@reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

@JioCare your jio care service is pathetic in rajnandgaon chhattisgarh.. i have reached 3 times to change my physical sim to esim but customer executive has told me biometric is not working since 1 week.. and the worst part is, they don't even care..

@JioCare @DoT_India Internet down again. Daily we are experiencing disconnection of 30 mins to 3-4 hours. If there no plans to improve services. Give me clear answer and I will switch to any reliable service provider.
