    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @_MukeshAmbani It’s very painful to see a simple query is not resolved for >1 wk & ur team doesn’t take an effort to clarify too. Best is u have a toll free but no agents speaks other than bot If this continues u may lose ur customers -unlucky jio customer

    @JioCare request you to explain the process of surrendering the jio fiber connection. The internet is down for last three days (600116)and no service engineer attended even after raising multiple service request . So I don't trust and shift to better fiber or ISP like airtel

    If @reliancejio is the service provider for #Chandrayaan2theMoon then the signal lost issue is inevitable. Hope @JioCare agree with this with their template answer. My 2 postpaid numbers also facing the same issue for the past 6 months.

    @JioCare When is that earliest?? In this wfh situation all my works are effected due to this downtime. I will have no option other than closing my connection if the issue is not solved before tomorrow's afternoon This is really pathetic service!! It's just 2 months since switched to jio

    @JioCare I am facing this problem since Oct 21. Every time you guys told me that will be resolved. Having some issues and bla bla bla. I am not interested listening to these things. I can't adjust since few mnths dear. It's yr problem plz rectify/resolve it othrws tell me very frankly

    @JioCare it's been 2 days since I lost fiber net connection. SR00001372V8 also created yesterday afternoon without any resolution or even call from your support team. This is not the experience I expected from jio.

    @JioCare I am facing issue in my router from the past 5 days from the time of installation. I am getting only 10-20 Mbps speed on 2.4 GHz. Band. Two time service request raised but no resolution. 8248363580. Please change router.

    @JioCare @TRAI @BJP4India most of the places Jio network goes on 4g even when we r paying for 5G and speed is too less specially interiors..when will jio improve its services..what was the logic of going from 4g to 5g, new handsets purchased still 4g with lesser speeds..

I have received misleading status updates, complaints have been put on hold, and I am still being charged for a service that is not being provided. Kindly stop sending automated responses and provide a permanent resolution.
