@JioCare @reliancejio No service since morning. MP registered sim but I am right now in chennai. I even went to your jio care and purchased a duplicate sim and it has been almost 3 hrs now. None of the two sims are working.

@JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

@reliancejio I have raised a complaint for my jio fiber modem not working. But no one are bothered to arrange someone from jio fiber net to fix this issue. Everytime i reach customer care they are telling the same thing engineer will visit asap. My work is getting hampered today.
