    Experience with @reliancejio is very disappointing. 📉Poor connectivity, less speed, it’s even lesser than 3G speed with price of 4G. These performances compelling to @airtelindia and vi. They are providing far better service. Time to reconsider other network service provider.

    @JioCare @JRelince Jio store near 2 railway Stn (Navi Mumbai) I went to store for transfer of esim to new device(2/10/2022), jio store staff refused & said due 2 technical error transfer not possible & take physical sim (with extra charges)..today also they refuse service.

    @JioCare Still my Internet is down and I see the ticket has been marked as resolved without any fix, also fraudulently you guys have raised a SR for cancellation which I haven’t requested for. Shame on you, if you can’t fix the issue then plz shut your shop!! #shameonJio @_MukeshAmbani
