@reliancejio @JioCare The Jio store @ Goregaon West - Ashokraj have good staff but terrible senior team who don’t care to even speak or explain customer with their query and/or concern. They just dialled Jio helpline and there Mr. Surya Prakash explained procedure easily.

@reliancejio @JioCare There is no good network(very very weak signals problem) in our society. Request to Jio service provider do something...approx 500 peoples are affected due to this network issue.

@JioCare @JioCare there is 0 jio data network in metro (between chakala and ghatkopar) and between #ghatkopar and #mulund in local train. Fed up. Many irritated passengers planning to move to @airtelindia as @VodafoneIN is as useless as @JioCare in trains. @TOIMumbai
