    Person who helps and supports at the crucial time is a real reliable and consistent person, during #NivarCylone some networks failed to give consistent service where as @airtelindia is still giving network support, thank you... Never expected poor service from @JioCare 😑

    @JioCare hi, I our area we are facing a lot of internet issue in the evening (after 6 pm) we can't even able to do a voice call. But in day time it is good. Please make your service better.

    No coverage one point showing most of the time zero signal strength showing not able to dial or receiving calls and sms because of this.. I can't use internet because of this poor network connection strength.. Please do provide good network strength for use LTE service. @JioCare

    @JioCare @TRAI it possible. My problem is that, having 150 mbs plan but my I mac and laptop both shows 80-90 Mbps only. But none of engineers able to sort it out, and submitting wrong and false info and closing the complainant. Plz look into this matter asap as we are doing WFH

    Heavy network connectivity issues, sometimes we have to stand infront of a shop for 30 minutes only for 20 rupees payment, network speed is 1 kb/ps now .. Disappointed with this terrific services from Team Jio.@JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

    @JioCare Hi Mahesh, I have DM d required details. I hve been chasing 4 slow speed 4m long time, but no proper resolution. JIO CC is keep on dragging wid same quesn again & again. Nw I m facing overlay ads issue while watching shows in JIO TV. Hope dis issue will nt drag like speed issue.
