    @JioCare I can't find a reschedule option, and no service engineer has been assigned yet. Could you please check and assign someone? A service engineer was assigned last Friday, but the assignment was removed this morning.

    @JioCare @JioCare Do you have selective reading problem? My question is about compensation for the 2 day outage. Will JioFiber extend my plan by 2 days for service that I couldn’t use due to your fault? Please address this directly instead of generic response. What’s Jio’s stand on this?

    Jio, we are using ur airfiber & timely paying the rental, accordingly your staff gets payed. But once in blue-moon or 6 months when its not working same staff don’t respond thats very bad. SR00002NHPR2, kindly get it resolved earliest. Using Airtel to contact jio. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I don't have internet and I have given an appointment after 4 days , who pays for no connectivity in between ? The customer care doesn't pick the call as I have case open tickets. The local cable guy is better than this . #pathetic

    @reliancejio I’ve been struggling with international roaming for days, and despite following every step your representatives suggested, nothing works. Why offer international roaming if you can’t support customers overseas? This has been extremely frustrating. Please fix this ASAP.
