Usually I avoid mobile on sunday, so I took it in hand at 11 am and Ist msg I saw that I have used 100% data of my daily pack. I was surprised. I called customer care at 198 but they refused to take complaint on phone. Now a days speed of jio is also not that high.@JioCare

@JioCare I'm currently @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia postpaid user I also have their dth connection and receiving the worst possible service, can you offer me both? With millennial level of customer service? I love my Jio prepaid connection btw!

Ported to jio yesterday after using Vodafone since more than last 20 years but highly disappointed with poor network and internet. Conveyed this to customer care &they said clearly that they can’t do anything. My work is stuck & I my money is also stuck with jio. @JioCare
