@reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

@JioCare Your services in my area is really disappointing. Network is full but internet speed is very very poor. I complained many times but no solutions. Plans are so costly . Talking charge for services but no services. If you have problems increase the validity of the day...

@JioCare facing internet issue with jiofiber since 2 days you people schedule the appointment with jio engineer but no one came down to solve the issue. Worst service provider will shift to another internet service provider soon. Will never recommend jio to anyone.

@JioCare They were telling me my kyc submitted earlier are mismatched with the ones i am providing them now. However the kycs are same as of provided earlier as well. Issue pertains to tour system not with my kyc’s.
