    I returned the device on 29th August, it's been more than a month since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

    Hi @airtelindia Broadband team, This is regarding Complaint: 10094412751 for frequent Internet disconnection raised on 27.10 but till now it's not being resolved. Let me know If i have to switch to other connection who can have better technical team @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @Rebelism95 @JioCare @airtelindia Airtel is worse than Jio. We don't have any option at all. We have to die with it or don't use mobile. Both Jio and Airtel are not service providers, they are fraudsters. Both are 420 networks.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio internet services depressing. Not even providing basic internet speed.Again and again i was complained about that but this issue was not resolved.According to your services you charge very much for that then why shouldn't giving services to that extent.

    @reliancejio Accidentally did recharge to wrong number....Amount of 2121. Instead of 01 (last digit of my number) I accidentally put 04.... Don't want any refund just want to continue service on my number... But JIO representative completely denied to provide any help...

    Today, Finally I haved decided to switch to Airtel , I cannot tolerate jio right now , it's very very poor service . Seriously I am mentally disturbed due to this network . Finally Also suggesting my friend you should also switch to other telecom company @reliancejio
