@reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

Very bad customer care service on 199 call @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI not even giving correct response in return asking 10 questions for sim blocking. If i Loss any money due to misuse of my mobile, as jio customer care not blocking my number I will sue you in court.

@JioCare @reliancejio Order no : NO0000NW8D91. It's getting reschedule again and again and i need to change my plan accordingly. Why it's getting delayed? Even with escalation no resolution. I talked to care but still it's been rescheduling again. Please escalate ASAP.
