    @reliancejio Hey jio! It's really a confusing task to connect to a customer care executive of yours. Tried dialling various phone numbers available on Jio's official Website. Tried whatsapp chat, jio live chat, etc but nothing helped me to connect with Real Executive of yours instead of Bots.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioShimla No internet since past 48 hrs. Pathetic customer support. 24 hrs resolution was promised but never delievered. Customer support helpline 18008969999 not reachable at all. Immediate help required

    @divyadara @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing opposite experience..The after service is TOO BAD. Go for Airtel. I will soon switch. The customer care executive at phone just spell what they see on the computer. Disappointed.
