    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    I can't even post my complaint about jio on X my network is that much worse.i have switched from Airtel to jio due to jio is my fav sim but @JioCare backstabbed me and providing me less than 15 kb/s internet even BSNL gives fast internet in my area

    @reliancejio Shame on Jio—8 months and counting. The customer associate said the network would be fixed, but clearly that might only happen in the next life.

    @airtelindia @JioCare This is not an issue with my number. The entire village is facing the same problem every day. Location: Village – Bans Baroulia, Bilsi, Badaun, Uttar Pradesh 243633 Both Airtel and Jio users are affected. Please check the tower/network in this area, not just my number.

    @MouserElec loads terribly slow on @reliancejio @JioCare pls look into it! Your internet quality is garbage anyways!
