  @reliancejio As per Mr. Yogesh, even if Jio losses 1 customer or 150-200 customer, it will not impact Jio at and don't make any difference in Jio's life. This is kind of customer service & arrogance he carries with him while speaking to a customer.

  @TRAI Ofcourse, I live in the prime location of delhi, I & my family members have many sim cards of @JioCare and @airtelindia but both network are worst. Internet to door ki baat hai even calling is not possible and both the service providers are charging High prices of recharge.

  @JioCare @JioCare the Service Request has been put to Indefinite Hold by your Technicians. Sunday and Monday 2 Technician came but neither one did any damn job, and they put the request to Hold. Now it is dead, no one is being assigned the request just shows On Hold.

  @JioCare Hi we are in a area called Jarande ngr. Mohammadwadi, Pune. Having jio air fiber, since many months now we are suffering from poor internet and the service ex say that there's a problem with the area tower and my high end execs are not working on it even after many reminders.Poor

  @JioCare You people don't reply back in the DM after asking me to DM, it is completely clear from my side, there are 3-4 more mobiles in my area, they are also facing the same problem, the in. which was working fine for 5 m is performing poorly in this one m, 5G speed is not coming at all
