  Uninterrupted electricity is a necessity which @mspdcl_manipur has failed to provide to my area. Meanwhile, @airtelindia and @reliancejio has provided uninterrupted internet fiber broadband service since day one.

  @JioCare Ghanta, your jio apps does not have sufficient options to reply, instead it's makes customer irritated, I have issue regarding my security refund , I am going through Jio apps, there is no option blady waste of time,, even customer support employees are blady hell.

  @JioCare What's wrong with the network? Poor internet connection. 4G with poor network service. These days the JIO Mobile network service is very poor. Why? Looks like we are in 2G period.

  @reliancejio @JioCare He walked off with my Data and even denied to call and check with somei e when I asked and explained I have used Jio for 6 years and still have connections and never this happend. But to deaf ears. I guess Jio just wants to deny me connection. And fair, loyal customers

  @reliancejio @JioCare Should be penalized. Now at this point 2 things are clear. Point 1 : If Jio wants to help they can but they choose not to help. Point 2: They just want to sell, make money and not help, not clarify things and let loyal customers suffer for months together. Unprofessional way.

  @reliancejio My Jio network was completely unavailable for 5–6 days. It started working again after around 4 days, but since then I am only getting 4G and 5G is still not available. Please check the network issue in my area and restore 5G service as soon as possible. Kindly help.

  Every day, hundreds of @reliancejio users are forced to walk outside to get network coverage, complete their UPI payments, & return inside. This causes delays, long queues, and frustration for customers and staff. We have already emailed Jio but have not received any reply. (2/3)
