    Shame on @JioCare. Every Sunday our JioFiber mysteriously stops working. 25+ families in our colony for over 30 days, yet you do nothing except register complaints that go nowhere. Your customer care openly says it won't be fixed on Sundays. 3rd consecutive Sunday. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I jiofiber internet is not working Showing green light but internet is not working i have mail also in Jiocare helpline but the internet is Frequently disconnected again n again I have done all the steps but internet is not working.

    @JioCare Wifi stopped again. Please allow me to speak with your customer care.I raised a service request for the ninth time within 2 months and hence the IVR is not allowing me to speak with customer service assistant.Need to disconnect the service or i will pay again for nothing

    System stopped workin again and we sceduled a engineer visit. @JioCare just shameful and pathetic services. No engineer can fix them. Please avoid using it if you are a WFH employee.

    @DoT_India @TRAI I'm facing the same issue again even after @JioCare marked my service request as resolved. A technician visited my location, the issue was fixed and the service request was closed. However, the same problem has persisted again after No time.

    JioCare has confirmed multiple times (including in writing) that my Google AI Pro offer is successfully activated. Google One still shows only the free 15 GB plan. This appears to be a Google–Jio entitlement synchronization issue, and several other users have reported the same
