The position of jio net is very poor in my locality pin 833102 ( Near Rani sakti mandir Chakradharpur) i can't even send a simple attachment or mail, vedio buffering is very much since a long time. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioNetIn

I called yesterday/today to cancel the process, both time, customer care would ask me to hold on & then he/she would cut the call. Is that your premium service? No connection, no service, nothing. Believe it or not, my office work has been heavily affected. @JioCare

@JioCare From past three days my internet is not working and if I am complaining to your executives they are saying to deactivate the products if you dont want. How irresponsible person are they. If you dont want customers then why are asking to install jio fiber.
