    @JioCare It means you are saying that if I need speed and connectivity so we have to go outdoors/outside. And then we will be able to use. Either we have to stay always outdoors. I am asking. Do you use your internet outside at night ? What the rubbish solution/suggestions you give man.

    @JioCare I am facing this problem since Oct 21. Every time you guys told me that will be resolved. Having some issues and bla bla bla. I am not interested listening to these things. I can't adjust since few mnths dear. It's yr problem plz rectify/resolve it othrws tell me very frankly

    @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio @JioCare Hi I took a new connection on 17th Jul 21 I have been asked to pay 4948 for six months subscription and they assured of one month free (1st Month) But I received a bill of 106 to pay by Dec 31 Your reachability is very poor 9066894294

    @JioCare What are the health issues, used one month new device, did ur representative mentioned at the time of pick-up, it is not done him, ur advertisement for trail version and after pickup ur cheating the public, this is the way ur doing business.

    @reliancejio data quality in my location is terrible. I get a max speed of 2mbps at night and during day i can barely surf on the internet. My current location is Poonamallee Chennai-600056. Please improve network quality by installing more towers since there are many jio users

    Most of the areas in #Chennai have the same problem which is created by @reliancejio First of all they don't get any permission to do this, secondly they create a mess , hindering water supply to trees and breaking of tree branches.. #SaveEnvironment #SaveTrees #SwachhBharat

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, your ground team takes advance money (Order: NO0001D9HO9A) but leaves installation pending for a month! Then they fraudulently mark tickets as "processed" without anyone showing up. Why is there NO cancel button on MyJio? Is this an illegal fund trap?

    @JioCare @JioFiber 2/3 After failing to restore the service, I requested disconnection and a full refund. Instead of taking responsibility for the outage, your team is citing policy terms to deny the refund. Why should customers pay for a service Jio failed to provide? @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare It's been 8 days since my JioFiber cancellation. Your team promised a refund within 7 working days, but I have received neither the refund nor any update. Multiple follow-ups have yielded no resolution. Kindly process my refund immediately.

    @JioCare Very bad network for Jio mobile, poor internet speed and even Jio Airfibre is intermittent with at least one daily outage. This is in Silpa Avenue Colony, Hyderabad.
