    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare It's already been 5 days, the engineer visited and left without saying anything, this is the kind of service I expect from jio? Also there should be some time-line for resolving the issue, my entire work is been impacted due to the delay

    Cancelling my JioFiber connection. It’s been 10+ days with no resolution. The app is useless, it only says “Fiber is affected” with no ETA, no updates, and no accountability. Customer support has been absolutely pathetic. I’ve had enough. cancelling my connection and will also be taking this matter to the Consumer Court/Consumer Commission forum. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber #CustomerService #ConsumerRights

    Jio claims to be India's biggest network, yet there's barely any signal at my home. After paying ₹1,000 for a 3-month recharge, I'm getting internet speeds of around 0.1 kbps. Calls drop frequently, and the internet is practically unusable. #Jio #PoorService @reliancejio

    @JioCare it seems like you people are exhausting the initial 3 month's time which I have paid for, the monthly collection will start. After 70 days 70% of data left & it will lapse. I am using mobile data for my use and even posting these. Worst network and service by JioFiber.

    Very disappointed with @JioCare and @reliancejio JioFiber is down despite payment being made, customer support is unresponsive, and I've been charged ₹682.28 against my monthly plan. Kindly resolve the issue and explain the cause immediately. #JioFiber #jio

    @JioCare Shradha, all these 2+ months so many SR's no outcome same reply while asking for the update, NO REFUND SAME CIRCLE OF FOOLING. ENOUGH TRANSFER THE REFUND TODAY OR WHO HAS CONFIDENCE OF RESOLUTION LOAN ME REFUND AMT BY GPAY, ELSE SAY IT TODAY THAY REFUND WILL NOT COME
