1st of all @reliancejio your network in my area sucks. As soon as there is a power cut your network goes on a stroll. It comes back only after power is restored. And now this issue which means you'll are sitting there to loot us and we like fools are letting you to do so.

@JioCare there is no way to raise service request with Jio. I have jiofibre connection which is not working and I tried mailing / raising request thru chat but failed. Calls also don’t go thru 🥺

@JioCare Happy news, more than hundred customers of Jio network ( my colleagues in Agra office) has decided to port into another service provider on Monday. Mega Port in Mela for better connectivity. Jio, please continue with ' third class' network connectivity. Shame on you.

@JioCare It took the big bang nearly 2 weeks to create the universe. However given the fact that it is already 4 weeks and @reliancejio as brand has been revolutionary in execution, my problem must be of gigantic proportion for @JioCare to resolve.

I am using #JIO from last 4 year And not satisfied because of network issues i complained many time & not get any response Now i purchase new #Airtel no. 4,5 days ago But in Airtel i got worse result than jio. Please suggest other network 🙏🏻 @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio
