if it was a dns issue, I suggest you to use @OpenDNS as a backup dns provider for JIO CUSTOMERS. If it was backbone bandwidth issue, I suggest you to partner with ASN132215 as a fallback bandwidth provider to connect all jio servers.
