  @reliancejio @JioCare Recharged my Jio number with two plans 599 & 251 WFH pack, and seeing that WFH pack is not reflecting on my account on my jio app,tired of calling customer care. Kindly have a look,Reference No: 2977276703. Don’t know why @JioCare WFH plan changes everyday.

  @JioCare jiofiber is the worst wifi broadband service available in this country. I am facing issue for past 6 days and even after raising multiple service request and wasting more than 5 hours on customer service call I have not got this issue resolved.

  Hey @JioCare @reliancejio , Have no internet for 4 days. Engineer came once and referred to backend team. Even after registration of Service Request, no one came and request mysteriously disappeared. No human to speak to. Pathetic service levels. With WFH how do we work? @trai
