    @JioCare LMAO initially I had Jio fiber - due to bad service no customer support switched to Excitel. Same with Excitel now switched to Airtel. Now seeking to change again.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio what are the next steps now. I have paid INR 1200 for the relocation and when i tried to talk to customer care, IVR abruptly hung the call informing cancellation is done. What about my refund? Or relocation request? What should i do next?

    @JioCare I am facing continuous network issues and very slow internet speed on my Jio AirFiber connection for nearly 1 month. I keep receiving SMS stating that there is temporary network congestion in my area, but the issue has not been resolved yet.@reliancejio

    Nearly One Month Since i Installed Jiofiber, There's a severe deficiency in service Router is always Red Light, The System Engineer took the otp from my phone and ran away without providing the service He is even threatening me and no help, please look in @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Please don't copy paste the same message again and again and please address the issue. I was doing recharge through Myjio, was redirected to Paytm, did payment there within 2 minutes and payment was successful and I was redirected to MyJio where the app just kept on loading (1/2)

    Booked Airfiber on 1st May and made the payment. One month over. Due to no signal in our area, it was cancelled but I did not receive the refund yet. Poor refund policy Even after repeated followups with the agents, they are not resolving @JioCare @RIL_Updates @reliancejio
