@reliancejio @JioCare service is pathetic... I placed a request yesterday where I was given time slot btwn 3 to 4 pm... I made so many calls n till now I haven't received any update.. now the tracking status says "expected resolution time is 1:23pm ,23rd nov"..hw long???
