    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi Navin, thank you for reaching out. As mentioned, the MyJio app shows my Order ID as "null" due to a technical error on the portal, so I do not have a standard ORN number starting with 'NO000'. I messaged you my payment details to locate and cancel the booking manually:

    @JioCare Instead of resolving the collective issue, why do you repeatedly ask for my house and flat number? Why are you ignoring consumer rights? After making the payment on time, why should we be deprived of the service?

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare Very disappointing experience with JioAirFiber. I paid ₹824.82 on 14 Aug (UPI ref: PT0000C6MZX9) but my internet is STILL not working. MyJio continues to show “DATA EXHAUSTED – 0 KB”.

    @JioCare I was promised doorstep home delivery of physical SIM, so I paid ₹299 + ₹50. It's been almost a week, and I haven't received any update. I only want physical SIM and cannot wait any longer. If unable to deliver it immediately, please cancel my order and issue a full refund.
