    @reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It’s beyond frustrating jio network in my area is shut from last 1.5 days and we are unable to accees internet or call. And ya I live in Mumbai btw Surprisingly, kuddos to #Airtel cause there is no issue for Airtel users in my home. Shl I swtch?

    @reliancejio @reliancejio JioFiber has been facing frequent disconnections recently, and this is becoming extremely frustrating. Today, the connection is down again. Initially, the restoration time was 4:44 PM, but it has now been pushed to 12:44 AM.

    An official from fraud company @reliancejio @JioCare just called asking for 10 more dys 2 resolve my AirFiber issue. That makes it a full month of no internet, & my recharge has already expired! This is daylight fraud. Escalating this deficiency of service to @TRAI #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Seems like you guys have no interest in resolving the issues of customers. Despite of tagging and mailing several times there is no update on my eSim activation from u guys.Seems like time to join Airtel & leave u guys. 4 Jio and 1 Jio fiber connection will soon be replaced

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 🚨 Fed up with Jio! ₹10,000 taken by a Jio representative on 6 July, promised service never delivered. Weeks of complaints, reminders & proof submitted — still no refund! Stop wasting my time with repetitive replies. Refund my ₹10,000 NOW.

    @JioCare In my location, Jio has good network coverage, so not a coverage issue. Please check from your end for any recharge or activation-related issue with my number, instead of repeatedly sending the same message. This is only wasting time without resolving the issue. @reliancejio

    This is very disappointing; I purchased a ₹299 recharge that offers 1.5 GB of daily data and also bought an unlimited 5G plan by recharging with ₹51, but the network is very poor and the unlimited 5G isn't working. Please fix this as soon as possible! @JioCare
