    @JioCare I booked Jio Airfiber on 28 March, KYC done on 30 April, jio personal took 2200 from us in cash. Then after several requests no installation done. Then on 10th april 2026 my booking was cancelled by you people. From 10 april I am pleading for my refund of 2200. Plz help.

    @JioCare What do you mean by no slots available when the slot for 3-4pm for 20-April was booked yesterday? Do one thing cancel this connection if you can't fix it. I can't pay for something that's not working or having no support.
