The position of jio net is very poor in my locality pin 833102 ( Near Rani sakti mandir Chakradharpur) i can't even send a simple attachment or mail, vedio buffering is very much since a long time. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioNetIn

@JioCare few months ago new tower of your network built in our area your company representative make compaining for it I also port my number in your network , they committed a fast network but nowdays network became worst it is like 2G. Customer jodane ke bad dhokha na kare.

Now after a long time being customer of jio from its beginning i need to change my service operator to airtel. I have complained about poor indoor internet bandwidth but still no improvement at my location. @JioCare I am missing my daily online classes due to it.

Hello @JioCare few days back I ported my connection from @ViCustomerCare to your network..but sad internet surfing speed is not good..ex o.o1 kb, 0.24, 0.14...., 10 kb/s, 20.. 4G network but speed always below 100 kb/s.. WTF !! Yoy promised mb/s speed but giving us decimal speed

Its been more than 2 week , internet working very slow in my area, I complain/Chat daily on Jio WhatsApp service but no solution provided. Please look into this seriously.. @reliancejio @JioCare
