    @JioCare @gaikprashant @JioCare Myntra refunds are much faster. Airtel customer service is also far better. JioFiber keeps delaying refunds and making customers wait without clear answers. Very disappointing experience.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my Jio Fiber is down since last 18 hrs. Complaint made. No resolution from their end. This 3rd time in last 6 mths. Horrible. RELIANCE on Jio now to be reconsidered

    @JioCare U ask y he denied ,extreamly wahiyad service... Your technician called and refused to visit after 6 PM. Then why offer appointment slots if technicians won't honor them? Customers are not sitting idle waiting indefinitely. This service has become a complete joke.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Stop sending this same f bullshit message again and again like brain-dead robots. I already gave details multiple times. I paid my money on 5th June, did KYC, and your useless team never called or installed anything for 7+ days.

    @JioCare As expected, despite repeated complaints and assurances, our WiFi remains non-functional for over a week. This is completely unacceptable. Since the issue is not being resolved, kindly confirm the process for immediate disconnection and refund of the unused service period.

    @JioCare Thanks for providing no help and for completely avoiding my actual question. Since I have not received any clear explanation or resolution regarding the promised 390-day validity of my annual plan, I will now be escalating this matter to the National Consumer Helpline.(1/2)
