    Absolutely pathetic customer service. @reliancejio has made it nearly impossible to speak to a human customer care executive by forcing customers through an AI agent, even for simple queries. I only wanted information about porting out my number, but there was no way to reach a real person. The irony? The moment I generated a port-out request, I was bombarded with retention calls. So, there are plenty of human agents available when Jio fears losing a customer, but none when a customer genuinely needs support. I currently have two Jio mobile connections and one JioFiber connection. After this experience, I'm seriously considering disconnecting all three. A company that values customers only when they are leaving doesn't deserve their loyalty. If this is Jio's idea of customer service, it has failed completely. Stop hiding behind AI and start providing real human support. Customer retention starts with good service not desperate calls after customers decide to leave.

    @JioCare thank you for an immediate response. hoping for a solution as fast as this, sent you the requested details on your DM. kindly give an ETA pls. getting frustrated for the last 2 days. also more than 10 houses in my area are facing this issue and they need an update too.

    @JioCare I want to surrender my jio fiber service , number is 4435588074. The reason is very poor service , I have asked for relocation 1 week back , till date nothing has been done. U r the worst.

    @JioCare plz hire some customer care who is knowledgeable . a local shop help to debug the issue of jiofon sim pack and he corrected. ur team have useless bunch sitting in social media and not doing any help, i've escalated this matter to state head of Odisha that I didnt get any help

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection has been down since last night. I was repeatedly given different resolution timeline, nothing has been resolved. Now I'm being told there's no outage in my area, No engineer has been assigned despite a service request being raised.

    @JioCare Your suggestion to move closer to the router is just another classic excuse. I am already in the same room, and the performance is still pathetic. Stop wasting my time with basic troubleshooting. I need a permanent technical solution, not these baseless excuses.Address this issue

    Very worst service.. even @JioCare @reliancejio can not resolve my issue.. I only want to port my Airtel postpaid number to jio postpaid but I can not get code..no one is eligible to solve it..every one is closing my request without solving my issue..

    @JioCare When will I get my jio sim I purchased on Monday FROM JIO APP. They said within 24 hrs delivery executive will call you and deliver but after 3 days No call No order tracking available. Is this the way you give service.also done advance recharge @reliancejio
