@JioCare shifting my home to a new location and raised a request for relocation of jio fibre connection. No resolution for the past 5 days for SR000016K9N2. A new connection request raised gets addressed on less than 24 hrs for the same location. What's going on? Pls explain?

@JioCare I had active plan from Aug 09th to September 9th and not a single day I could utilise the services because of technical issues from your end now who is going to compensate for it !? Why did I have to lose 1200₹ hard earned money ??

@JioCare I have atleast 10 texts with different dates and time for installation..can you clearly give me a time and date..this is terrible and you are not customer centric..4 days for installing a internet connection and STB is too much..

@JioCare hello jio.. we are proud customer since launch of jio. Just want to mention one thing,In my area village Karchana city prayagraaj,pin code-212301. Whenever electricity supply gone,jio network is stop working. No net connectivity.. it is from 2 years. Plz do needy

@reliancejio I have telling that there no network for voice call and internet other people is using the network same time while you using. Than I am also paid the fees of network than why I can't get good network.
