    Extremely poor customer service by @HathwayBrdband. SRs closed without acknowledgement from customer; speeds are extremely slow, while charges for connectivity are promptly collected. Sales teams rudely put you off saying not their problem. @reliancejio @SDCorpOfficial

    @HathwayBrdband ever since you guys moved to @reliancejio there have been so many connectivity issues! I am going to shift to a Pvt ISP. You guys have no proper system of customer service anymore. Had it!!

    @reliancejio terrible service. Paid for a plan. Not willing to activate it nor refund the amounts. #scam. Completely unapologetic about scamming me. Spoke to Arun from their service centre. Have recorded myself talking to them as well. Will be sharing that as well.

    @JioCare It is indeed sad that the days of poor service has started. Today I have been calling the jio fibre service/helpline no for JIO Giga Fibre connection three times & wastedof more than 40 minutes before getting through. This is sad
