@reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

@JioCare I think this is the time people should know how your customer care works. I got a call from your Jio executive that he will deliver SIM to me but has to share OTP, I did share. Then he shared and came to deliver after 2 to 3 hrs later. Meanwhile I got a call from IVR.

@JioCare (2/2) Today I got a message from Jio that my account was barred due to nonpayment of Rs 707. Now I got no reminder, notification of pending payment and the recharge I did yesterday for 250 rs is gone to waste. Also my account is suspended. What the hell is this service?
