    @Himanshu_Uikey_ @reliancejio @rsprasad @DoT_India @narendramodi Same at my place, after using Jio for 2 years I switched back to Airtel. Jio is the worst internet provider I have experienced in past 12 yrs.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's more than a month still my device is not pick up, I complain a lot of time ,won't get any solution I call a lot of time to customer care and won't get solution what the hell is going on please pick your device as much as your possible it's very annoying

    Hey @JioCare is there any human available to talk? I have been trying customer care there is no option to talk to a representative. I have recharged yesterday it's not reflecting and showing that I haven't recharged! Where has my money gone then? Need help. Human help.

    I think Reliance Jio is Looting the Customers in the name of Lock Down for the Last 2-3 months. I think I am using 2G network over the last few months. Good Job 👍👌@JioCare @reliancejio . It's now the time we should Shift to some other network I Guess.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup applied for a wifi connection on July 10 & paid the connection fee with the promise connection will be provided on the same day. Already 4th day, no luck. Sales manager stopped responding. Please help.. feeling cheated. ASM- Yash Kashyap M- 6207900796

    @JioCare My number has been blocked without information and the question is, I would have given whatever you asked me to submit the wrong paper, but the customer care does not have the right to remove it from existence and lie.

    @JioCare I Switch From Airtel Wifi to Jio Fiber On 1st June this month...but this is my worst decision I ever made jio fiber has been very poor (1 - 18 june) I didn't get any proper internet bad service bad customer service support i live in Kolkata birati.. Airtel is far better

    @JioCare One week of daily internet outages and still no resolution. Internet works for a couple of hours in the morning and then disappears. Multiple engineer visits, no fix, no accountability, and no support. Is this the level of service customers should expect?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @RIL_Updates It's 11 PM. You promised resolution by 7:30 PM today. Internet is STILL dead. Zero network. Your engineer has been 'actively working' for 15 DAYS. 15 days? What exactly is being done? Light rain = no internet. That's the reality of #Jio
