    @ACTFibernet Improve your customer care assistants. Have didcated phone line for OTT guys to handle issues. Opet for @reliancejio to handle your customer care phone numbers for reliable connection during calls

    @MyVadodara @JioCare Jio regular network, it’s dumb. We revoked jiofibre last year, no clue on fibre one.

    @JioCare @reliancejio few days back I was provided Hotstar VIP one year subscription. When I contacted I was told as a loyal customer Jio has provided one year Hotstar access to few selected customers. Initially it was showing one year subscription on my num.

    I want to relocate my jiofiber connection to my new house in same location but customer care executives are directly denied for the my relocation request and im also told them to transfer my call to their supervisor but they didn't transfer. So what should i do now ?? @JioCare

    @JioCare After installation jiofibre service worst, even after 3 days of my SR no one visited. Without Internet for 3 days. Unfortunate 4r jio.

    @JioCare They said you don't have network at PIN 500067. We can transfer all locality broadband connections to you. AFAIK around 100+ connections you will get

    @JioCare Let me know then how I can get the 3gb/day plan. Be aware I ahve two more numbers and porting is not an issue any more.
