    @JioCare Atleast give a contact number to reach out to someone or any valid email I'd.. Wifi is down again & unable to work.. if I contact the assistant they ask me to call and when I call they ask me to chat, hv dropped email, chatted and called the support team but no response.

    @JioCare Network of jio is pathetic in my area. No volte. LTE also keeps coming and going. Tried calling your customer care but of no avail.Immediately improve the network.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio Very poor mobile network at Rajabasti, Sindri, Dhanbad from long time and hundreds of subscriber facing trouble due to slow network. Now many students requires fast network for online classes but all are facing problem. I aspect it's resolved soon.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid for Jio AirFiber connection, and the setup box was clearly mentioned as “free” during installation. Now after disconnecting the service, why is Jio demanding the setup box back or charging for it? Nowhere was it clearly informed.
