    It’s been 18 days since the problem created by your system @reliancejio @JioCare Please resolve this issue asap Request No: SR000015TY38 & SR000015OW5E The first one says it’s resolved but clearly d prob still persists. N bcoz of this issue u guys won’t let me port out either.

    @JioCare trying to reach customer since last half an hour but couldn't able to speak. Sony liv is not working in my plan. 3rd class service seems need to switch to better option

    @JioCare @reliancejio congratulations #jio to loose 5 year old jio customer, because after 129 complaints network issue not resolved, so i decided to switch in airtel or vi I don't know why #jio not able to resolve a very small network issue as a largest telicom company 🙏🏻

    @JioCare Thanks. But I’m sure the response would be “please wait for 24 hrs to get the issue resolved” by its own, which isn’t happening since last 5 days. No magic so far.

    @JioCare very poor network bandwidth in our area. Connection shows 4G+ but data speed is not more than 20kbps. Is this how the 4G works. Please look it into it
