    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    Gonna stand by dharma yet steal peoples money @reliancejio charging a premium for service which the customers don't acquire in fulls is deceit. Please rename jio to maro cos if the far right in me is ticked where i cant speak to my family or listen ti bhajans in peace..

    Delhi heat was insane today. My iPhone stopped working because of the heat, and since I use an eSIM, I thought I lost access to my phone and SIM. Thankfully it started working after 30 mins. What’s the backup plan if a phone with eSIM never turns on again? @AppleSupport @JioCare

    @JioCare took 1200 for Jio router shifting after confirming feasibility at the new location. Later said relocation not feasible. Do @reliancegroup and @reliancejio have to scam customers and loot 1200 to sustain themselves? Customer care unresponsive.

    @JioCare Internet not working since 7th May 2026 and your engineers are not responding. Without visiting the premises they are rescheduling appointments. Please help.

    @airtelindia and @reliancejio could you please sort out the issues amongst yourselves. I have both, and seems like i can never reach my Airtel number from jio. Says it's busy, when I am holding them infront of me.

    @JioCare Airfiber team called me and stated, @JioCare Don't have anyone to service in my area. Nice ! That's why previous technitians were not talking calls on direct phone numbers.

    @JioCare Not even responding for DM’s.I got tiered on calling customer care daily and i went jio main office in waltair siripuram,Visakhapatnam.And told my issue with Rajasekhar JHT ,he told me that he didn’t have any access to resolve my issue. Then were should i go! @Tech_glareOffl
