    @JioCare It's really worst service we have ever witnessed. Despite of continuous calling to customer care, tweeting, mailing and messaging for more than a month, there is no change in status. @JioCare executive has yet to visitt to collect the old device is pending.

    I am at the @reliancejio Prahladnagar, Titanuim City Centre store in ahmedabad. Absolutely pathetic experience. 1) AC not working... Too hot. Even fan not there. 2) Not accepting digital payments!! Ghanta Jio Digital Life!! @JioCare #Fail

    @JioCare Please check DM I have sent my device details and reg mob number which is asked by team hope. I'll get my device relocated. Jio app still not working for relocation feature find alternate solution for it
