@reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

@reliancejio @JioCare emailing is off no use as well as everytime u get a auto reply. SR00001A8L5P and others raised as well. But i am still waiting on the refund. Just the worst customer service experience ever.

@JioCare @Jiocare. We do not see any improvement of Jio network in our flats (Block 4A/4B, Doshi Etopia 2, Perungudi, Chennai) yet. Could you please look into this matter?

@MahiUnbox @JioCare @reliancejio Only solution is for 1 month we pay only for voice call charges stop use data then only these company realiez the things always reply sterio type "due to heavy traffice speed is slow" so why not study and increase capacity making fool to us.
