Is it that much critical issue for Jio to fix one wire ? It's been 7 days, and Jio is not able to fix one wire ? Is this your capability? Should I shift to another internet provider as you're not capable to provide service to your customer? @JioCare @AmbaniTina @reliancejio

@imsach1n I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

Hello @JioCare One of my friend from Assam wants to port her Vi sim into Jio, the Jio sim seller told her that it will take 10 to 15 days to port. Is it true that Jio takes 10 to 15 days to port a sim? Any solution for it?

@JioCare @reliancejio Order Number NO0000ICLFGF. Payment done on 14th Aug, installation supposed to done in 18th then reschedule for today till 11.30 hrs. Nobody is responding, I don't expect this kind of poor service. Fake promise and commitments during booking.
