@reliancejio @JioCare I was served with wrong bill for my postpaid connection this month. I never upgraded my netflix intentionally.....I got upgraded by itself without even a single notification to me....and I was charged heavily for this.

@JioCare You still made sure that there will just a reply over my tweet but no resolution will be taken. As I already said, I have lost hope from your customer service which frankly you guys don't care. Didn't even try to call even once despite repeated issues. Pathetic!
