  @JioCare There is no signal interference. As soon as i step out of home, signal is fine but within the premises of building it drops to 1 signal. I can't use phone for calling or use data pack when i am inside my building/flat. That is the issue. And it started 2 months back.

  @JioCare Has jio shut down customer care completely?? I dont get reply in Email nor on DM on twitter. Jio live chat is utter garbage and If i had time to waste on support call I would do that but sadly I dont & even that is sometimes not working as i recall from the past.

  @ReshmiDG @Iyervval @reliancejio I am pretty sure a) their engineers have reported that the problem is already fixed or b) that your payment has not been credited despite it showing on your myjio app. They will come when it suits them.
