    @JioCare #jio paid 1000 deposit for set top box on 3rd. Booked for delivery that day only. No one showed. Then made complaint at night. an engineer showed up with box on 4th. After giving otp 10 times, he refused to hand over the box accusing me of not having paid the security.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare My order id was NO0000GTGX27. I gave 2500rs and waited for more than a week for the installation. The executive was just extending the installation date by giving some lame excuse. I got the refund now but why wasn't the service provided when (1/2)

    @JioCare @reliancejio why is your service getting so poor day by day that even your people are not ready to deliver setop box , after from five days of applying. recharge of 999 and payment of rs 1000 done on 31st no installation till date connect me on 9113141515.

    @Sanket_Mukherje @reliancejio @JioCare They are making fools to the customer. They will call you from morning to night for registration. As soon as you registered they vanished like nobody was there only commit till you registered. Worst services
