    @reliancejio @JioCare internet is not working since 7 days. You are working on fixing but you are not able to solve. @consumercourtin please help they gave me 6 month connection and not giving the service.

    Update:- More than 7 days still the @JioCare dis nit helped me in fiver installation even after payments. Even the tracking is not coming on the app. No one is helping i went to jio stores as well no help from their. No one is answering calls. @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    Appointment was scheduled for today. Its been rescheduled for tomorrow. No resolution. Without net for almost 12 hours. What a great service @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Dear @JioFiber, My Service Request No. SR00003AI667 has been marked as "successfully processed," but the issue remains unresolved for many days. Kindly take immediate action — customers deserve timely resolution, not false closure. #JioFiber #CustomerService

    It’s been days since the rains cooled off, but @JioCare 5G is still down at my house. Getting <10mbps in just one spot, forcing me onto 4G. Exhausting my 2.5GB daily limit is a nightmare when 5G is supposed to be unlimited. Please resolve! PIN: 401209
