  Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

  @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

  @JioCare Jio's network has become terrible; I've faced so many issues lately that I had to recharge with Idea instead. Does Jio not care about its customers at all? Customers are suffering significant losses because of Jio. It's totally cheap by Jio.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Worst network ever! Our entire village near Amethi has 0 network since 4 days. No calls, no internet. Complained 3 times, no response. If not fixed in 48 hrs, 100+ users from our village will PORT to @airtelindia. Pincode - [227413] #JioDown

  @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare i havent rates any complaint or service request, how the hell it get raised automatically, after your local engineer called me to not to recharge airfiber! I will not work after August 2026! Tell me this, i am not asking about service request!

  @JioCare I am canceling without using properly and after paying 4 months money in advance which your customer care team arrogantly said they won't return. So my money is also lost and didn't availed proper service.

  @JioCare service of jio fibre has detoriated. Now it's 3 days after raising service request complain no internet. Waiting for engineer to visit. This is now happening every month. Thinking of moving to other service provider.
