    @JioCare Net is not running for the last 7 days, messages are not even sent on WhatsApp, for what do you charge Jio, claiming high speed, is absolutely fake, there is no speed at all, the network has been in the entire area for the last 7days having trouble Kanpur Patkapur 208001

    @reliancejio @JioCare Receiving bills of INR 1400 and 2400 against a post-paid connection of INR 199. Customer care over chat promises to call back but never does do. Could you please look into this? @TRAI It may be worth looking into the fine prints of this.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare I don't know why but I am facing very slow internet in my area my roaming is on. I have an active plan of 1 year and it's just not me my parents internet is in same condition. Please I request u to look into it.

    I HAVE RETURN MY JIO FIBER CONNECTION BEFORE 30 DAYS ON 6TH OF SEPTEMBER AND TODAY IS 15TH OF OCTOBER BUT I DON'T GET MY REFUND YET. WHENEVER I CALL THEM THEY ALWAYS TELL ME SIR WE HAVE INITIATE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL GET IT BY 3 OR 4 DAYS. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. @reliancejio @JioCare
