  Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

  @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

  Why @reliancejio wants to waste time for clients . Setting same jio tune every month . It must continue untill a customer is paying bills every month . The way we get data sms n calls. Shameless lousy process by Jio . Wastage . Must rectify it or I look after shifting to Network.

  @reliancejio first raised a complaint with JioFiber on ( 18 june 2025], but no permanent solution was provided. Despite repeated calls/emails, the issue persists without a satisfactory response. I have requested a technician visit, but the service has been delayed or ignored.

  @sryevil13 @reliancejio It's not about ₹807 anymore, why give them our hard-earned money for free? It’s a fraud pattern. I know 2 others in my area with the same issue: pay money, cancellation over 'frequency issues', and no refund. This daylight robbery must stop."

  @JioCare A service request was assigned for June 14th visit and yet no one showed up. 10-12 calls and assurances later, nothing has moved on.
