    @JioCare But the reality is: ❌ No engineer has visited. ❌ No work is happening on the ground. ❌ No resolution, no compensation, only repeated copy-paste replies. Is this your definition of customer support? Customers pay for uninterrupted service, not endless automated messages.

    Hi @JioCare, I’m facing an account-specific issue with my JioFiber connection in the MyJio app. The Usage section is blank, and neither Data Usage nor Call Usage is showing. I’ve shared my registered number and all the details via DM. Kindly have the backend team investigate.

    @JioCare The engineer didn't visit on scheduled date and time. This is serious. The appointment had been scheduled twice, but no one visited from Jio's Team. And do share the concerned official's contact details. THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED TODAY, the issue persists since last 4 days.
