    One of our complaints to you has not been solved, you should stop speaking to the big telecom company of India in front of pepole and do not fool people by saying false things, you do not getfull fill the request of the customer,I'm not very happy with your services @JioCare #IND

    @reliancejio : I am trying to log a service request regarding problem with setup box issue. Simply not able to reach your customer care. Whenever I call the customer care number, it simply plays a pre recorded message and closes the call . Fed up with the pathetic service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Jio fibre is not working I have called customer care 10 times from yesterday..they scheduled technician visit at pin 271802 three times but technician did not come ... highly disappointed from Jio, please help.. I suggest people to never use jio fibre..

    @JioCare Very unprofessional attitude. Without visiting my home your engineers close the complaint. I have been continuously complaining but nobody is resolving my issue .My phone no 8209384764. Fibre down for last 40 hours
