    @JioCare hi my dad just got new jio sim on his non volte but 4G phone it got activated today itself but whenever WiFi is connected,he cant make calls but when WiFi is turned off call works as usual,I DONT USE JIO FOR DATA MUCH BECAUSE ITS SLOW AND I CANT KEEP MY WIFI TURNED OFF

    @JioCare The signal has been very show all through my last recharge and I spoke to customer services and they said work was going on in my area. I think you should kindly extend the package I paid for but was not able to use, into the next period of time with the same package

    @JioCare @reliancejio what a poor speed i m receiving after special recharge of 101. On the name of 4g network my download speed is just 50kbps. Seriously its very poor speed.

    I opted for jio auto pay before my current plan expire yet my plans are not active. Now @JioCare @reliancejio is saying i need to do 5 days earlier . So jio i will not do any recharges and port my no. If even after opting for a service if you could not deliver than i am sorry

    Dear @reliancejio @JioSaavn @JioCare , Why can't you allow us to create our own personalized hello-tune by selecting a song and segment within that song. I'm sure it's technology possible and more importantly it'll show your customer centric nature. Not the worst "IDEA".

    @JioCare jio fiber is a pathetic wifi option to go for. Even after having a 150mbps plan slow speed remains constant. The agents will disconnect your chat no proper response until i filed a complaint in National consumer helpline. They don’t even check your Dms @ambani 🤬🤬

    @JioCare i lodged a complaint yesterday that my jio fiber is not working as the wire is broken, no one has till now come to the location to solve the problem. Kindly work on this. Our whole work is been stopped due to this.

    @JioCare This is to bring to your notice that i have not recieved the caution amount of Rs. 500 /- only to my bank account .Although while talking to customer care they said me that they have already sent the amount to my bank account on 8th March 2022.
