@JioCare What's wrong with the network? Poor internet connection. 4G with poor network service. These days the JIO Mobile network service is very poor. Why? Looks like we are in 2G period.

My @SamsungIndia S20 FE 5G is not getting @reliancejio true 5G. However it supports @airtelindia 5G. I've used Airtel 5G on the device and it works totally fine. However on Jio website, S20 FE 5G is not even listed to check the eligibility. I think the issue is from Jio side.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wifi is not working from yesterday tried calling customer but no use. One technician came and said this has to be done from backend didn't tell whom to connect. I have work please resolve it ASAP. Looks like I have to switch to @reliancejio.

@JioCare @reliancejio I spoke to your customer care yesterday regarding activation of international roaming on a phone already in UAE. I was advised to buy an international roaming plan in India and that it would work. I charged with Rs 1102. Phone still not working. Pl refund
