    @JioCare A person sign up for his fiber account in india using my email ID, I currently live in UK. I contacted jio fiber on email. They said they informed the user about the issue. But I am still getting bill emails. How to get it stop?

    @JioCare My router got replaced but the field engineer charged for the adapter. How come the adaptor is separate from the router?? Moreover, I didn't get any bill for the adaptor. I reached out to customer care they confirmed no bill will be there. What kind of scam is this @JioCare ??

    @reliancejio Very poor experience with Reliance Jio Fibre. Paid ₹807 for installation (Order No. NO0001CZW6F0) on 20 A026 after KYC, with promise of same-day installation. No service provided, no response from representative. Requesting immediate refund. #JioFiber #Customer
