@JioCare Problem is, whenever I tested the speed at random in your free trial, it was always above 140. And you’re probably aware that you’re not supposed to give promised speed to paying customers.

@JioCare Why do you have a support service that does not help in resolving customer problems or answer queries? You can do better for what you offer us. The user experience in terms of obtaining support is painful and a time waster with useless automated emails @anand_padmanabn
