@JioCare The social media personnel had earlier instructed me to ask for a call back for any queries. Please arrange a call back.not once has the Engineer visited, gives some wage resolution in the ticket. Didn't receive any call till date for this ticket.

An executive from Jio called me up after my complaint to the Consumer Forum and asked me to switch to a prepaid connection. Wow! What a resolution u have provided Jio You have to give answers and not provide stupid suggestions. Stop cheating your customers @JioCare @reliancejio
