When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 24 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Vikal Singh (@vikal_sing86096) reported@reliancejio @JioCare I have complained about the internet many times the engineer comes and visits and fixes the problem and does not tell what the issue is and the engineer calls and refuses to visit to check the internet. The internet works for only 1-2 hours after that again it stops working and when we tell him to visit and check again he refuses and the engineer name is Lakshay Garg and when we said to the engineer we pay for the internet he said in a rude way that you guys pay to jio and not me so I will work as I want. So Jio is not providing any good services to it's customer. We want action against this employee and another employee should be send to check the internet.
