    How many times we have to raise the complaint? u dump people never gonna improve the signal strength it's been like a year now we can't even talk properly in phone calls if u can't provide good connection then don't get money from our area people get out frm my area @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI There is a big Scam By Reliance Jio. Data fraud by #Jio #Internet reduced the speed of the internet from 5G to 4G and 3G to 2G. Can pay back day data rolled over to the next day for using internet or day extend when your network coverage is slow.

    @JioCare dear X users plz take a note that Jio has developed a system to avoid customer grievance registration. If you face a perticular problem with your number you won't be able to connect to Jio care through that number . IVR will block you at a dead end with I fixed recorded

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still no action and I get reminders to pay the bill for a service which I havent used for past one month. Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.
