    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    I'm fed up with Jio ₹899 recharge every month, but no 5G and terrible 4G speeds I can't even study properly, despite the tower being just 100m away. #worst @JioCare Shame on Jio's owner😡 I've been filing complaints for the last three months, and all they do is send the same msg

    Dear @JioCare, I booked a service slot this morning because my JioFiber WiFi has not been working. I was given a service window between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, but it’s now past 6:00 PM. Neither has your engineer arrived, nor is your employee answering my calls.

    @JioCare Shameful service provider Jio fiber SR registered on 26.6 Er scheduled on 27th postphoned on 28.6 again postponed on 30.6. Again on 1.7.26 It was stated visit on 2.7.26 again rescheduled on 3.7.26 Almost 168 hours are over shameful ugly service provider Fraud 1 @jiocareindia

    hey @JioCare @reliancejio, I am not sure if it is on purpose that you don't provide option to have a call with agent. We need to talk to real people for issues. I want to close JioAirFiber connection. Please tell me the process.

    @JioCare The refund request has been in process since June 3 See your msg below. Customer, Refund has been initiated for your JioFiber Order no NO0001DMW7E4 and will be auto credited to the original payment mode within 7 business days. Why does it take so long to make refund?

    @JioCare @reliancejio has failed to assign a service engineer in the last 4 days after multiple complaints of their Air fiber being non-functional.. :/ Their call center politely tells me that we I'll take this on priority but it's almost a week now and their priority is nowhere

    @JioCare I don't understand why it is taking so long to provide resolution to my service request of relocation ?? How much patience you want to test of your customer. If you can't simply say you can't and return my advance amount paid. This is very disappointing from @JioCare .
