    @JioCare He took OTPs in the name of refund request. After multiple calls and emails the connection was terminated and after a two months the equipment was returned to my location and then collected by the jio ground team as well. And after that I was promised a refund for failed service

    @JioCare close my connection of JioFiber(+916413552790) and take all of your setup with you. I have got nothing to do with this pathetic service. I am not gonna wait two days for your resolution to normal Internet interruptions that can be fixed in an hour.

    I got a call from the Jio service center because I did not recharge my Jio number and I was threatened that I would be sent to jail because I said to her do your work, I am busy right now so do not bother me again and again? @JioCare @reliancejio

    Highly disappointed with my Jio AirFiber relocation (SR: CO0001RQGNZZ). The assigned SMS contact redirected me to local Sullurupeta staff, who then ignored calls & refused service, claiming ₹1200 portal payments are "out of their scope." @JioCare @reliancejio 1/2

    @JioCare I didn't ask for any cancellation. I needed relocation. Even my subscription plan is active and valid till 26.04.26.. So, you people needed to refund that too in case you people are going to do cancellation due to your pathetic and incapable service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3rd call to customer care... Same troubleshooting by the non Technical executive, then after same result of red light blinking on the router, now Technical team will troubleshoot which never connected. Call back request raised on 12:15 pm
