    @JioCare Thank you for your response. However, I have been hearing the same assurance for several days, while my issue remains unresolved. My original complaint was raised on 26 July 2026. The engineer visited on 28 July, confirmed that both the IDU and ODU were damaged, replaced only the IDU, and assured me that the ODU would be replaced soon. Instead, my complaint was marked as resolved on 28 July at 10:05 PM without replacing the ODU or restoring my connection. My AirFiber is still not working, and I have been calling customer care every day without any resolution. Please provide a definite timeline for ODU replacement and service restoration instead of generic assurances.

    It's been 7 days since I paid JioFiber relocation charges, yet @JioCare has neither completed the installation nor refunded my money. Despite repeated follow-ups and false assurances, there has been no resolution. This is a clear deficiency in service. Kindly intervene. @nch1915

    @JioCare YOU PEOPLE ALWAYS GIVING A TYPED REPLY,TRY TO READ, STUDY AND UNDERSTAND MY ISSUE AND THEN REPLY ACCORDINGLY. I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR INFORMATION OF MY CURRENT PLAN. ASKING A DEBIT OF RS 3599 ON 17/09/2025 AS SHOWN IN MY CREDIT CARD STATMENT BUT NOT FINDING IN RECHARGE MY DEVICES
