    @JioCare All these already checked by your service engineer 3 days back. He also changed the cable and poe device. But it didn't work. After that no action has been taken so far and the ticket is also closed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Again the same issue.. i did buy data booster plan and now again customer care is saying that it got added in advance payment. My plan is 824 and I paid 1300 but no resolution. Now u will ask to dm my number and othee details. Shame on you @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare Thanks Vikita Someone Sensible person is there in @jiocare customer care else every else was upselling and taking the benefit of problem of customer as everyone knows that we cant live without internet. @reliancejio must taken action against these roaches

    @deepjoshi11th @JioCare It's too bad to see this thing that @JioCare is taking such financial issue seriously. I heard lots of about this company and impressed, I was planning to buy Jio fiber for my and office also... But unfortunately after seeing lots of complaints, I need to change my decision.
