    @JioCare 4 days before! I made a complaint regarding my JIO SET-TOP BOX that its not working and they stated me that they will resolved it in next 24 hrs,now it has been 4 days already ! But there is no update regarding my complaint ! Please tell me it will get resolved or not?

    @reliancejio pathetic service unable to make any outgoing call since last 2 days I have your prepaid as well as postpaid connection but nothing works.there are total of 6 connection in my family .supposed to be bad decision . Pls resolve 7479797960/7870483413

    @JioCare I received call from +912235041376 CUSTOMERS CARE OFFICER say we don't help you. You are free for PORT your number to another operator because of our poor network at your location we haven't any tower at your area because of less customers in masjid Bunder so sorry I PORT

    @JioCare It has been nearly month passed for this issue,if jio doesn't want to refund money then don't give don't keep on changing dates,just received message of pickup schedule on 9th ,if not done on that day I will upload pic throwing set top box and router in dust bin
