@_MukeshAmbani When my wifi goes out, I switch to @reliancejio data and the internet behaves like it's on 2G. The service center will now message me and quiz me with pointless questions. @TRAI Because the speed they are offering is untrue, kindly take rigorous action. #amici22

@TRAI @JioCare Shouldn't it be mandatory for all telcos to have an easily findable support email, sms or phone, so people can open service request and get a tracking number. Chat is deliberately kept dumb. Want India higher in happiness index, here's a chance to contribute.
