@reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

Suddenly network is going down and there is No Service for hours even after trying everything, Airplane mode, Restarting the phone, network resetting. I think this is now a perfect time to switch from @reliancejio to either @ViCustomerCare or @Airtel_Presence.

@JioCare we are troubling again with the same problem. it worked for a little time and then again facing same network issue.when will you fix this issue .it took more than 8 hours.we are facing many problems because of this.
