    @JioCare I had very b@d experience with #Jiofiber. Once you get some Service interruption you'll be bhagwan bharose for many days. Feel lucky if you get it rectified in 3-4 days. Nobody listens at @JioCare from top to bottom. This is in Delhi where every service is delivered in 5 min.

    @JioCare Iam nt geting any proper resolution or update. If the issue is nt resolved today itself i'll be forced to disconnect the main wire from the pole & then your entire technician team will have to come to the locationbKindly treat this as urgent & resolve the issue immediately (2/2)

    Very worst service by jio air fiber. i have been requesting for outdoor unit place change for the past one week.Raising multiple tickets in customer care..still not resolved and engineer not visiting my home and tickets getting resolved..@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare TKS JIO has let down a CUSTOMER with a genuine issue on JIO APP! I spoke with Mr Pavan as explained to him this is NOT a case of WRONG Recharge made by me! I used JIO APP on 8792069750 to recharge for 8217554658. Realised recharge was done WRONGLY for 8792079750 after seeing SMS
