    @JioCare had taken jio fibre. Guy came for set-up, couldn't complete it. Asked me to cancel request.Said whole Rs 1500 of previous request will get credited to me.But only Rs1250 got credited. Why should I pay if jio service guy can't do setup.? Why cheat customer of their money?

    @JioCare Yes. The address is same and we have 1 tower installed in our village since many months but it is not started if that tower starts, issue will be reaolved completely.

    @reliancejio what a worst network you’re providing, I have recharged my mother’s number with one year package with daily data of 1.5 GB.. worst internet.. want to switch network to airtel, pls refund in a prorated way or provide good network..

    @JioCare Internet stopped working since last night and I've had 4 calls with your customer care and all I get is it'll be resolved within 2 hours as it's an area wide issue and it's been 10 hours and no resolution yet. No SR raised. Already DM'ed the details

    @JioCare It’s almost 19 hours Jio Fiber internet service is not working at my area. Customer care is giving 2 hrs of timeline every time I called. But nothing has resolved yet. Would U please resolve it soon as it’s affecting our work hours.
