U jio company people just shut down ur company What is the data speed u are giving In this 4G generation u are offering 2G speed Then why you are charging the cost of 4G When u are giving 2G speed then only charge the cost of 2G and iam going to port @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

@JioCare bhai peise lene ke time katiri pkad ke ajate ho payment lene. 1 min bhi late hua toh connection kaat dete ho. Aur bc service dene ke time fat ti kyun he. Same day resolution kyu nehi dete ho be!? I need my issue to be solved by today. By hook or by crook.

Bought a @JioCare @reliancejio dongel wifi Hotspot. Getting a consistent speed of 4 to 5 MBPS .Went for a resolution and I was told to read the fine print. It says speed upto 50 mbps which means even if I get 1 mbps it's fine. Just wanted 4k on another reliance product.
