    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    @reliancejio Broadband device surrendered due to poor connection during free trial of JioFiber. Despite confirmation money hasn’t been refunded so far. Can I have Sanjay Mashruwala or Mukesh Ambani’s maid ID

    @JioCare @Speedtest This won't help, it's been long I am complaining about poor internet in my area but you haven't taken any action on this. I'm surely moving on to some other network.

    @JioCare Yours is a truly nonsensical and unprofessional service. And that is even before I have got the installation done. I am asking for expediting my installation, and it keeps getting delayed. Not it is 31st Jan. I want an escalation contact.

    This connection which is not working properly is of BSNL. Jio & Airtel are competitors. @BSNLCorporate @JioCare @Airtel_Presence
