    @JioCare It's been 10 days since I posted on X and nearly 3 months since this refund issue started. This is exactly why I had to raise it publicly. Even over email, I continue to receive generic, automated responses instead of a resolution. How many more days do you need to process??

    @jiocare my internet is not working properly inspite of raising multiple complaints for enginee visit no one is ever coming to resolve the issue. I am getting 5mbps speed for a 100 gb airfiber plan since last 7 days and speed is so slow can't even work properly.

    @JioCare minutes to open and keeps buffering. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. If the problem is not fixed, I will have to port my number to another network

    @JioCare What kind of misleading plan is this? My active ₹1,499 plan clearly shows “Data: Unlimited”, yet my internet has stopped working. Your support executive says my “limited monthly GB” is exhausted. Where is this limit mentioned in my plan details? 1/2

    @JioCare Kavita, i understand actively working but it's 2+ months returning equipment but refund issue is open. It should have been done in 14 days. I have medical emergency in my family cause of which I terminated service to release refund & cut cost. It has defeated purpose 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio 1 YEAR. Same issue, still unresolved. Every power cut = 0 indoor coverage. Power comes back → 4G takes 30 min, 5G takes 45 min to return. Airtel & Vi work fine indoors during the same outages, same area. Why only Jio?

    Please investigate this matter seriously. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this issue by writing to your Nodal Officer, Grievance Officer, and other concerned authorities within Jio. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioHotstar
