    @JioCare what happened to your customer service, has it gone through the drain. Worst network, bad reception, bad voice quality, call drop, only ring , slow internet. Let me know if you have decided as a matter of your company policy to not address the issues and harness consumer

    @JioCare Fiber wire is broken on the road . I am trying to reach out but getting no early response and they have scheduled Engineer visit on 8th April. In Bangalore we cannot expect a delay of 3 days for a wire fixing . Need your attention.@reliancejio
