The position of jio net is very poor in my locality pin 833102 ( Near Rani sakti mandir Chakradharpur) i can't even send a simple attachment or mail, vedio buffering is very much since a long time. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioNetIn

@GooglePayIndia @reliancejio @JioCare Talked to Gpay representative Confirmed that Jio has given a confirmation that recharge done for 336 days but they repeatedly asked me to talk to Jio, why validity is shown as 90 days ? Is it not the responsibility of Gpay to talk to Jio & resolve the issue.

@reliancejio i switched to jio fiber recently. Advertised speed is 150mbps but mostly the 5g connection doesnt work. Disappointed. No customer service as well.

@jiocare The worst part is that he passed right in front of my location around 20 minutes ago and did not even bother to check what the problem was. I am willing to share his number if anyone wants to enquire whether I am telling the truth or not.

@Airtel_Presence 10 different times since yesterday thats what I got. Either your technician are not competent enough to assess the issue and provide correct time of fix or either not competent enough to fix it in mentioned time #pathetic will surely swith to @reliancejio fibernet next month.
