    @SamsungIndia @reliancejio in my samsung galaxyM13 5g phn jio sim not supported.i put my jio sim other phn its running well. and put other ntwrk sim to my phn its running well..i am very tens ..plz solve my problem..

    @JioCare 4 days since I booked AirFiber. Employee Pankaj at the jio office Ghatsila,East singhbhum Jharkhand took the money instantly, promised a 1-2 day install, and now won't answer his phone after a no-show from the engineer. Absolutely terrible communication. @reliancejio

    @JioCare it’s been 4 years and still no improvement in network services at 224152 Balrampur chini mills ltd area . ,but there is ZERO permanent resolution. level of service is unacceptable.Immediate action is needed.Kindly fix this ASAP. #jio#network-issue#jioDown

    @JioCare You all are just passing the ball. This is not working from 1st day. As I checked that I unable to connect with network after 5mtr distance from the device. If there are issue with your side then why I have to pay?

    @JioCare very poor experience with Jio AirFiber. #Jio #PoorService #JioAirFiber Recharge done but no internet activation (834). No properly for recharge options. Customer care is unresponsive. Why should customers pay for a service that doesn’t work? my fiber no +91-4031997788

    @JioCare Hi madam, till my issue was not resolve and second thing no one has called for support, such type of service is not acceptable from such big brand, no one will faith on Jio in future
