    @reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup We are going to have 5G in few months however in village area jio is still failing to provide good network, you have the same pricing for city and villege area however there is pathetic customer service for villege customers. This is disappointing.

    @JioCare i recharged with valuepack of 1559 today.and the pack suppose to give validity of 335 days.but from app it shows of ending validity at 7th September which is 11 month or 30 days less then 1 year.whats the issue?. Necessary details shared on DM

    Worst in the world @reliancejio @JioCare my sim is NO SERVICE, and jio store person telling me to come tomorrow when i go then again say come tomorrow, really i don't have another work... once i get my sim i will port it immediately...

    @JioCare What will you do with an alternate number when no Jio team has answered the questions of the customers. Apologizing does not solve the problem. done by working. The fault lies with the customer who is taking the service of your company.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber service is stopped in our area for unknown reasons since 4th October. And we have been told that it shall resume on 9th October. It is extremely inconvenient. Without wifi work from home is badly affected. Pls do something. Tejpal Road, Vile Parle E,Mumbai 57.
