We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

Now this has caused a serious problem as I need an unlimited data connection as I work full time and rely on the internet high speed data connection for the whole day.

Automated help services have no resolution. The brand takes money through MyJio app & fails to provide services. Alarming.
