    @JioCare This is the 2nd time I’m reaching out as nothing has been done about the last complaint. What the hell is going on?!! If you people can’t solve the problem of the customers, just tell them atleast! Don’t waste their time and money!!

    And get no response! Airtel changes the mode@ and charges the customer for a faulty equipment you guys provided! Brilliant!!!!! Truly brilliant! I am switching to @reliancejio fibre right away! Airtel lags far behind in customer service!

    @JioCare I want to know the process of discontinuing the service and getting back my security deposit. I am not recharging anymore and need my money back for the service I was not able to use since the last 8 days.
