@JioCare very pathetic service from your customer care. After waiting 15 mins in call they told me to diconnect and call again for the other department. I have followed proper step for the call still the call goes to wrong department. 😡

@JioCare Hi @JioCare, I was told the issue will be resolved, I'd receive a call from the supervisor, that the engineer will respond but it's been 10 days on that. I have registered a complaint with @jagograhakjago I expect a refund of my recharge and security deposit
