    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare This is height of fraudulent activity by JIO. No one has contacted even and you are telling the visit was put on hold as per my request ? I have been chasing you guys since 3 days and now come up with this fake and made up reason ? Really JIO this is how u treat ur customers ?

    @JioCare Thanks... I have total 6 @airtelindia simcard. Wanted to port all of the to best telecom provider. Sorry was late we should have to done this a long ago but was having a good experience with airtel but seems now they stop giving respect to customer. So time to move on...

    @JioCare No point sharing all these details. You'll come up with "Sir there is network congestion going on in that area, we will resolve soon" will be the answer.

    My reaction about Jio 5G in Bhubaneswar, The name of 5G is speaking but actually I feel the speed like 3G. 4G is also not working properly after 5G lunch in Bhubaneswar.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare had the most ridiculous experience of trying to get a broadband connection. The representative came and took the money and promised installation within the day now it is the second day the people have stopped picking up the calls. No help from customer care.
