    @sahil_himani @JioCare @reliancejio Yes jio service is very bed in this aear i complaints How many times have I complained to jio but there has been no improvement in the service

    @JioCare @reliancejio - After an excess amount was deducted from my credit card, I was instructed to raise the issue via email. I did so, yet there has been complete silence. Is this how one of India's largest telecom operators addresses grievances and handles customer funds?

    @JioCare i have been charged for a landline number which I do not use. This is the landing number 913331969487 and i have made atleast 5 calls to customer care but there has been no resolution

    @JioCare @reliancejio I made an AirFiber request And placed an order 3 days ago also made a payment, but no engineer visit has happened so due to the Poor & Negligence service by Jio, I don't wanna continue with Jio so please refund my entire amount with immediate effect.@JioCare

    @JioCare Jio is very slow.. on 6th June we ported to Jio and till date the details of delivery of SIM is not received Spoke to @JioCare twice today.. if this is the case how to rely on JIO..act smartly- there are so many services provider and if you are not compatible the what’s the use?

    I lost 3 days of active internet due to your service outage. You disconnect us for unpaid bills instantly—so why don't we get credited when you fail to deliver? What's your policy on service compensation? @JioCare

    This feels like a complete scam and misleading user experience @JioCare #jiofraud I clicked "Add Data" in the MyJio app expecting a data booster. Later, customer support informed me that I had purchased an ISD plan Requesting an immediate resolution and refund.#jio

    @JioCare Be assured.. it is not getting resolved... Your sim company courier executives have Phone turned off.. this has been my complaint again and again. How are you going to resolve my sim delivery when the assigned person for delivery has phone turned off

    @JioCare @JioCare I have been mentally harassed by you guys for my refund. Its been 2.5 months since I have discontinued my Jio service and I havent yet received my security deposit of 1500 i dont know how many times i have to request you for my own money. Class act of harassing customer
