@reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

@jiocare pls look into this scam. Service Request Number SR00001CP743 appointment with Jio service engineer keeps getting rescheduled with a msg "rescheduled as per your request". Pls note we hv not requested any reschedule. So why this message is sent?

@JioCare @reliancejio internet on my phone isnt working. Changed SIM, followed settings, spoke to your customer care. Only option is to port to a different network if not resolved quickly
