Now the representative isn't responding to my messages or answering my calls. Very disappointing. #fraud

Niranjan Samal (@I__am__niranjan) reportedHi @JioCare, my fibre connection issue(no internal) hasn’t resolved and the ticket has been closed without any communication and site engineer visit. Ticket raised 21st June and closed on 21st July without any communication. 1 month recharge is also wasted.
