    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare The installer physically took the device back due to a technical mismatch and never returned!I have NO device & NO internet for 14days,Every complaint I open (like SR00003F6C4L) is auto closed without a fix or refund. Fix probelem or process my refund immediately. #ConsumerCourt

    @JioCare complaint: I received the same refund-related message from Jio on 11/08/2026. However,despite the assurance provided by Jio,no refund has been credited and no satisfactory resolution has been provided to me even after several days. Kindly clarify what is meant by “next few days”

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/4 I contacted customer care and was told it would be resolved within 3 days. I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.

    @RelianceJio @JioCare Can’t load WhatsApp on 4G or 5G anymore. What kind of service is this? The network connection is getting worse by the day. Please look into this asap!

    @JioCare During the installation, your engineer himself informed me that there was a problem with the modem/router and assured me that the issue would be rectified by the Jio technical team within the next 24 hours. However, after leaving my premises, he never returned and has also
