    @JioCare hi I was trying was new connection .. called multiple times customer care and even I web page .. there was no response .. I think jio can’t handle existing customers .. may be they don’t need customers

    @JioCare Paid for 3 months jiofiber service on 16 Feb and still no connection made. Many postpones made, no call answered by your salesman, and now no reply in your DMs - Truly pathetic and you don't respect our time and money clearly. Will switch to #airtelfiber #jiofiber

    Booked jio fiber via Order No. NO0000KIOG06. Services not yet up despite multiple follow ups. If this is Service then please cancel my order and refund my money. I am happy with my existing ISP where service given on single call. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Jio Fibre net has continuously disrupted since 3 days. No solution has provided by the company, it is a failed product of company. Frequently it is found to be broken down.
