    4.5gb per day in speed of 3g and sometimes 2g. Everyone live in 2020 but i live in 2010 'cause of ji network. What the hell @JioCare.

    @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio @JioCare Hi I took a new connection on 17th Jul 21 I have been asked to pay 4948 for six months subscription and they assured of one month free (1st Month) But I received a bill of 106 to pay by Dec 31 Your reachability is very poor 9066894294

    This must sound like music for @reliancejio. There has been a huge decline in customer service quality at @amazonIN over the last 3 months. Initially thought it was due to festival overload. But it looks like it is more than that.

    @JioCare It's been several days and I'm still waiting for a resolution. I need my current service request to be cancelled so I can raise a relocation request. The app doesn't allow me to do it, and multiple calls to customer care haven't helped. This delay is unacceptable.
