    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    Kindly resolve the Jio network issues, too many times I had calls with Jio care but the issue still persists. We are at the village level that's why your network issue was not resolved quickly I guess. Please do the needful at the earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare waiting since 6 days. Your engineers are very very slow. And you claim your self to be fast growing network. If u can't resolve a small problem in 7 days I wonder how weak your network and slow your network is Just self praising blabbering.

    @JioCare Copy&pasting such messages is easy but difficult to execute on ground. Doesn't need anymore service fm Jio.. Req refund the amount else I will be forced to opt for legal course.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani please improve customer service experience, the advisors with incomplete knowledge disconnect the calls when they can't tackle escalations.

    Sir I work at a law office and due to high speed we took jio fiber connection but from last few months it's not working at all. After registering online complaint from registered no. many time no action has been taken till date. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice
