    Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

    @JioCare No calls yet from your end, so I called your customer support team, the agent named nida hungup on me during conversation, I have a simple request, convert my account 2279631381 to prepaid and stop sending me overdue bills for the services I never used, thats all I ask for.

    @JioCare Did u end up following up the issue ? What a joke your company has turned out to be. You and many more before you have said they will follow up till resolution but 60days since device handover and more importantly 20days since this unfruitful reply of yours

    @JioCare your sales guys doesn't care about customers at all. They confirmed me that I will be receiving GST invoice, but now i got another confirmation that GST invoice cannot be issued considering i been allocated as retail customer. Is anyone there taking responsibility??

    @JioCare I updated request for Jio fibre & set top box service on 8th April and paid on the same day during jio personnel visit. Installation not yet done at my premises till date i.e. 19th April. Customer care is #pathetic and has no knowledge about the status.
