@reliancejio Dear jio I am a regular user of your company but your internet speed is very poor in my area ( dupedwa chauraha,biskohar bazar,siddharth nagar ,uttar pradesh,272192). And when ever i contact jio coustomer care they said this is temporary probelm and resolve soon.

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI please solve my problem from four days in my area Village -chhatrapura(mokama) dist. -patna state-bihar pin-803302 jio network work like 2g internet and also one problem is if electricity cut then no jio internet work like 4g net .he work like 2g.

@JioCare Dear Sir/Madam There is very low network within 1 km radius of tower. We are facing very bad network. Please increase the range at Mandad, Tal-Tala, Dist-Raigad 402111.

@JioCare No problem, I had ordered another connection from Airtel in the evening... And they have installed it in 2 hrs..I do not want to go through the pain of your pathetic service, I will be happy to go ahead with cancelling my jio fiber connection.

@Skh27 @reliancejio @RelianceDigital Reliance Jio is a stupid company. You don't have a customer care to call to, continuously increasing tariff but no improvement in speed & network. Whenever heavy showers network gone, no electricity network gone.
