    @JioCare Internet down since 6 June. LOS red light blinking. SR000037UHPJ. 10+ calls to customer care, still no resolution. New connection and 12 June engineer visit is unacceptable. Resolve urgently or I will complain in National Consumer Helpline for deficiency in service.

    @JioCare Still no update. The issue remains unresolved. But hey, at least I’ve learned that customer support and ghosting aren’t mutually exclusive.

    @JioCare Everyday you guys take time to check but there is no action to my post.. Relocation request raised on 30th May. Full amount paid on 6th June. How many days is your TAT for a new Air Fiber connection? Bad customer service with no one responding to my request

    @JioCare I'll surely try @JioCare once my billing cycle with Airtel ends this month. I am currently using mobile internet top-up as you are unable to solve the issue @Airtel_Presence. Extremely irresponsible and unreliable service from Airtel !!! #airtel #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Here, after the power cut, the network is cut and the generator oil is saved and sold in black for money.
