    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    I am using jio sim but today morning my Mobile network not shown and sim is disabled in my mobile and my sim is work in other mobiles and other sim work in my mobile. Customer care advice to replace sim at store but i am handicap not able to go any where. Please help @JioCare

    @JioCare Service ID - 778730161297 Complain ID - ES000002C71D. Leased Line having PING and packet drop issue for 8 days now, not getting solved by sending emails to businesscare or calling my relationship manager, Mr. Palash Das, at kolkata. Better service is expected

    What the hell, every day around 9:30 jio fiber goes out and I hear “we are experiencing some technical issues”. Not able to work from almost a month now. This is getting serious. I am surely switching from this. But think something legally first @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    Major Loophole! Message from @reliancejio states that Roaming Services in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh are NOT available for prepaid users and for Numbers migrated from Prepaid to Postpaid using My Jio app or website, instructing us to visit a nearest Jio Store to convert from Prepaid to Postpaid. I followed the instructions and went to my nearest Jio Store, but they outright refused saying "it's not possible from our end as it won't work in J&K" Why issue official messages directing customers to a solution that your own stores claim is impossible? This is extremely poor and misleading customer service @JioCare 👎 Customers are being sent on a wild goose chase with contradictory information from the company itself. please clarify the correct process publicly. This affects thousands of travelers and users. #Jio #CustomerService #ConsumerComplaints @jagograhakjago

    I also requested compensation/refund for the service downtime of 17 days, but customer care said there is no such policy in place. Customers deserve better support and accountability. @JioCare please resolve this urgently.
