@reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

@sujatachandran @reliancejio Mam, to get rid of this problem keep atleast 2 recharges in queue with current plan. You may be unaware about it but you can queue up recharges in Jio (no conditions applied). Your next recharge will activate automatically when current one expires and you won't get reminder ever.

@JioCare The ticket has been closed again without technician visit and resolution by the same engineer. I am facing issues from Day 1 of my JioFiber connection and service tickets keep on closing without any resolution. Such ignorance of customer support by my own employer is pathetic.
