    @reliancejio @JioCare Original booking id : NO0000LDY0IB Worst customer service of jio fibre. I have raised a cancellation request for jio fibre against service id :SR00001AR6O7. They are just stalling the entire refund process.

    Then I raised one more complain on 3 may but i don't think they fix my problems. Complain id - V00909540056. If you not fix my problem within 7 days. I will fix my problem from my side. Sim porting take only 10 minutes. What about your network @JioCare @Airtel_Presence on 756100.

    @JioCare Don't @JioCare have responsibility to talk to the customer before cancellation? At least let customers know what the technical issue is? It is really very bad. Why are you not telling us whatvthe technical issue is? Why was technical issue not mentioned till yesterday? Shame
