    @JioCare @TRAI @jagograhakjago complaint raised 10 days back . Jio team let me know the procedure to get the refund as it has been 10 days you are not able to resolve issue.

    Terrible service from @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad, raised compln yesterday abt internet issue, still no response from Act. Call the customer service, got nothing. So raised new connection request to @reliancejio fiber connection, got it in a day. Thanks jio for saving my workday.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my postpaid CUG plan tarriff increased by 30% without my consent. My salary incease is 3%. This is monopoly. Let me know how to port all my 5 connection in one CUG from Airtel to Jio. @reliancejio please help me to port my number to jio.
