    10 days of chasing customer service for cancelling JioFiber relocation & refund. Emails go unanswered, agents have no clarity on call & issue keeps getting delayed. After days of follow-ups, do I really need to approach the Consumer Court for my own money? @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , did you even check the records and escalations that I made or just making false commitments for reimbursement. What records did you even check. I have made escalation here as well as on your customer care too but still you people say No delay?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Team worst experience. Jio home connection not yet installed. PLEASE CANCEL. as per sale team it will be done in one day.. but now no response. sales people are Fraud. Why to make fake promises big not done. FRAUD Alert..
