    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello, my que to the leadership is, "Do you really care?". Its been 6 days that i am following up endlessly with ur customer care team on my internet issue. Tried all & still no one heard . As said - Its easy to become your customer and later you torture us.

    @JioCare Noo its useless sending you all this info. My previous problems were too unseen, unattended and unresolved. What makes you think this time it'll b any different? Every app and website I'm facing issues. Not just my home, wherever I go internet remains slow.

    @reliancejio : From past 20 days in Hingoli, Maharashtra facing network issues. In afternoon the jio network suddenly down and because of that not able to do my office work. I hope you will take into priority and resolve the problem ASAP. Thanks.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm a #JioPosPlus user. I'm not able to call #Jio normal customer care from my number. I want you to remove my number from JioPosPlus app so that i can call normal customer care. Neither Jio distributor nor Jio office is removing my number from JioPosPlus.
