    @JioCare @jio_fiber wow what a service without even resolving the issue you guys closed the ticket. My internet speed is still slow (upto 5 -10 MBPS only) I hv paid for 100 MBPS. It's been a month now. No refunds no answer. Tkt number - SR00003BPNS7. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Wifi not working again for past 2 days. And I scheduled a request for today, which you guys automatically changed to afternoon tomorrow. Worst Service in the world. Thank God I switched to Airtel last month. Its good Jio is just a backup now.

    @JioCare New AirFiber (15 Jul) is already a nightmare. Unstable internet, Jio Join not working delayed/rescheduled visits poor support. PIN 735218. Earlier you asked me to DM but there was no real resolution. Same in 5G congestion issue too. Please stop generic replies and fix it
