  @JioCare I have purchased STB yesterday through online process from app it seems to be delivered yesterday before 2 pm as I have booked the slot for the same but yet it has not delivered/ Setup. Is this the service Jio providing for the customer unhappy with the service.

  @JioCare hi team, In my area the network is terrible. Unable to attain the online classes & even normal internet operation. Recharged for entire year& most importantly m staying in central location of Puri town,odisha.Terrible network coverage here. Take immediate action on this.

  @reliancejio People who are reading the tweets . Please don't go for Jio connection its worst customer service I even seen . I switch to @ACTFibernet that gives better service. Best thing is you can read all the comments below , you will find most of negative comments .

  @JioCare @reliancejio Worst customer service ever. Got a new fibre connection. Paid for it. No one coming for installation since 3 days. Appointment getting rescheduled on it’s own. You give depression to people with Jio Fibre service. You owe me 30k and new mental peace.
