    @JioCare I am rachergd with the 4G but I have used 1G speed. This problem is facing is 1 month your customer care speek to me fixing the problem with 1 and 2 days but not solved the problem

    @officecmbihar @reliancejio What kind of game is going on with us and the public that the network does not work properly and people are feeling fraud. A lot of trouble with the Jio network.People penalize everywhere but networking, banking No one is going to see ?

    @JioCare What is a foolish act ? My appointment for jiofiber schedules daily for last three days but no representative/engineer of jio visits my home? Your service is very bad.

    @JioCare Yeah Rahul, Network coverage is good but I don't use data after 5 pm. I don't access gmail after 5pm. I always in tension after 5 pm because my several official task are pending due to this reason and it impacts my job. Please understand and feel my situation.

    @reliancejio Problem is you are not taking action only sending msg and some testing on jio app after that no response. I have done it many times. Look in yout history. Take the proper action to resolve this problem otherwise I'll switch in another service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 8850337714: Within one hour 1gb data is over . How can possible while listening song on Spotify only. Not possible because other service provider data not use 50% also. Doing fraud with consuming whole data within a hour. Bc kitna khaoege

    @JioCare I requested for the jio fiber on 13 of January in morning and after formalities I got a msg for evening 5.30 vist. But no one is there so I called customer care they said till 9.30 your time slot is 8 pm to 9.30 pm but no one is came there.

    @JioCare Jio Fibre is proving to b even worse than BSNL. Jio fibre snapped on 4 Jan due to snow n despite repeated complaints issue not resolved.. Atleast with copper wiring we cud fix d connection ourselves but wid fibre the wait must go on...
