@JioCare @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber connection was suspended for 2 months as I was out of town. I’ve now returned and want to restart the service. Due to a storm,outdoor unit has fallen (not damaged) & needs fixing. Please arrange a technician visit & reactivate my connection

@JioCare This issue is especially pronounced in the mornings, where network performance deteriorates significantly, often reverting to 4G connectivity. This persistent problem occurs despite my monthly recharge of 349 Indian Rupees.

Really disappointed with @JioFiber. Recharged my WiFi on 28 Feb, payment is done but services are still not activated. MyJio app shows “no plan active”. Complaint already registered, 24+ hours gone, still no resolution. This is unacceptable. #JioFiber #PoorService #JioCare
