    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare i want jio fiber connection at Kalchini,WB(735214) area. Jio seems to have stopped their expansion or sleeping.Fed up with the crappy local LCOs and their crappy service. #JioFiber #Kalchini

    I got worst experience with @reliancejio. My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.

    @JioCare complaint: I received the same refund-related message from Jio on 11/08/2026. However,despite the assurance provided by Jio,no refund has been credited and no satisfactory resolution has been provided to me even after several days. Kindly clarify what is meant by โ€œnext few daysโ€

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Iโ€™m not asking for a refund. I want my existing JioFiber plan validity extended by 2 days for the 2 days of service outage caused by Jio. Please compensate me by adding 2 days to my current plan.

    @JioCare and what about the complaint against the person , because I am pretty sure if the payment even comes back than that guy is not going to return that to me, so look at that side as well

    Hello @JioCare your Vastrapur, Ahmedabad centre is totally useless. I registered complaint before 10 days. But no-one came. I visited the store 3 times but still its pending. You are loosing the reputation. Improve your service else take back your setup box๐Ÿ˜ก @reliancejio
