U jio company people just shut down ur company What is the data speed u are giving In this 4G generation u are offering 2G speed Then why you are charging the cost of 4G When u are giving 2G speed then only charge the cost of 2G and iam going to port @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

Worse service I have ever seen, it's been 12 days, and my problem hasn't been resolved. I have been calling your custom care number and after 6 calls, I was able to book an engineer even though they just said that there's no prblm with the route but with box @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare What the hell is wrong with Jio?? It's been almost a month, we are not getting proper internet in our area. There was no such problem before, but from 1st or 2nd January the network issue has became a daily routine.

The network speed keeps fluctuating 24×7. Sometimes, it is 3g and sometimes it again reduces to 2g. I am sick of it. Not only me, but my whole area is facing this issue. Solve it asap. @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare.

@JioCare You know what I'm tired of explaining my issue,, always registering my mobile number and ID just to get nothing it would be more quick to get another isp,, just call them and they'll install the new router in one day or max of 2 days...In my point of view 2 days is better than 12

@JioCare I have put request for jio fibre disconnection on 20 Jan 22 and till date no body bothers in Jio for disconnection and return of router and adapter + refund despite repeated requests. Although Internet connection is unstable for me but Poor after sales service adds to it
