Hi @reliancejio @JioCare my jio number is 7019538427 and recently I have moved from prepaid to postpaid and when I completed my tele-verification for postpaid and from then on its telling not registered on network and I have checked all settings and are fine. Please help.

we are going to leave jio for slow network.i had complaint about our problem last 2yrs but since now jio hadn't taken any step.we knew that your customers are increasing but it is also your duty to provide good network. @reliancejio @JioCare @Asliambani

@JioCare If my phone is on also it says switched off when I am not using your hopeless jio app or phone calling app. Why should I use your app I opt to use only your network... Nothing else needed so don't force peope to use your apps since they use your network ....
