    @reliancejio I don't have internet and I have given an appointment after 4 days , who pays for no connectivity in between ? The customer care doesn't pick the call as I have case open tickets. The local cable guy is better than this . #pathetic

    @reliancejio If Jio can take the payment immediately, why is there no responsibility for completing the installation or providing customer support? Please look into this urgently and either complete my installation immediately or refund my ₹2,200. @reliancejio #JioAirFiber #CustomerService
