U jio company people just shut down ur company What is the data speed u are giving In this 4G generation u are offering 2G speed Then why you are charging the cost of 4G When u are giving 2G speed then only charge the cost of 2G and iam going to port @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

@JioCare Jio network is very poor in anuvijay township kudankulam. why are you not trying to resolve the problem? I'm facing this problem since Nov 2020. Everytime I contacted to your customer care they answered you are facing problem because there are so many users.

@reliancejio @JioCare your network in Mumbai is third class than BSNL. I think so BSNL get 2 points for range for U is 0.1% your network is sucks. I Messaged & follow UR instructions & notes than 10 times. U guys are hopeless & useless. UR not providing service fake UR Ambani.

@JioCare Engineer came yesterday, did a factory reset on the modem issue persists engineer committed again to come today and change modem after multiple follow-ups he has now agreed to come tomorrow fantastic service, thanks!
