    @JioCare My internet connection is down since yesterday afternoon, but till now also ,u don't have any specific information about technician visit,no confirm time, since morning I am waiting at home ,if u had given me a time slot ,i could have done my work.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 15 din se 4G internet nahi chal raha. Network full hai, sirf 5G pe thoda chal raha hai. Multiple complaints ke baad bhi issue solve nahi hua. Recharge waste ho raha hai. Please fix urgently ya validity extend/refund dein.

    Hello @JioCare I am facing the worst service with your @jio_fiber. Every month internet does not work atleast for 2 days. Today the router shows green light on, but no internet. Unable to reach the service through call, emails or instant chat. Need a response at the earliest.

    @reliancejio @JioCare had requested airfiber in march, paid 1200 on App. the service engg. never came & your executive says refund not possible & abuses on call. I hope entire family burns in hell. neeta, isha rundi mdrchd. May your female employees die unmarried & male w/ ED
