    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 4 business days, yet there's still no refund. All I hear is "wait a few business days." You failed at every stage—booking, installation, cancellation, and now the refund. This is truly pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare Beware of Jio Airfiber! Pathetic customer service. The wifi and tv failed soon after installation and I have had called the customer care 5 times, still they are not raising the issue. Now I can't even call on that number. In mails getting only system generated replies.

    @JioCare Again nobody called, no engineer visited. Extremely pathetic. Now I will take this to LinkedIn on the poor service provided for Jio Fiber. Will go ahead with disconnection as well

    @JioCare On my request???? You dumb ****. I’ve been using my Jio fibre for six years and I’m writing to suspend it. I’ve been trying to get my issue fixed for 18 days now and you haven’t been able to do so.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/3 I've already tried everything—rebooting the router, factory resetting it, testing multiple devices, and using an Ethernet (LAN) cable instead of Wi-Fi. The issue clearly isn't on my end. This points to a routing or network problem within Jio's infrastructure.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your fibre internet is becoming a headache. Outage yesterday and today. And almost once a week. This is becoming really terrible. And each outage lasts several hours #poorservice #Jiodoesnotcare
