@JioCare it is proving to be very difficult to get your service to honour an appointment. I have also sent my complaint by mail. My service request is SR000019CFDU for which again I get the usual AI reply. Very shoddy service

@reliancejio In Bangalore m getting 6Mbps as upload speed in jio. the network is called 4 G though. Your customer service team says that that's experienced during peak hours.. so during peak hours the internet is so bad that even Instagram won't get updated! 4G is a joke wen it comes to jio.
