    @SamsungIndia @reliancejio in my samsung galaxyM13 5g phn jio sim not supported.i put my jio sim other phn its running well. and put other ntwrk sim to my phn its running well..i am very tens ..plz solve my problem..

    @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been 15+ days since I booked Jio AirFiber and I’m still getting only excuses. Technician is not listening and keeps giving false promises daily. Install it by tomorrow or I’ll cancel my order and disconnect all Jio services. #JioAirFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare why your tower not working when there is no electricity. From one month continuously network don't work when there is no electricity. At present there is electricity but network showing 4G but still too slow.

    Hi @JioCare! I have 2 questions. I raised a service req on Thursday 21 May. It remains unresolved. My ques are -how many days must I wait before I go to the Appellate Authority? -You are going to be billing me for this lost time as well. Can I claim for a refund/deduction for it?

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioAirFiber Order NO0001DJKDRQ was scheduled on 19 May for installation on 23 May but has now been put on hold with a generic wiring issue reason. JioAirFiber service is already active in my area with 350 Mbps plus speed available.
