    The position of jio net is very poor in my locality pin 833102 ( Near Rani sakti mandir Chakradharpur) i can't even send a simple attachment or mail, vedio buffering is very much since a long time. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioNetIn

    @reliancejio please please please please please please please improve your network services...🙏 Really confused whether you are providing 4G or 2G... But you are charging for 4G... This is not fair at all... @TRAI must look into this matter.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst internet speed by Jio in our area whenever we try to raise complain customer care simply answers there are many user, but is that a solution. They don't want to resolve the issue seems like that.

    @airtelindia I recharged on 9th june 839 its coming validity of 84 days after recharged it's shows one months I registered complaint they said that they will update to 84 days but today it's expired in only 1 month I called to ur customer care 5 times not solved @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare Dear Rukhsar ma'am, One of your representative tells me installation will be done in 3 days and today it is cancelled after 18 days which way is it. Is this the way to give services to a customer. Pathetic service given by #JioFiber

    @JioCare (SR00001BXLIK, SR00001BZIJZ, SR00001C38Y2) and numerous calls to JIO customer care, they assigned a service engineer. After multiple follow-up calls, he reached my home for installation on July 8th.After the installation was complete the router was still blinking"RED"2/4

    @JioCare I have not been able to use my JIO-Fiber service for the last 7 days, which I have already paid. So here it is, I need my next bill to reduce with the days which I was not able to use the service and I need this issue to get resolved ASAP 4/4
