@reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

@reliancejio calls are getting failed with my postpaid card. Issue happens at all location with the error message " server unreachable". This doesnt seem like a temporary network. issue persists at all times and at all locations. And the jio chat support is terrible. Pls help!

@s_sunjith @JioCare Usually it gets fixed at night, after some 9-10 PM. If you get this problem in the morning, probably no hope for the whole day.
