    @JioCare Please stop with the automated replies. I have another connection in Mumbai and I get the exact same "facing an issue in your area" excuse there too. Giving the same reason for two different locations just shows that your overall service has become terrible. Stop giving excuses

    @JioCare So no resolution till now and your social media and support teams are saying everything is good. So I have lost my faith now and requested to port to another service provider. I will ask my family and neighbours also to do so since there will be no resolution

    @JioCare Please assign the network team to physically visit my area and resolve the issue. You had already promised 10 days, but since December 2025, “few days” have still not ended. How can I trust that my problem will actually be fixed this time? Please don’t close the ticket.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Don't try to give copy paste answer, better look into my issue. Same copy paste answer given that we have limited coverage etc. instead of looking my issue. It's my primary number and after 5 years I decided to port out. Bye bye Jio
