    @JioCare Ghanta, your jio apps does not have sufficient options to reply, instead it's makes customer irritated, I have issue regarding my security refund , I am going through Jio apps, there is no option blady waste of time,, even customer support employees are blady hell.

    @JioCare I am contacting jio customer service from past 7 month , but only I am getting reply from jio is ,your refundis processed via NEFT, and amount will be reflected within 7-10 days, but it's never credited from past 7 month, whenever I contact Jio ,Bastards are replying same things

    @reliancejio please check your internet services in and around Churachandpur district. Your internet service for prepaid users is getting worse day by day. We don't pay for this. Fix it ASAP!

    @JioCare What's wrong with the network? Poor internet connection. 4G with poor network service. These days the JIO Mobile network service is very poor. Why? Looks like we are in 2G period.

    Uninterrupted electricity is a necessity which @mspdcl_manipur has failed to provide to my area. Meanwhile, @airtelindia and @reliancejio has provided uninterrupted internet fiber broadband service since day one.

    @JioCare Quiet frustrating. Last 7/0 days. Speeds fluctuate way to often. Streaming on YouTube Netflix etc is slow. Feels like jio is lagging. Why.

    @Hardism You simply ask the AI voice to connect support, I have done it and it works. Sure @JioCare lacks in many things but this is simply untrue that you cannot connect to human support.

    Another update for @JioCare: I want my plan to be permanently disconnected because I have received absolutely no proper technical support despite repeated complaints for over 1.5 months.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani , You installed a tower in my village, yet your network can't even provide a stable 2G connection. I've been hearing "it will be fixed soon" from your support team for 1.5 YEARS. Stop the excuses. Fix the network. Or remove your ******* tower

    @JioCare There can't be anything worst then Jio Customer service. U people shud shut the business. Ur team has closed the escalation request without addressing it. Ur field engineer don't answer call.

    @JioCare I had asked to relocate my jio fiber connection in last March busy it has not been done. Without providing services undue billing is being done even month of May 2026. Plz sove My problem. Stop wrong billing.
