    Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

    @JioCare Guys what the hell is wrong with you My Jio eSIM was previously registering on roaming networks in Qatar and receiving OTPs. It now shows ‘No Service’ although Ooredoo and Vodafone are visible. Please refresh or reprovision the International Roaming profile on my number. 1-2

    @JioCare Its a big scam. You dont deliver the sim also not cancel it and also not refund the money. Your cust care team also said it was cancelled and money will be refunded. Had i not chkd i wpuld have tht refund had been done. take action on NO00015GDRF n refund

    Really pissed by @JioCare raised a request yesterday morning, haven't received any resolution, the service engineer does not pick up calls, the support team keeps saying have escalated, while I understand its monsoon, but at least make engineers communicate a proper timeline.

    I recharged my Jio SIM with the ₹899 plan, which includes an extra 20 GB of data. After my daily 2 GB data was exhausted, the extra 20 GB did not activate, so I'm unable to use the internet. Please check and resolve this issue. @reliancejio @JioCare
