    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    Today got a message from @reliancejio and they send me a video link to change my handset settings but still no improvement in your network so please improve your network otherwise i am not gonna pay your monthly bill because i am not able to use internet so why should i pay ?

    @JioCare Already shared many times problem not solved yet. I know I will get a call from @JioCare and executive will reply a fixed line which is - our team is working on this very soon we will solve your problem. Thanks for call jio have a nice day. I want solution not this line again

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's second time this month my jio fiber is down with red led blinking. My appointment was postponed to tomorrow. The service isnt good as it used to be before.

    @reliancejio @JioCare calls shud be limited for 100, 200 or max 300 minute, unlimited calling is causing more and more issues as network remains jam and busy and people talk non sense also of no use becoz calling is free...india has lost so many productive hours becoz of this..
