@JioCare @reliancejio Wanted to switch to Jio Fiber, but got denied service by the Jio representative mentioning that i can choose one of the only 2 options provided(rs 999 or rs 1499) Any other plan request i was told wont be entertained and i was asked to leave. Helloo????

@JioCare Hello @JioCare Im again facing internet issue. I have raised service engineer visit (SR00001GRUUW) which is scheduled between 5:25-8:25pm. Till now no one called me or visited my place.Could you please prioritize this as I'm working from home.
