    @JioCare If I am on a 28 day plan & 10 days I am at this location without network, isn't this 10 days a loss to me? Will u extend my plan for another 10 days because u don't provide network coverage no right? So resolve this issue immediately @DoT_India are you sleeping?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio deactivated my mobile number on March 21, at 7:30 pm without notifying. Its been more than 72 hours now and I've called the customer care more than 12 times and written emails as well. (Service request id - SR00001IPZF) (1/n)

    @JioCare Not required 5g services atleast you can provide the 4g network in a good signal and good network quality.
