  @JioCare I am contacting jio customer service from past 7 month , but only I am getting reply from jio is ,your refundis processed via NEFT, and amount will be reflected within 7-10 days, but it's never credited from past 7 month, whenever I contact Jio ,Bastards are replying same things

  @JioCare Ghanta, your jio apps does not have sufficient options to reply, instead it's makes customer irritated, I have issue regarding my security refund , I am going through Jio apps, there is no option blady waste of time,, even customer support employees are blady hell.

  @JioCare What's wrong with the network? Poor internet connection. 4G with poor network service. These days the JIO Mobile network service is very poor. Why? Looks like we are in 2G period.

  @JioCare Vikita, any update on SR00003BM2X1 I know you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

  @JioCare Details has been share as required. I also called multiple time to Jio support but getting 0 resolution. They had also confirm as they do receive multiple complains from the same locality, so are you guys waiting for someone to resolve @TRAI

  @JioCare Your technicians are doing there analysis via call, last 3 days service for scheduled no response and now you are telling me for the 3rd time that I need to wait for another day, I won't be rescheduling anything from my end, please first give me the reason of the delay.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Dear jio it looks like I am in 2010-12 There is no 5g network in Cloudy weather It's hard to truth on jio for a video Or dowloading...unstable network minimum 5 times a day. Soon I will switch to @airtelindia

  @JioCare @RelianceJio 3+ days without internet. Technician changing my router but refusing to complete setup. Closing tickets w/o reason. hv screenshot proof of every cancelled request. Will be filing TRAI & consumer forum complaint if not resolved in 24 hrs. #JioFiber #JioCare
