    @JioCare @IamKishorBhat Avoid Jio AirFiber. I had a terrible experience and had to switch to another ISP within just a few months. Their customer support is practically non-existent unless you publicly call them out on X

SR: SR00003EEA7R Raised: 18 Aug, 4:34 PM JioAirFiber: 1285317664 Your app says “Home visit scheduled”, but there has been NO engineer call and NO visit so far. How long does it take to fix a completely dead connection? Please escalate this urgently and send an engineer today.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio. I’m an existing customer trying to port 3 family members from Airtel to Jio. Been trying to reach customer support for 4 hours and tweeted multiple times. Zero response. Terrible onboarding experience from the start!

    Dear @JioCare . My jio fiber home has come across a payment cycle glitch that needs to be resolved urgently. I have had a conversation with the jio service official on call for half an hour just now. They aren't able to do anything.

    @JioCare @reliancejio please give my refund back for this month’s recharge and take your fiber box away. Will switch to @airtelindia . Havent seen a more trashy customer service. Engineer doesnt pick call, customer care is not reachable, nobody replies on twitter after DM
