@pib_comm my phone got stolen yesterday & yet @reliancejio is unable to give me duplicate sim for 15 days for diff state. All my bank accounts & sensitive info are linked to this number, should I wait for my accounts to go empty before @JioCare can give decent customer service?

@JioCare @somitsrivastav_ My JioFiber complaint number is SR00001H1SU7 I had complained 2 days ago yesterday the engineer came and left in 10 minutes and said that you get the connection removed. I have done 6 month recharge few days ago and I am using Jiofiber since last 3 years.
