    @whoalamin @JioCare You take any SIM these spam call dont stop on top of this garbage endless whatsapp messages, wen you want to make a quick call you get a garbage alert to be aware of spam and crap ! Ek dum faltu service from both telcos ! I so miss 2010s so many telcos to choose from

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am unable to login in the myjio app using the RSN number. I am unable to receive the otp on my registered mobile number and my wifi has been down for last 1 hour. I want the issue to be fixed immediately as I cannot wait till 7th August for the resolution.

    “We will fix it, we will fix it” — for 18 days straight. No fix, no refund, no communication. @JioCare @reliancejio this isn’t a network issue anymore, it’s a customer service failure. Fix this or refund me. Simple.

    @JioCare And the worst part is the incident in application shows its resolved. Is this some kind of joke? Who authorised you to close the issue when it isn't? @jagograhakjago

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 9 days continuously. How long can you keep blaming everything on a technical issue? Whenever I raise a complaint, the technician arrives only after several days. He fixes the issue, takes the OTP, and then the same problem occurs again?

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3rd in a row - Jio Fibre services not restored. Almost an affair for a month. How come you can't fix the problem. Vile Parle East - PM Road area - will you be refunding for so many days disruption or do we shift to other operator?
