  @JioCare st 30 days is not justified when your own system clearly shows otherwise. I also request Jio to investigate why this recurring outage is happening every month and provide a permanent solution, rather than asking customers to repeatedly bear with the disruption.

  Operator has taken an advance & yet no agent has shown up for setting up a wifi connection at our place. No agent has even spoken properly on this & the operator neither cancels the request nor he's willing to return the advance. I assume the service is a problem @reliancejio
