    @reliancejio Jiofiber down since 1:06 pm, still not fixed in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Do something to fix it.

    @JioCare How much more time for this network outage? No statement on this major issue from @reliancejio yet. We understand technical problems can happen in telecom but atleast communicate with your customers, provide a reason and some guidance as to when we can expect resumption.

    @JioCare What are you going to do about it? NOTHING. THE NETWORK IS DOWN SO JUST INFORM CUSTOMERS RATHER THAN ASKING ANY DETAILS.
