@JioCare @reliancejio I live in Delhi but my nearest jio store told me that 5G is still not available in my area ,while when i called customer care is telling me that its available all over delhi . Can you please check!!

@cartoonistrrs @airtelindia I am more than 14 years old customer of Airtel and facing very bad network quality from last 3 years, complaint many times.... But no one take cares.... I will also moved to @reliancejio in few days....

@reliancejio @JioCare You guys are one of the worst service providers in Ahmedabad. My setup box request was placed on Dec4th and still it's open and your customer executives are teaching us on call to behave professionally. @JioCare teach them first how to work professionally.

@JioCare Guys you need to work on SMS alerts of recharge thing. If the plan is abt to expire, it's okay to alert customers with one or two msgs , but you keep on sending is not the good one. Also when calling a person in an emergency stop giving alerts, It's annoying

@reliancejio Its pathetic to have below 10mbps at Delhi and Bangalore airport and while roaming across Delhi NCR.I was forced to recharge my VI sim for seamless data connection. Also at my locality at Alappuzha Kerala its really slow and latency is too high. If this goes on I ll port 3 sims.

@JioCare I am unable to receive SMS since a week and daily I am calling customer care, they are just trying to get rid of me somehow by transferring here and there and reading some robotic text from their website. You people have the worst customer support on the earth.
