    @JioCare Yes , i know how to recharge and how to check active plan.. my query i recharged but it not reflecting in my tran history, i called customer care they told yes we received payment but it decline status.. so u recharge again now second time I recharged no refunds yet for first one

    @JioCare Fix my internet i don't need your apologies. It has been more than 3 days and still i am here. My waste of time the customer support is so dumb that they even can't resolve a issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why did you consume additional data packs of customer first & then regular data? First regular packs should be utilised & then additional data. But you are doing the opposite. This is cheating. #jioscam #unsatisfied_customer #jiodoesnt_value_customers @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio He was ready to install if i would pay him. The installation process got delayed by giving the reason of technical issues and scheduled on today at 14:30hrs , nobody came and a message i recieved that the installation has been delayed again due to technical

    @JioCare Today's installation again rescheduled from your side without any intimation to 13th sept. What's wrong with your engineers? I can't sit at my home waiting for your installation team. Worst service @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Strange... Neither I shared my contact details nor Fiber ID, astonishingly it is assured by you that refund is in process. Please don't reply just for the sake of satisfaction of customer but try to put in efforts to redress grievance.
