    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    Their response actually strengthens your complaint. They are now saying “there are no confirmed slots available”, even though you already had two confirmed appointment windows, both of which were missed. I would reply publicly to @JioCare with this: @JioCare don’t address issue

    @JioCare @JioGames Please allow mouse and keyboard control for jio cloud games. I don't want to play in gamepad when I am not habitual with it. Otherwise I need to cancel my upcoming subscription and go to some other alternatives.

    @JioCare @reliancejio However, after switching to Airtel, I am not even receiving proper and stable 4G coverage. At times, the network signal even drops to 2G. This has caused significant inconvenience and has affected my ability to use mobile calls and internet services reliably.

    I have raised the ticket yesterday, Service Ticket no: SR00003F6YRB. Without attending the call they updated in the system " door lock". Worst service. I suggest not to take Jio fiber. Their service is not good. @JioCare

    @JioCare Sir, can u plz explain what does "Limited Connectivity" means as per ur dictionary? For me, if there is LC, ur calls will also be affected. But I'm facing only internet issue. It's kinda worst. If ONP can do, why not #jio? I hmbly rqst, don't just post replies for formality. TY

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Really frustrated having to follow up repeatedly get issue resolved. In 28 days, I’ve sent 50+ emails, made 250+ calls and posted 50+ times on X, but still no resolution.Even government services to provide better support than Jio nowadays. I’m genuinely fed up with this service.

    each time your local technician not came and reschedule service ,ye service nhi dena chahte hai to mera paisa wapas kr do to airltel me switch kr loo.Koi banda nhi aaya,ab visit rechedule kr diya MC.24 ghante baad ka time diya h,Uske baad fir wahi drama . @JioCare
