    @JioCare There is no option to call Or reschedule . Twice engineer were assigned and no one bothered to show up. Is this how you treat your customers?

    @JioCare Already situation is very normal. Why are you false excuse every one. It's been 36 hours since I filed the complaint. If Today not my solution so i have complain national consumer. Aur barish ke mausam main barish to hoga hi na. Yaha koi flood nahi aya hai @nch1915 @JioCare

    @JioCare Shubham, are you even ashamed of informing your costumer that @reliancejio @JioCare will not be able to refund? The ask for a refund is basis no internet connectivity with 0 to no jio support in my location for nearly a month now. (1/1)

    Jio team unable to resolve the issue. Multiple attempts being made from this end but resolution. Jio team is saying voucher is processed, but no such voucher is available in voucher section. SR000039SF9V. @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare One representative admitted he couldn't access the records but also couldn't transfer me to anyone who could. Despite my issue remaining unresolved, I was still asked to rate the customer service. That is difficult to take seriously.
