    @JioCare What's with you auto-deactivation for Jio FIber if not recharged for 20 days? What if I'm out of town and not using it for some time? I don't see any mention of these policies anywhere on your website. Also, this is an issue in Mumbai while not an issue in Lucknow. How??

    One thing I know about @reliancejio #JioFiber that if any fiber cut happened in between box to your home then you have to pay the fiber price. I want to terminate my #JioFiber postpaid connection.

    @JioCare It has been more than a day that my jiofiber connection stopped working. Raised service request but no calls, no msg, nothing. The scheduled time has passed. Really horrible customer service!

    @JioCare I already had some concerns with the support but everyone is giving different resolutions, I am not getting any signals and customer care keeps giving me IR packs offers which I don’t want . I just want to get signals in the uk
