U jio company people just shut down ur company What is the data speed u are giving In this 4G generation u are offering 2G speed Then why you are charging the cost of 4G When u are giving 2G speed then only charge the cost of 2G and iam going to port @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

@reliancejio I have submitted two times my request for porting of my mobile Number, 1st time my request closed by saying that SIM delivered (but I didn't receive my SIM) and 2nd time my request closed by saying that customer not satisfied with plan, without any person visited me.

@JioCare I don’t have internet since Sunday morning despite paying Rs 4500 for connection. No resolution of the issue & when I call customer care they don’t have knowledge of it. They tell me an engineer will be sent. The engineer visited on Monday & since then there is silence
