But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

The only reply I get is "Your issue would be resolved tomorrow" but guess what, your tomorrow never comes. Not recommending JioFiber ever.
