    @Airtel_Presence Please understand that we customers are relying on a service for it's past reputation. I switched from @reliancejio to @airtelindia in hopes of network improvement. But it seems I was mistaken.

    Jio became the worst service provider ever, every time I recharge with 4g but get 2g speed. They make us fool and I already complaint 8 to 10 times still there is no any solution. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Reliance,@JioCare despite having spent 12 hours with you in trouble shooting the problem with router remains. It’s worse now, the router can not be detected any more. Very sad and disappointing. Not expected from a Reliance group company.
