    Hello @Airtel_Presence i had opened two service requests regarding poor network and internet issues, and it shows expected resolution date as 2nd June. Why should I wait for 2 weeks when it takes me only a day or two to switch to @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare Shocking customer service. 2 weeks of trying to get set top box/wifi collected, no action.Only bogus messages: JioFiber device for your service ID could not be collected even after several attempts to contact you. Your JioFiber account is now permanently disconnected..

    In my experience of an internet user as of now, @reliancejio has shown me the worst customer service one could get. The agents when you apply for services promise you the world but when told to deliver, they stop answering the calls. Request Number- SR00001B1N0X

    @reliancejio @JioCare After multiple customer calls and visiting stores I am not getting any help to set up Ethernet connection at my home. If you guys cannot resolve this issue I'll have surrender the connection. Need help no technician is ready to resolve this issue.Need help
