Wifi is down again & unable to work.. if I contact the assistant they ask me to call and when I call they ask me to chat, hv dropped email, chatted and called the support team but no response.

Now I am very happy with airtel 4g.

My router has UPS backup and is sufficient but if there is no internet/Network in the area itself what's the point of getting charged ?
