    @JioCare It's more than one week and we are facing problem with the internet connectivity, your person has came 3 times & fixed it but again after some time the same issue. I'm seriously telling you I'll switch to @airtelindia just like I did it for my mobile number.

    Hello @JioCare When there is 1hr delay in payment you will disconnect. But since yesterday though I raised a request no one reached to resolve jio router issue. Kindly send some engineer to address this ASAP. Hno 12-75, behind TRR community hall, meerpet, hyd, pin 500097

    The installation team of jio Fiber has poor services, Denied to install jio Fiber for 90 m distance, why jio has made booking if installation is not possible @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Do not take services from them, they are worst service provider. On scale of 1-10 they should receive (minus) -100 for the service & customer care too. It's been more then 2 days the issue isnt solved & also the complainant is on hold as per they convenience SHAME @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare to make or rcv calls I need to restart the phone after every 15 minutes in case of my jio number else it's showing not reachable even if full of signal. No issue with other operators.

    @JioCare Thanks for replying and I am hearing the same for past 3 weeks. Does it takes 3 weeks to fix an issue. Anyway I hope to get solution. There is no escalation matrix for Jio as all complaints we are limited to Jiocare email id

    @reliancejio Absolute pathetic after sales service . They convinced me to move out of Airtel . Jio Internet not working 24 hours . No sign of any help coming my way . Airtel was better service wise
