    @JioCare Service request id SR00003B5359 has not been yet attended. The optical fibre has been broken and a no of consumers are facing disruption in internet service. Pl attend the same urgently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with @JioCare. Every month I'm facing internet issues. For the last 2–3 days, the connection has been extremely poor, and at times there's no internet at all. A technician visit was promised, but nobody came. Please resolve this permanently

    After Months of complaint, no issue solved from @JioCare, I have wasted enough money, now in two days I am shifting myself to Airtel. My jio fiber connection as well as my cell phone number. Thank you for your worst service @reliancejio. #Jio #fraud

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani So now even private companies expect some below the table stuff from the very customers who are paying them for services. A new precedent has been set of course they cannot vehemently deny any such activities but subtle hints directed at the customer

    @JioCare The KYC executive also registered my husband's number instead of mine, even though I am the customer who booked and paid. The refund/migration process was never explained properly.

    @reliancejio @OfficialJioPC customer care seniors are useless they have a recorded response since 2nd July my net is not working .. now its 14th and they have assigned technician for 19th July .. no seriousness they dont give damm about their customers
