    @reliancejio JIO internet not working at all! sometimes EVEN goes to NO SERVICE randomly in the middle of the city Called your team, they said known issue and will 10-15 days. I have paid for those 10-15 days Why should I pay for those days if I’m not getting the service?!

    @JioCare @JioCare, This issue has persisted for approximately 15 to 20 days. Could you please provide an estimated timeframe for its resolution? Despite the ongoing service concerns, full payment for services rendered is consistently processed each month.

    Dear @JioCare, your network is extremely unreliable in my area—frequent call drops and very poor internet speed. Please resolve this urgently. I’ll keep tweeting daily until it’s fixed; otherwise, after my 80-day plan, I’ll switch to Airtel. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @Akash Ambani Today is the 9th day and my complaint still remains unresolved. We are being charged every day despite no internet service—how will Reliance Jio compensate for these losses? This level of service is highly disappointing and not expected from an industry leader.

    @JioCare I’ve been using Jio for 6–7 years and never planned to switch, but recently considered porting due to an issue. Your team called and assured it would be fixed, so I stopped the port request but the problem still persists. FYI: net inum hair mari dhan iruku thank you

    🚨 Customer Issue: I made a UPI payment via @GooglePayIndia over 2 weeks ago, and it is still unresolved. @JioCare says they never received the recharge request, despite the payment being successful. If not resolved soon, I will proceed with legal escalation. #GooglePay #Jio
