    Whenever the power goes out in the village, the network connection is lost. This is because the fuel meant for the generator gets sold off; the network only returns when the electricity comes back. #jiocare #jio

    @JioCare @JioCare Been over 48 hours with zero response from team. There's no way to reach customer care . I want to cancel my connection. Share the disconnection process immediately. If this is the level of support, I'll switch to a broadband provider.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i placed a request for Jio airfiber installation and no one is coming for installation and i only keep on receiving messages for rescheduling the appointment automatically. This is such a ridiculous service. You should fix this kind of customer experience

    @reliancejio @JioCare I was assured that the connection would be provided by extending the cable if required. Now I’m being asked to pay additional money for the installation—something that was never disclosed before taking my payment.

    @JioCare Engineeer is saying he is not permitted to replace with new wire. He ask to take new connection or shift your connection? Is this tje service Jio offering? 3 days passed no broken wire replacement? Hopelss and pathetic experience.

    Jio fibre has the worst possible customer service. Wifi not working since yesterday. Engineer visit scheduled for today morning. But no visit happened. Called customer care twice to raise the issue. No resolution. @JioCare
