@reliancejio @JioCare Please understand first transaction shown as failed hence I had to second transaction. After few minutes first one was also successful. I did not do second recharge purposely. It was your app made me do it. It is Jio responsibility to provide me resolution.

@JioCare Plan is active and subscription is active and yet there’s no network connection. I removed the sim and put it again, I reset network settings and nothing seems to get my iPhone to reconnect to your network. Can you help? Not sure what the issue is.

@JioCare I am not getting my refund from Jio Postpaid Mobility. I have been appealing since 25thFeb. I have provided all the documents and information i.e Account details and Bank statement. 2 requests were raised (SR000014BKPX, SR0000144LF9) and was closed without any resolution
