  @biswajitkundu9 @JioCare Biswajit this is standard process from jio mind you if u paid 2500/- it has installation charges which jio doesn't disclose while taking connection!! keep all the proof and don't beleive jio customer care unless you get it in written !!

  As per Jio offer If discontinue request raised within first month then whole 2500 (1.5 deposit and 1k installation) will be refunded. I could see that Jio has initiated 1.5k only. Request you transfer the remaining 1k as well.Service ID 300873584435 @JioCare @TRAI @PMOIndia

  @reliancejio has the worst system to redress complains. .. The Covid seems to have affected them the most.. Always their helpline has no staff. After taking Jio broadband you get their broad side. Their engineers don't pick up phones.i hv1499 package can't access #PrimeVideo
