    @JioCare I'm really surprised to find Jio still asking me about the trouble, I am facing. It's same case that after listening to full Ramayan, one asks, 'who was Ram'. There are only two possibilities that either jio doesn't want to understand or doesn't have brain to understand.

    @thekkumoottil @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Already done. But nothing is being done until now by them except for making excusing and harrasing us. Moreover, my father doesn't use internet. That's why he doesn't want to use postpaid. But he's still being forced to use it. Haven't faced any such issue with other networks.

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare i have took plan of 1099 of 3 months that have ott platform’s in it that includes amazon prime subscription of 1yr but after 1 mnth its not working. Their is no solution provided by customer care. Hope you help. #jio #reliancejio #ott

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I recharge my both numbers airtel and jio But both have same problem of internet and voice break and disconnected call. Thanks for providing us this type of service and both company have broadband plans but they don't want to (airtel) shift connection

    I have a number of JIO and I received a message from JIO for special offer (699Rs) regards the Calling and I internet. But when I recharged then didn't not received any plan then customer care guide me wrong and asked for more recharge. Why? @JioCare @reliancejio #jio

    @thvspeaks I'm on 5G, but it's not really 5G. I barely get a few Mbps from @JioCare even with premium plans. But yeah, it's a bit faster than my old 4G. No idea when they'll fix it. Plus, most of the time, I can't hear or the other person can't hear me on calls.

    @JioCare Also this is my first day experience into the network, i asked the technician if there are any cable cut issues in the area , or else i would prefer air fiber, he wasn't keen on providing that connection inspite of me elaborating that i cannot afford the downtime as i WFH
