@JioCare Still this temporary network issue not clear, how long temporary remains? Such an idiotic answers giving by you and your call centre guys. Your call centre refused to provide complaint number, saying it was against their policy. What was your customer complaint resolution policy

@JioCare This is the second time contacting you in the past few days. Few days back I got service on my jio care for slowness. Tech came after a long wait, just restarted the router once and performed router reset. On that day I got 23.3 Mbps speed ( plan 30mbps).

@reliancejio pathetic customer care service. I have been lied to by tour executives since yesterday that there is an outage of jio fiber in my area which is untrue. Internet not working since yesterday and no resolution bein offered by your absolutely useless customer care. Shame
