    I'm hopeless with jio network. whenever we need it urgently it doesn't work @reliancejio BSNL, Vodafone, Airtel is better.

    @JioCare Actively addressing this issue since last Friday. Your technicians don't pick up calls, they are scheduled to visit at 5:30 PM but they don't show up and switch off their phones. This is actively addressing. Well done! #pathetic #jio

    @JioCare It has already been rescheduled for today. Without even checking the issue, how can you assure that the service will be completed? Please register this as a high-priority complaint and ensure it is addressed immediately..

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare and I’m forced to call again and again. Even worse, your team is CLOSING SERVICE REQUESTS WITHOUT ACTUALLY RESOLVING THE ISSUE. Who authorised these complaints to be closed when the problem was clearly still unresolved?

    @JioCare @reliancejio most unprofessional services provided by Jio, never ever go for Jio fiber. These guys are biggest scammers and looting customers
