    @reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

    @JioCare And again after 3 days the internet services are disrupted. Again the engineer visit is just scheduled without the engineer visiting. Such a stupid customer service and I am fed up.

    Hi @JioCare, my Jio number 6280435901 is not working and recharge is not getting accepted. I am currently in UAE and MyJio login is also not working. SIM shows “Emergency Calls Only”. Please help me check if the number can be reactivated.@JioCare

    @JioCare We request that this issue be resolved immediately and on a priority basis. If prompt corrective action is not taken, we will be compelled to discontinue your services and port our SIM connection to another provider.

    @JioCare @JioCare The technician contact provided is not reachable. Also, there is no Reschedule, Track Technician, or Call Technician option available in my MyJio app. Please verify the assigned technician details and escalate this case to the concerned service manager.

    @JioCare My dad has paid for Jio fiber on Saturday but the installation hasn’t happened so far. I havent even started my services with jio but such a poor customer experience is making me rethink my decision. Please help
