    @Paytm @Paytmcare @JioCare I recharged my Jio number via Paytm but the recharge failed. Money was deducted from my account, yet even after a full month, neither the recharge is credited nor the refund is processed. No resolution despite repeated follow-ups. Please resolve this.

    @reliancejio @JioCare. My JioFiber has been down since Friday. Your app shows 'We will inform you asap' nothing more than that. I pay in advance to get smooth internet connectivity. Now I need a refund or an extra 4 days of internet in my JioFiber. JioFixedID: +91-2758359823

    @JioCare As requested, here is the proof from Google Support. They have clearly stated the issue is with the Jio activation link. Please resolve this immediately as my previous complaints to the Nodal Officer have gone unanswered."
