But it has postponed the appointment twice since evening. Pathetic service. A new connection takes a couple of hours but fixing an issue takes 4 days. JioFibre.

As we are losing internet, our set top box has been changed 2 times in 1 month and service technicians give only temporary relief for the problem to recur. Why should we pay if we don't get seamless internet?

You can't even provide reliable internet in a Tier 1 city like Chennai, & NIRF #1 campus, IIT Madras. Pathetic experience
