    @JioFiberChennai @JioCare @reliancejio How do you expect customers to pay your bills fully when in reality the service provided goes out 10/30 days? I don't think anyone will fix my internet connectivity issue even tomorrow.

    @JioCare activated JioAutoPay to recharge Jio Fiber connection. But it always sends me SMS that JioAutoPay recharge for JioFiber Service ID could not be processed due to Payment request amount does not match the Subscription contract. And i send up manually recharging it! Why??

    @JioCare I’ve messaged so many times still no resolution. I’m abroad for a limited time, what will be the use of the roaming doesn’t start till I’m here. I’m facing lots of inconvenience including OTPS for banking etc. please help resolve
