What is wrong with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare I ported my number from airtel to jio last month and cleared the dues when I was given the details on 20th of this month..still my number has been blocked.. Such failure companies u guys are... Zero support to users.

@JioCare my jio fibre number 91-1723551213 is not working since yesterday. Tried switching off and on several times. Box displays only blinking red light. Found out today the fibre wire is broked on the street possibly by a passing truck. Kindly arrange to restore connection.
