I tried to connect to customer care and it’s been over 15 mins waiting to speak to one person who can answer my question?? But all I get is music…such a pathetic service…they will not wait one day if you delay payment, but when coming to service it’s worse than the worst…

Guys we live in Bandra West that is one of the best places in Mumbai and you guys have limited connectivity what a ridiculous service u guys have.
