    @JioCare @reliancejio Your so called best 4G network now providing highest call drops in our area even on same Jio network in both side at pincode 125104 and 152113 area. Now you are just looking customer like other networks.i think I have to join other network now.1/2

    @JioCare You cannot check service request until then the service request is closed. Keep on tweeting and mailing. May be the customer service representatives are working hard to resolve the issue but i doubt if the ground staff even bothered about the issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm airtel xtreme fiber user and since yesterday I m not able to use internet services... Very bad experience with airtel fiber... Please try to get it solved ASAP. And I'm moving to JioFiber @reliancejio after the expiry of my current plan.

    Thinking of switching my broadband service provider. Using @airtelindia Xstream Fiber for more than a year. Would @reliancejio Fiber would be a good alternative? Or should I consider something else. Please vote based on your experience about the service quality. Thanks in advance

    @DoT_India Thank you, hope I'll get a solution, since, they are accepting 4g is not working properly in this area due to high usage or low bandwidth, still charging for 4g CC @JioCare

    @reliancejio had pathetic service from Jio Fiber. Have raised request for connection cancellation since one month but no respond till date. JIO number 7935625161

    @JioCare To get incentives,our sales reps dont mention that if I didn't cancel within the trial period I wouldn't get the full deposit back. Scammers or Sales Reps? They should be penalized, not we. If mentioned, I would've opted for another service provider @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare
