    U jio company people just shut down ur company What is the data speed u are giving In this 4G generation u are offering 2G speed Then why you are charging the cost of 4G When u are giving 2G speed then only charge the cost of 2G and iam going to port @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare there's no WiFi in my area in Mansarovar Park delhi 32, have raised the complaint but it showed the engineer visit on 27th May. What's this behavior, why should I pay for two extra days due to your poor service. Pls resolve this

    @JioCare Thank you for the substandard service i have received thus far. I have already raised a case requesting the cancellation of this connection. Given the complete lack of service reliability, I intend to have Jio Fiber disconnected from our premises entirely.

    @JioCare I’ve a problem in JioFiber and I placed service request for engineer to come to my place on 22nd May and it’s been 3 days and since your engineer didn’t come and he keeps delaying and rescheduling, it’s too frustrating and I’m missing deadlines for my office work.

    You have wasted my time, money, and patience. I am done waiting. Process my full refund immediately or I will escalate this issue everywhere possible and permanently switch to Airtel. Absolutely pathetic customer support. #JioFiber #JioCare #PoorService
