    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    @JioCare pathetic service by jio. Fraud services. If by mistake any money got debitted for the same amount money should be refunded. Jio is a big brand. They should refund money.

    @JioCare I'm don't have any hope now, I'm just tired actually. It's not working anymore. With @JioCare my experience too bad. From 2016 to 2021 more than 1000 complaints, no solution.

    Receiving extremely poor @reliancejio network in Dharnasi Area of thuroo tehsil in district reasi. Requesting @JioCare to direct concerned management to extend signal connectivity of jio, so consumers would easily get connected with rest of world in the era of digitalization.
