Very admend that either you pay the incorrect bill fully to get ur connection, we will not correct the bill as this month bill already generated.

Anustup Das (@AnustupD) reported@JioCare Also this is my first day experience into the network, i asked the technician if there are any cable cut issues in the area , or else i would prefer air fiber, he wasn't keen on providing that connection inspite of me elaborating that i cannot afford the downtime as i WFH

I have ordered a new sim using self kyc service from My jio app. The sim was ordered on July 3, 2026, Friday at 11:20 Am. It was supposed to be delivered between 24 and 48 hours. But I have received the product even after 48 hours.
