    The position of jio net is very poor in my locality pin 833102 ( Near Rani sakti mandir Chakradharpur) i can't even send a simple attachment or mail, vedio buffering is very much since a long time. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioNetIn

    @JioFiber @JioCare I applied for a JioFiber connection on 9 June. Installation has been scheduled twice, but no one has completed it yet. The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.

    It's been 3days and @reliancejio has not been able to fix the issue, neither are they sending anyone, just keep on extending the time technician will come. Now can anyone suggest a good fiber optics connection which won't trouble me like these jio sloths?

    @JioCare So if no refund will be provided no extension will be provided why we are doing so much delay in fixing the services, when we recharge we recharge for a month but service disruption happens than we will not exten or refund?

    @JioCare I had ported my BSNL number to Jio around 8 months ago. The connection was working, but due to non-recharge for the last 3 months, the SIM now shows "No Service". When I visited a Jio Store, I was informed that the subscriber data could not be found. Could you please che
