@JioCare yesterday I raised a request that the jio fiber is not working in my home, the customer support executive raised an SR with id 'SR000013UNH4'. Nobody came to fix the connection, however the issue has been marked as resolved.

@JioCare Sir I request a permanent solution. Your service is prompt, no problem in that. But It has become an everyday issue. I request you to please check my complaint record since I opted for jio fiber.
