    @reliancejio @JioCare I called jio customer support, Sumitra ma'am was there, she was telling that child number attached with parent number would take 24 hours to activate, as per term and conditions. These has been informed while activating the number.

    Worst service of Jio Fiber. The Internet is down from the past 4-5 hours. Raised service request, that's also on hold, because according to them engineers didn't get access to premises,which is not at all true. Please take care ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare The issue is they are not accepting Official Valid Documents other than AADHAR!!! Kindly confirm the same that only AADHAR is valid for replacement of SIM!!! I have visited store at pin code 845401

    @reliancejio After giving 6 months advance for new jio fiber connection, since last 3 days I'm struggling to get the installation done. Pl refund my amount, I don't want your connection. If before installation such is the service, What will happen later. Pathetic service #myjio.

    DM done. In case you can't able to get this installed today. Get my amount refunded. I don't want to continue with @reliancejio . Never had such issues with Airtel earlier.

    @dmmathura7512 sir please help here. @JioCare is cheating with their customers, they took the 3 month service fee in advance from me and it's been almost half month since the internet not working and they are not even fixing it. It's impacting my work and studies

    @JioCare @NitinSh31284786 Issbaar I thought not going to pay my monthly tarrif amount. Enough is enough. Really unstable and slow connectivity, tired of complaining. Its like banging on wall. Pre-post both are same, no human intervention only bullshit manless solution(which they think is the right one)...
