Dear @reliancejio I know my plan is going to be expired soon and thank you for reminding, but sending tons of sms and 10-15 sec remainder on every call is overwhelming, I may have some serious issues where I want the call to go through immediately. Please think.

Its terrific to that you WFH and you had invested in the BB connection but it generally cuts off and you are without the service and your entire work depends on the service. In my case I have noticed whenever a engineer visited my place he gave a different advice. @JioCare

@JioCare Atleast give a contact number to reach out to someone or any valid email I'd.. Wifi is down again & unable to work.. if I contact the assistant they ask me to call and when I call they ask me to chat, hv dropped email, chatted and called the support team but no response.

@JioCare @reliancejio Did you guys take any resolution to talk only in Hindi? Called the customer care twice and got reply that they can talk only in Hindi. If this is the case, then i will change my post paid to prepaid and convert my @Airtel_Presence number to postpaid.
