When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

It is such a waste of time to login on the other room TV. The system identifies multiple logins so it can also identify if there is active playback. Improvise!

Even after payment, repeated follow-ups, NCH complaint, and Appellate Authority escalation, the issue remains unresolved.
