    @AadiAchint @reliancejio Airtel is the only good option. Jio has a problem with internet quality as well as customer service.

    Dear @DoT_India Please take some serious action if you have potential against @JioCare #JioAirFiber for the kind of worst service they are delivering to the people and charging huge monthly rental. entire X is full of complaints against them. @jagograhakjago

    .@JioCare #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.

    @JioCare New JioAirFiber connection (installed just 1 week ago) is giving very poor performance. Download speed is much lower than promised, network is unstable, frequent packet loss, and overall connection is inconsistent. This is unacceptable for a new installation.

    @JioCare Can you just fix your damn service already? My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. I even booked a service visit, and no one has shown up. When I call customer care, it says there’s an outage in the area—but somehow I’m the only one dealing with this. Is there any actual fix for this issue?

    One of the worst experiences with service, customer support, and installation by @JioCare. I raised a request for Jio Fiber on April 14, and now it's May 3. Whenever I call customer care, they just say it's "in progress."

    @JioCare No point in noting down, again no one reached out today despite service being scheduled from 12-1, I hope you guys understands that you will be losing multiple customers because of this.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @AadiAchint @reliancejio We were told MTNL, BSNL were public sector, so theooor service was expected, changeover to private. Now all are same in deficiency of service service. Ram Bharose. If it works, it works
