  @JioCare @reliancejio My JioAirFiber has been down since 19 June in Faridabad. Only 1 engineer visited and confirmed a tower issue. Since then, no one has come despite multiple complaints. Every day it’s “tomorrow.” Pathetic service. Is this how you treat customers? #jioairfiber

  @JioCare, this is the worst service I’ve dealt with. My STB request (SR000039RZK9) has been pending since June 29th. I’ve called 5 times in 2 days, and I’m sick of hearing ‘engineer will come.’ No one shows up. Stop wasting my time and fix it now. I’m extremely frustrated.

  @jiocareindia shifted my JioFiber connection after being told that if I recharged the required amount, my previous plan would automatically be restored. I followed the instructions exactly, but my plan was never restored. This is very disappointing.@reliancejio @DoT_India
