    @JioCare Received my next bill today and as expected extra amount has not been adjusted yet. What shameful act by Jio. You really need good system and developers to handle your billing system. What a harassment we have to face being a loyal customer. Shame on us being a Jio Customer.

    @JioCare I have problem with my Set-Top-Box. I am not able to view any programs on my TV. After STB turns on, only blue screen appears on TV. Despite of calling Jio Care many times, no service request raised for me. Please help in resolving this issue. Reg. mobile no 9879944548

    Network issue and call not connecting is every day routine with jio..!! @JioCare @reliancejio Visited jio gallery they directed to raise request it to Customer care.
