    300585847231 @JioCare I had an installation to be done in my premises but its pending they said there is objection is my area. If it's not possible pls reimburse me the amount. Why does a customer have to chase you for this😡

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @Airtel_Presence I have done a bit of troubleshooting from my end as well.Why not insert @reliancejio sim in the same handset and see how it works?You know what, it did wonders to the network.

    @JioCare numerous appointment of installation of jio fiber and still not done and customer executive just provides new appointment without registering complaints for cancellations of previous ones. Order ID mentioned in the attached files of above tweets.

    Hey @JioCare is there any human available to talk? I have been trying customer care there is no option to talk to a representative. I have recharged yesterday it's not reflecting and showing that I haven't recharged! Where has my money gone then? Need help. Human help.

    @JioCare @OfficialAranya It’s seem they don’t care. I am also facing the same issue. They only provide false time slots and rescheduled it again and again.

    Hey @reliancejio do you ever work in Dhanbad. I am working from home and the speed is mashallah. Even invested in stupid #jiofi that takes forever to upload stuff. Tell me how to return this and get a refund. Will get something that actually works here from that amount.

    Its terrific to that you WFH and you had invested in the BB connection but it generally cuts off and you are without the service and your entire work depends on the service. In my case I have noticed whenever a engineer visited my place he gave a different advice. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare even after having annual plan with sufficient data internet speed is too slow to send a WhatsApp Messege. Signal is Full, showing 5G+ and internet speed is slow. Need to switch data sim to @airtelindia to post this. Shame on Jio

    @JioCare I have been receiving call from your customer care asking why I have not recharged my Jio number and I have received 2 such calls within a week and that too at the time when I am in office. your network is week, your call drops most frequently and data is slower than 3g

    My @reliancejio Fibre is down since last night. While raising a request, the selected the earliest slot available, but it scheduled a slot 4 days later. You can get a new connection in a couple of hours. But you need to wait 4 days for resolving an issue. Pathetic service.
