    @JioCare there is no family plan concept child account doesn't work. It's just give more bill to account without any service. And customer support just replied on twitter DM us and they don't even bother reply DM. Only billing is done on time without committed services.

    @reliancejio I have lost trust and faith in Jio . I have have availed my services in Jio fiber and faces the worst experience. It was told that you will get the refund with in 10-15 days Bura now it's been more than 1 month , I have not received refund yet. Hope you will respond.

    @JioCare Network issue with jio wifi. I am unable to use 4G network in Kulasekharam area of Kanniyakumari District of Tamilnadu state. Please check the issue. Most of the time th3 network is getting disconnected.

    @reliancejio Hi, Reliance Jio network is very poor in our village. We have a lot of difficulty in making calls and using the internet. My request to reliance jio is to provide a good network in my village so that we can make good calls and use data.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I am been getting unwanted calls from Jio team for collections of modem and information stating that I will not get my full refund. When the issue is under probe from your end then why am I getting these calls. Please refund my full amount and take the modem
