    @JioCare @JioCare, the reason is incorrect. The engineer who visited revealed, there is 1 extra idle connection in the junction box. Whenever a complaint raised, the technician disconnects another customer’s connection to restore the complainant’s connection,resulting recurring disruption

    Another update for @JioCare: I want my plan to be permanently disconnected because I have received absolutely no proper technical support despite repeated complaints for over 1.5 months.

    Pathetic show happened today with @JioCare They wasted my 50 mnts, nd no solution. brought a jio fiber connection on 6 may, now asked for Recipt today, new term herad from cc - ur connect is prepaid+postpaid Recorded all covo, will see in consumer forum. It's not bnana republic

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber connection has not been working for the last 12 days. I have contacted customer care several times, but my issue is still unresolved and I am unable to connect with support properly. look into my complaint urgently & restore my service as soon as possible
