    @JioCare very poor customer experience with jio fiber in Bengaluru. Sales team collect money on time, technician doesn’t stick to the original appt, avoids calls, system doesnt show original appt, customer care least bothered. You just lost a customer because of all this.

    @JioCare Still waiting for the service engineer… no body turned up till now. What time can I expect the service person? I don’t understand the reasons for continuous missed visits for the scheduled slots. Seems a mistake in choosing big brand like jio for internet connectivity:(

    Dear @JioFiberVoice @JioCare @reliancejio The Order Number for my JioFiber connection is NO0000LUAERW.. the sales person took one year money in advance but the installation is not yet done.. neither is he receiving the calls now.. can you support me for immediate installation
