    @JioCare jio fiber is down in my colony frm last 18 hrs. Approximately 12 house's hv been impacted as the service cable has broken....been tryin 2 reach out 2 their ****** CX care via my jio app & toll free bt there's no option 2 connect wth them....Cll get's disconnected on IVR.

    @JioCare Please give me the revised appointment date and time. Air fiber was booked on 21st april, it's already 9 days, all my previous appointments were unattended. Now, i am waiting for revised appointment and wish that it would get attended. Please help.
