    @JioCare he did not come to my place to check only and he did not call also how can he shift the appointment without asking the customer and when I try to call the customer care it says the SR is created and cuts the call automatically what kind of service is this.

    @JioCare you have really pathetic service with Jio Fiber at Palava City. We opted new connection & immensely regret it. We were told the installation will happen on the same day that we took the connection or latest the next day. It has been 2 days. Now no one answers calls

    @JioCare Customer care says Order No: NO0001DEM4QM will be installed by 5 PM today. After nearly a month of waiting, no visits, no calls, and no response from the assigned engineer, why should I believe this promise? I've heard similar assurances for weeks with no action.

    @JioCare it has been 15 days and I've not received my refund. Neither you people are replying to my DMs nor my mails. If I don't receive my refund, there is no other way for me than to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum.

    @JioCare I am facing serious network issues in my area. Calls are dropping frequently, mobile internet is very slow, and the network signal is poor. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.Village-Balanda, Block -Lakhanpur, Dist - Jharsuguda , Odisha.
