    Jio is the worst network I've ever used.I'm constantly facing network issues and poor connectivity.I tried contacting customer care many times, but I never received any proper response.I wouldn't recommend using a Jio SIM.I'm switching back to @airtelindia. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio wifi is now down for 36 hours. Yet no ETR provided. Nobody is responding or replying. This is a big fraud going on by the name of jio fiber. People take high-speed wifi connection to get uninterrupted and stable internet connection. Be aware of these frauds

    @JioCare @reliancejio Total loss of network in [DAHEWAN Pin Code - 388550 ] every time there is a power cut. Signal vanishes instantly, showing zero battery backup at local towers And when power arrives then network arrives after 1 hour thats frustrating 😡

    @JioCare Try to understand, what I'm saying, already your engineer visited me. But there was no tower nearby, so network is not coming. He told it will get cancelled and you get money refund by 24 hours. Now it's been 7 days. Please cancel and refund me.

    @JioCare Dear Customer, We regret to inform that installation of your JioAirFiber connection with Order No. NO0001DPMI2G is delayed due to Technical Reasons. This above message was received on 28th and no response thereafter. Either cancel or complete order. Pathetic response
