    @JioCare unable to talk to customer care. I am not getting understand process to talk to customer care. Call is going on, selecting this, that not able to reach customer care. What is this... Why you appoint care service if you have to hide him

    @JioCare @JioCare Day 11 and my #JioFiber is still down. Your engineer fixed it, but the connection failed again within an hour. Since 20 July, I’ve only received excuses and delays. Restore my service immediately and provide a refund/validity extension for the entire downtime.

    @GoldenSing13098 @JioCare pls get me a freakin sim card. It's been 4 days of me asking for the service & your delivery exec has poor communication & disturbs in office hours & gives no details on jio plans !!! @reliancejio

    @JioCare my JioFiber plan includes Prime Video. After renewal, it was downgraded to Prime Lite. Now I’m asked to pay ₹1,499 to upgrade, despite already paying ₹799 via my Fiber bill. Why not charge only the balance? Your customer support couldn’t explain this either. Pls Check

    @JioCare There is no internet connectivity and the network signal is almost non-existent in Rajouri Garden.. Delhi. Please fix this ASAP or I will be forced to approach the consumer court. It’s pathetic! DM me for the required details.

    @JioCare i would like to appreciate your team who has done nothing to solve my fibre issue related to upload speed which i have been facing since Monday and today ur technician comes and replaces the router and doesn’t configures it leaving all my appliances disconnected

    Hi @JioCare, I am facing persistent issues with my Jio AirFiber connection in Jaipur Pt-I, Cachar, Assam. The connection is not performing properly with frequent interruptions/poor performance (mention your exact issue here). Basic troubleshooting has not resolved kindly fix it

    @reliancejio has deactivated my SIM, it has been just a week since the recharge ended They've done this before with my other SIM cards, and as a solution, they told me to get a replacement SIM card, which would only cost me 50 rupees Jio is playing a very ***** game 😒 @JioCare
