Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

@JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare I m using Jio sim registered in my brother's name. I want to transfer ownership in my name. I asked Jio center. They told me there is no way. I have to switch to other networks to get ownership of the number. Please help.

@reliancejio I have shifted to Jio from Airtel recently (M. No: 9913369168). I have updated details on whatsapp to update my existing credit limit of 1500 with Airtel. However, there is no resolution since then. Customer care is also not knowing the procedure for this.

@JioCare After several chats and assurances.. pleased to inform that issue is still UNRESOLVED.. even after 15 days.. Technician closes the Service Request without giving any service!!! No authorization is required of the customer who initiated complain..!!
