    @reliancejio @JioCare jio fibre uninstallation service is pathetic. 3 times appointment get scheduled for pick up but no engineer visited. Jio fibre doesn't want to refund money back it seems.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @DoT_India both companies mobile network is worse everyday in my area.while both companies tower is in my village.looks now competition has started to provide worse facility day by day.

    @JioCare just paid money yesterday for connection your so good that your person comes home gives some reason &goes now he says he will come tomorrow. yesterday one person called me & ask can i come now i told him come after 1hr he never called back or came & here

    @Raghughanta1 @JioCare Stupid assurances without resolution, living with frequent disconnects, the technician never visits the site, but the issue is resolved. Way to go!!

    @reliancejio in my location very bad jio signal hardly to make a call or use of int. Other network operators provide good service. please provide at least satisfactory network. (If u need I will sent my location DM)

    @reliancejio Despite making complaint on DM on Tweets and email, there is no reply from the Customer Care team, very poor response. The issue remains unresolved.
