    @JioCare @reliancejio Your so called best 4G network now providing highest call drops in our area even on same Jio network in both side at pincode 125104 and 152113 area. Now you are just looking customer like other networks.i think I have to join other network now.1/2

    @JioCare The engineer came and resolved the issue. But he was very rude and reluctant to help. I am simply surprised at the kind of customer care Jio provides. It's needs to undergo tremendous improvement. I will disconnect soon @reliancejio

    Im gettin' consistently low networks in my one phone...and getting full network in another phone at the same location...u don't have any customer care number....so whom should i register complaint to? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare my Internet is not working properly since morning. My bill has been generated but I have already paid for 3 months. Disappointed with the customer service.

    He has been rude in his words and actions. He has filled wrong info in the app, and denying to solve the issue. Complaint number - SR00001CNSAQ I request you to take strict actions against him and solve our issue at the earliest @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare experiencing slow internet speed even having active data plan with enough balance from last few days. It was not expecting because we all family members switch to jio for better experience. Please do needful.
