    @JioCare Jio, clearly you’re not interested in fixing the problem. You keep sending scripted replies while the network/internet issue remains unresolved. Stop wasting my time with copy-paste responses. Fix the network or admit you can’t. Customers deserve a working service, not excuses.

    The network quality of jio has gone completely downhill over the last week—barely getting 1 bar of signal and calls keep dropping. If this isn't resolved soon, I’ll have to port to another provider. Please fix this @jiocare @reliancejio!

    @JioCare Honestly, I’m extremely frustrated with @reliancejio at this point. What was promised as a 48-hour SIM delivery has turned into weeks of follow-ups, multiple service requests, unanswered calls and still no clear delivery date. All this trouble just to get a SIM. @JioCare
