    Person who helps and supports at the crucial time is a real reliable and consistent person, during #NivarCylone some networks failed to give consistent service where as @airtelindia is still giving network support, thank you... Never expected poor service from @JioCare 😑

    @JioCare hi, I our area we are facing a lot of internet issue in the evening (after 6 pm) we can't even able to do a voice call. But in day time it is good. Please make your service better.

    UR service request no is SR00001F0PPW.U will receive an update by 2022-11-08T23:23:50. W8 a pathic service in Jiofibre,One of the worst support experience. Want 2 relocate the connection,Initial they tell to write email,once done telling put request in App.@reliancejio @JioCare

    This is unacceptable and if @JioMart @JioMart_Support doesn’t resolve the issue, they’ll lose their customers. This makes me angry and because of this people are losing their money and trust in @reliancejio. I expect them to solve this. And our patience level is finished

    Hi @reliancejio I have ported frm Airtel to jio few mnths before,The issue is I never switch off My Phone but when some one tries to contact me its showing them like my no is switched off, even I contacted the customer care multiple times but still the issue has nt been resolved.
