    @JioCare 3 days multiple complaints but still no resolution regarding my jio fibre issue. Thrice engineer visit scheduled but no one showed up. Senior engineer not picking up my call. Need escalation of this issue and expedited resolution.

    @JioCare @mukeshambani01 Now jio fiber is available just 200 mtrs away from my house and when I spoke to a jio person to provide connection to my house also,he said it will take 6 months to do so..6 months to cover 200 meters!!so slow!!are u guys providing metro railway facility or what!!

    Dear, @reliancejio You're giving slow internet network in the name of 4G than a 2G network. Please stop making us fool. Sold your network saying fastest 2G network not 4G. Can't go beyong 20kbps. Really dissapointed.

    @reliancejio @kahinipanjabi Sir. We have bad internet connection in my area. Due to work from home we have purchased 2 jio fi devices. The data quality is not even 1 MBps. We have reported the issue in jio office several times here.

    @JioCare Worst customer service. In last 3 months 4th time having connectivity issue. Everytime there is delay of 24-48 hrs in attending. Have to call customer care multiple times. Today's visit was scheduled at 6 pm. Nobody called, no update. Big mistake choosing Jio.

    @HathwayBrdband providing very poor service. Its been a huge struggle to raise a service request and there is no solution even after 5 days. It is such an irony that you call yourselves as India's most loved internet service provider. #DigitalIndia @reliancejio @ACTFibernet
