    @reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

    @JioCare Jio landline for outgoing call is working fine, however not working for incoming call. Facing same issue in JioJoin app iOS and android app.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I have contacted many times for the device pickup and refund from the customer care. Even after escalation divice is not picked up and the ticket is getting closed with comment as resolved. SR00001E39PG Escalation ticket number.

    @reliancejio @exploreIMC HELLOO USING JIO FIBER WITH jio setop box. Using plan 1499 and ott apps subscription in the plan. Sony liv app not working . Asking for subscription. But it's including in the plan we recharge. Plz make resolution.

    @reliancejio Extremely bad service. Call drops, slow internet, evenly your own #myjio app is not working on your network. Going to switch my network asap!

    Hi @reliancejio @sumankargupta @JioCare I was waiting around 20 minutes on hold and no one bloody person was picked the call and after the 20 minutes the call disconnected from JIO customer support, and that service was horrible and pathetic 😠😠😠😡. #JIO #RelianceJio

    @JioCare worst experience with jio, poor network,no internet, data lapse without use, money washout only, customer satisfaction is zero.

    @reliancejio @exploreIMC Bloody ask them to fix the issue we are facing first then sit and invite and play 4g 5g. Been over a month no service has been provided till date

    Using jio sim network because of better network coverage from others but there is near zero network at my home @reliancejio it's very annoying while talking.add vasant apt,sn patil lane, Dawood baugh road Andheri West.

    Experience is so bad that I feel it was a bad idea to switch from @ACT. Let me know if you can solve these issue at the earliest or else refund my hard earned money. Also do let me know the process of disconnection in case you can't provide a solution @JioCare @reliancejio (5/5)
