    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio People on customer support saying they have limited optioons as they are working from home, they cant do much. Cant transfer the call to anyone who can help. Do I have to install the fiber connection myself then?

    @JioCare Though @airtelindia is somewhat expensive but in terms of service, it is far better than @reliancejio . Recently, quitted airtel just because it was expensive but realizing now.

    @JioCare Here is vishal chaturvedi engineer of jio Mobil no. 6398461095...he is demanding pipe of plastic appx. 400 mtr... rs 12000...appx... Then they will connect wire.. Is it okay for a customer

    @JioCare FYI jio 4g volte 's data speed is around just 50kbps in my area (outdoors) and whenever i try to report they escape with an excuse of so many people are using internet via jio's network simultaneously that it unable to give speed...!

    @JioCare This is torture from Jio. Waste customer care support. Pathetic service. You guys do not understand how much people are suffering because of these delays.

    @reliancejio My plan has three days to go and i have not decided to renew due to the atrocious service levels. COULD YOU PLEASE STOP THE PESKY REMINDER MESSAGE WHICH GOES ON AND ON?
