Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

@JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

@JioCare seriously something wrong with jio network. Network connection is very poor. Also Something wrong with Data usage in my jio sim. I just downloaded 300mb to 400mb in the morning. But now more than 1.2GB data is gone. Data keep disappearing for last four days without use.

Then why did she place the shifting request . And now in their my jio app when i try to relocate their systems are not responding from 3-4 days . Such a pathetic and losser service they are providing . Somebody pls from @JioCare help me out and relocate my jio fiber number .

Been trying to relocate my @reliancejio fiber since Feburary from one location to another ( within 2 kms apart) . It has been months now , yesterday somehow managed to place a request on call . Today got a call from service guy saying its not relocation request .
