    @reliancejio highly disappointed with your service. Such a big brand but I didn't expect such a shallow services from your end. Its been more that a week I have been requesting for the wifi connectivity, payments & KYC done but still no installation. #customerservice

    @JioCare 7 days to resolve a complaint..internet service down from AUG 31st..check from Aug 31 complaint raised. Only assurance but no resolution. Pathetic

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence.I ported out of @reliancejio in July and moved to Airtel postpaid after hearing good things about it.However I m extremely disappointed with ur service.Calls drop n there is little to no tower presence in my house,which is bang in the middle 1/2

    @Mittermaniac It’s all correct what u have mentioned .. but jio signal is very poor in my area.. from last one yr .. I m complaining .. but no resolution has come out rather than fake promises from @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Data looters. 😡😡😡😡😡 . worst internet service. Used less than 500 mb . Till now but msg came that daily data pack limit has been reached. Previously ported from airtel. Now i regret for what i did. Jio = worst service/ ( and this is my last recharge )😡😡😡😡😡😡
