I always in tension after 5 pm because my several official task are pending due to this reason and it impacts my job. Please understand and feel my situation.

Its my choice when I want to recharge a prepaid sim. And as a service provider if you have a policy of suspending an account for not recharging, then ******* do it. I have no issues. But calling like a vasooli bhai, threatening people, abusing people only to recharge their phone. What **** is this. Jokers of the highest order!
