@JioCare @NameIsAditya Nothing will happen, above msg is just like ctrl+C + ctrl+V nothing else. You should you service from thar district or state itself don't have any capability to close any problems

@reliancejio @JioCare It's very disappointing to know that customer care is not able to resolve the queries due to technical issues. List of channels is not available with customer care. We are paying huge amount expecting better facilities.

@JioCare Jio set top box gets hang and need to restart it. It will stop several times even after restarting the set top box. Issue is repeatedly happening. Informd customer care several times but they instruct to clear data, cache and then restart. Kindly give permanent solution

@reliancejio @JioCare REFUND HELD BY JIO Order# NO0000LS5H9B Service Rqst# SR00001BUMMB 2JUN22 - Two UPI transactions 1500x2 were made, later Jio canceled rqst, & refund only 1500/- and no refund for second amt 1500/- so many reminders given but zero response.

And they still say us to recharge & then only they can resolve the issue, my last recharge plan cycle got over by 3 weeks back & I haven't recharged. Now have decided to port my number to some good service providers. Thanks @JioCare for your very worst service 2/n
