    @JioCare We are facing network issue in my village and very slow net speed also. I complained many times for 2 or 3 years but not doing well by jio . Students can not learn through online with the help of video bcoz ur very slow net speed . Why you not think about customers??.. 🤦🤦🤦

    @JioCare Jio Fiber complaint with SR number SR000018YLI2. I was supposed to receive an update by 10 AM today but I've not received anything so far.

    Don't use @JioFiberVoice they don't have time to attend to our complaints once we have paid them the monthly fees. My service appointments are being rescheduled from past 2 days and Contacting @JioCare also didn't work, they also don't have the info as to why this is happening.

    We are in 2022 and @Airtel_Presence still doesn't allow us to use our own money in the main balance to purchase other recharges. This is not a tech problem at all, just plain corporate greed to loot their customer's money. No wonder y'all losing to @reliancejio #Airtel

    @JioCare I am not getting the answer to the questions that i am asking. It is frustrating to see the deliberate attempt by Jio to not reveal the truth of outage and not commit to timelines of resolution. You guys are pathetic
