    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    @JioCare @reliancejio, very disappointed with the new JioAirFiber connection. Wi-Fi keeps dropping and Smart TV freezes every few minutes. Completely unusable service despite being a brand-new connection. Kindly resolve urgently. Hopeless service really!

    Hey @reliancejio When the power goes out, the 5g network switches to a non-functional 4G, likely because the tower operator isn't fueling the backup generator, affecting everyone in the area. Please take prompt action Facing issue since last 15 days
