    Is it legal to advice your customers to take more than one connection in non coverage area? @reliancejio @JioCare looking for your service which is not available, still after so many requests made past one year.

    @JioCare Its been almost 2 months now. A simple relocation request cannot take so much of time. Can someone share process to disconnect and refund the balance?? Seems JIO only care for new customer and doesn't want to service or support their existing subscriber.
