Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

@reliancejio I have data plan of 1GB daily. Msgrecd at 07:20 am - I have used 50% data ...without switching on mobile data. And now at 08:10, 100% data exhausted for using merely 30 minutes. Calling customer care on all available numbers...not able to register complaint.
