    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare airfiber is not working since Friday previously appointment was scheduled for Saturday then automatically it was rescheduled for Tuesday. Our business is hampering of you cannot provide service at time then what is the use of partnering with a brand.

    @JioCare This is a CONSTANT issue. After my last complaint it worked for 20 days; now for 5 days I’m getting 400 Kbps–7 Mbps on 30 Mbps. JioFiber worked flawlessly for 3 years, AirFiber has issues since day 1. I am Exhausted! Please people don’t buy this

    @JioCare Does your temporary issues will provide me relief on recharge? Mukesh don't even provide us 1min extra after validity exhausted then why should I bare with you?. Either provide me extra validity or amount for those days.

    @JioCare The issue has been noted since July 22 every time slot booked but no one engineer come to install and we have to call multiple times to calling team to reschedule the highest authority escalation team cannot resolve this, you cannot send a simple engineer to install a connection

    @JioCare This is not a good or satisfactory service. My family member have 5g network in their phone and sitting beside me. I have 4g. What type of service is this? If I have 5g phn already why I will suffer in browsing and paying unnecessarily

    @JioCare it's been 2 weeks no resolution, everytime send email to close saying resolved without proper reasoning or justification,shared the requested screenshot more than five times on private message, why so careless, lethargic attitude to resolve the issue??
