    @reliancejio Jio Fiber has today refunded my money after 2 weeks of to and fro with customer care. Can't install JioFiber in a property in Raj Nagar in Ghaziabad. Seriously?? How are we ever going to achieve #DigitalIndia ? Should I tag @_MukeshAmbani and @PMOIndia or not?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been following up with jio fiber customer care executives and following up on email as well related my recharge issue since 31 st March, I have not got any proper response as of now related to my refund, they are closing my service request

    @JioCare Maybe you don't understand the requirement here, I needed a connection that's why I paid for it, and not to put it on hold. Anyway if you are not able to get it fixed by 14/04/2023 6:00 pm, kindly cancel and initiate a refund.
