@JioCare Jio SIM is in SIM slot 1 (in case you are using a dual SIM handset), network mode is set to 4G or LTE (not applicable for iPhones and JioPhones), data roaming is enabled, data and voice should be routed through Jio SIM & Airplane/flight mode is disabled - Jayalaxmi
