@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

I doubt they will "actually" act on our concerns. All these support systems in our country just exists for name sake(to fool customers), but none works.
