@JioCare @reliancejio I'm fed up with you shitty service and I'm going to definitely switch to some other network and ask my friends to do so. I can't even buffer a YouTube video with 144 pixels. That's how shitty your network is. Your customer service down drastically.

@JioCare I have silver plan which has 200gb + 200gb and paid for 3 months in advance under offer for getting 25% extra. Still after exhausting 200gb no additional data been given. Speed is very bad now, channels not working.

@JioCare The issue was resolved. Once I posted the whole scenario on social media, the customer care just changed. Two technicians came and fixed the issue. Kindly look into it that people don't have to post to social media to get good customer service.
