    @reliancejio My JioFiber connection was suspended due to non-payment. On customer care’s assurance that payment would allow one month of service, I paid ₹722 on 07.08.2026 and the connection was restored. However, a fresh bill of ₹798 was generated on 11.08.2026 without adjusting my ₹722 payment, and my connection has again been suspended. I effectively received service for only 3 days against my payment. Please verify the payment, billing records and call recording, adjust ₹722 appropriately, waive any incorrect charges and restore my connection immediately.     Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio. I’m an existing customer trying to port 3 family members from Airtel to Jio. Been trying to reach customer support for 4 hours and tweeted multiple times. Zero response. Terrible onboarding experience from the start!
