    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare i have took plan of 1099 of 3 months that have ott platform’s in it that includes amazon prime subscription of 1yr but after 1 mnth its not working. Their is no solution provided by customer care. Hope you help. #jio #reliancejio #ott

    Technician came on my offline complaint and he is not able to solve this issue. As it is back end issue not a technical work. If you are going to solve it in 1 day then i will accept otherwise I will disconnect it. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup #jio

    airtel and jio should offer an opt-in “sim lock”: once enabled, no duplicate sim gets issued on my number without digilocker verification. physical ids not accepted, period. forged aadhaar photocopies are how sim swap fraud starts. the govt’s current fix? a warning sms. @airtelindia @reliancejio @DoT_India *opt-in only since we live in India*

    @JioCare These promises have never been fulfilled. If this issue cannot be resolved, please be honest and let me know. Otherwise, I'll have no choice but to port not only my number but also all the Jio numbers in my family to Airtel.

    @JioCare jio fiber connection was not working since 2 days.Service request was raised but they were keep on changing the visit from 2 days.I think its time to leave the jio connection pls look into it ASAP

    @JioCare Kindly process the rental reversal of my #Jiofiber with reference to the last two service request numbers as the connection was down for 15 days so why should I have to pay for THE NON WORKING PERIOD.
