    @whoalamin @JioCare You take any SIM these spam call dont stop on top of this garbage endless whatsapp messages, wen you want to make a quick call you get a garbage alert to be aware of spam and crap ! Ek dum faltu service from both telcos ! I so miss 2010s so many telcos to choose from

    @JioCare There is no option to call Or reschedule . Twice engineer were assigned and no one bothered to show up. Is this how you treat your customers?

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3rd in a row - Jio Fibre services not restored. Almost an affair for a month. How come you can't fix the problem. Vile Parle East - PM Road area - will you be refunding for so many days disruption or do we shift to other operator?

    No response yet from @JioCare money looted and no service received 90 days passed. Money is lost. I've rebooked but no response from company.

    @JioCare Shubham, are you even ashamed of informing your costumer that @reliancejio @JioCare will not be able to refund? The ask for a refund is basis no internet connectivity with 0 to no jio support in my location for nearly a month now. (1/1)

    @JioCare The situation became even more confusing. The Jio app said my service stopped because my data was exhausted, yet I was advised to pay the bill to restore the connection. Those are two completely different explanations.

    @JioCare I have been hearing from 30 December 2025 this information we are here to help. Please note that as per the update, we have limited network coverage in this location currently. We have noted your concern and will try to take steps to improve coverage in this location in future
