@reliancejio I did not get 5g network in Varanasi location babatpur. I have tried many times. I am using OnePlus 2t. Also i am using Airtel and getting Airtel 5g network and high speed internet. Jio is my primary sim.

@JioCare What the hell is going on here? My problem is still unresolved after more than 28 hours, and this guy has not been assigned an engineer. pathetic and very poor service. Please don't go with Jio Fiber.

@JioCare @JioCare please don't use word like earliest. Give me a deadline. I was told that everything will be handled within 10 days by your customer representative and the person who came to pickup device. It's been more than 10 days already and still no update.

4 month ago I put disconnect requested and yesterday someone came for pickup. As we left the office somehow we missed a charger now jio executive denying to pickup cos of missing charger They can deduct the amount of charger I've no issue :- EC0000006OBZ @JioCare @reliancejio
