@reliancejio @JioCare I recently moved to kerala, mattannur for higher education but the place where I live in has absolutely no network coverage nor acess to internet when I am inside the house. Kindly look into this problem and I hope for a fix.

@JioCare as always zero response and assistance to customers. Net has been down since mid day and no response or responsibility from them. Easier to hold down a Hyaena and pull it's teeth than get help from @JioCare .

I had cancelled my JioFiber plan on 9th Aug, SRN: SR00001655YH & ORN: NO0000HYV3I1. I haven't received my refund yet. I've registered a complaint with NCH [Docket no: 3022545] & with Jio Fiber SRN: SR000017KW3X. When will I get my refund? @reliancegroup @reliancejio @JioCare

Telcos r looting public money of rural areas. Those companies' net connection speed is good in cities nt in rural areas. Neither they tried to improve service in rural area. And charge? As per cities. Govt. Is also neglecting there misdeeds. @reliancejio @AshwiniVaishnaw
