    Day to day the network getting worst. Complaining through one month but @Airtel_Presence didn't any respond. Should we go to @VodafoneIN or @reliancejio . @TRAI please help us

    @JioCare Don’t teach me how to use the app and check the status of request. You should focus on fixing problem related net connectivity and better customer care where user can find the resolution and same problem do not arises again and again. Don’t want boat like reply atleast.

    @QamarAnchor @reliancejio @JioCare X need to ban these type of a accounts. Just post some fake false **** for engagement. There is NO Unlimited 5G written on the said plan like that. Unlimited 5G is applicable on eligible base pack.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have heard these same assurances for days. You have made repeated promises but delivered no resolution. My patience is exhausted. Please stop giving false hope and proceed with my cancellation request immediately. I no longer have confidence in Jio's service.

    @JioCare Sorry I was always I available. U have a loophole in your system to fake customers request to reschedule. I never asked for reschedule. Your team is playing with ticket type and status, all I need is a working internet at the end of day 11! What type of ticket u use is left to u

    @JioHotstar @reliancejio Hey @JioCare , my Jio plan already includes JioHotstar (For VoLTE) and the subscription is showing as active in the MyJio app until August 2026, yet the JioHotstar app is asking me to recharge again to continue watching. Please resolve this issue. #Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I told customer care I called 3 times none resolved the issue.. and this time I will also record d call.. Very admend that either you pay the incorrect bill fully to get ur connection, we will not correct the bill as this month bill already generated.

    @JioCare Also this is my first day experience into the network, i asked the technician if there are any cable cut issues in the area , or else i would prefer air fiber, he wasn't keen on providing that connection inspite of me elaborating that i cannot afford the downtime as i WFH

    @JioCare really what a wonderful experience you are providing. Wow I can't imagine what different experience would have been given. if this was a monthly billed customer. You are just taking a customer for granted who has already paid in advance.

    @JioCare Worst service ever! Got Jio AirFiber on 11 May. It stopped working on 2 June. Raised countless complaints. After a month, the engineer said the device is faulty & needs replacement. Still no action. Paid ₹2300 for nothing. Shameful support. #JioAirFiber @TRAI
