    @BSNLCorporate Please provide solution. I was having two no.s in my phone one is of @reliancejio which is already blocked very easily and the 2nd no. of bsnl is still not blocked and no response revived from your customer support also. Very poor service I must say, that’s y ppl don’t trust bsnl

    @reliancejio My Jio fibre connection is down since long. Your call centre commits a date and time slot and then your engineers visit on different dates or don’t visit. My complaint is closed w/o repair. Service request no SR00001BOBAQ . This has happened multiple times. Help.

    @JioCare Waiting from past 1day for engineeer to visit home and resolve the internet issue. called up CC after 24hours to know that visit is rescheduled to next day. Pathetic service.
