    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    @OfficeOfLGJandK dear sir, my daughter has been missing her online classes since it snowed in Kashmir because of @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence . Both the service providers have failed to restore our internet services. All the requests to them have failed so far.

    @reliancejio @JioCare we have no WiFi for the last 5 days and despite numerous complaints your service guys haven’t turned up !! Is this service ?? And do change your handle to @jiodoesntcare as Jio doesn’t seem to give a **** for customers !

    @reliancejio so poor service. My jio fiber is not working from yesterday. Customer care logged one service request yesterday. Now without resolving it they logged another one and telling me to wait another 24 hours. They are not resolving my problem

    @JioCare your customer service person says that Nio did not offer any free 3M +1 month offer, we have your printed flyer and call recordings of your marketing person convincing to take offer and your service person blindly rejects any such promotion, sure calls for escalation.
