    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    @JioCare JioCare I’m currently outside India. My eSIM was accidentally deleted, and your support team is asking me to visit a Jio Store in India, which isn’t possible right now. Please help with an alternative way to reactivate my eSIM.

    Such pathetic services by @reliancejio. I paid the six month plan for fibre and it shows paid till 3 months i.e October in the dashboard and the customer care number just has AI...can't even talk to a real person

    @JioCare So now you're telling me to recharge first, and only then you'll process my request. But my recharge was already active before—why didn't you do it then? Your service is very poor, and I'm really frustrated with this experience.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I asked him for assurance to install the connection today itself and then he said it will take 2 to 3 days. So I told him that I have to think about it before making payment as after payment I don't want to waste my time in following up with Jio's customer support.

    @reliancejio @JioCareDear Jio I’ve been facing this issue for the last 15 days In my area Jio 5G automatically switches to 4G whenever there’s even a brief power outage Why does 5G disappear so easily? Im paying for an expensive recharge but Im not getting a stable 5G experience
