    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare I converted my physical SIM to eSIM, and since then I’ve been facing frequent call drops and voice breaking issues during calls. Network quality has become very poor. Please suggest a proper solution or check the issue from your end at the earliest.

    @JioCare service team can be easily awarded as the worst customer support team in India! Technician broke a wire and demanded money to get new cable, later did not show up. Ticket waiting for 3 days without anyone visiting and getting postponed. 3 days without broadband!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised my First Jio Fiber Relocation request on 23.04.2026 to relocate my fiber connection within city of Raipur, Chhattisgarh and several times I have requested to Customer Care support executive to process my request fastly.

    @TechTurbanator @JioCare @Airtel_Presence I dumped jio wifi long back for this reason. Shift to airtel and it has been so much better. Better stability Better speeds Better service

    @JioCare raising a complaint, instead adding complaints about random issues. today i was told i can't escalate a complaint to a senior. what sarkari daftar behavior is this? do you guys care about customer service or do i just need to grin and bear whatever you throw at me?
