    @JioCare @jio_gigafiber I have been requesting for cancellation and refund from day 2 of getting connection because of bad service & performance but Jio is unresponsive. I have called so many time but the calls keep dropping and no one calls back even after a commitment. Help!

    @JioCare I did the transaction again and second time it showed recharge done successfully but money from my Jio pos wallet deducted twice, I told about the issue to sales person and his head but they are not helping. @JioCare @reliancejio

    and they have been increasing this amount to keep sim active from 35 to 43 to 49 and now to 79 in past few months. Wow time to port this sim to @reliancejio too. Some people never learn. (2/2)

    @JioCare v/p - Malsa Baori Tahsil - Marwar dist. - Pali ,Rajasthan 306023 Here network is too worst . When we(villagers) come in village from our jobs (any type) we all 2500 people trouble to network pls notice the matter of jio network otherwise we are MNP in airtel .

    @JioCare I have taken jio fiber , am very upset with the connection... I feel like I have taken a headache... I called a person for complaint, he gave me another person number, when I called third person he gave me call center number, when I called call center didn't get anythin

    @JioCare I am impressed I logged a complaint on yesterday and today after tweeting there I got a call from 9198162814 to know that he is busy today and he will try to come tomorrow on my location and he is not sure if he is available tomorrow Thank you for wasting my crucial time.
