@JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

@JioCare I had taken plan for 6 months, getting the above reply that your team is getting it checked on priority for the last 5 months. Excellent response and appreciate prompt customer service. Had you looked into the issue for even 1 week, you could have resolved it

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Phased manner looks more like one alley/lane at a time. If this is the type of service or rather unavailability of it in IT capital of India, then best of luck, i'll better go with airtel fiber broaeband in next 2-3 months

@GoogleIndia @reliancejio Jio only making fool to customer, as per Reliance there is 24 days in months, every month they are increasing price and decreasing number of days in the month for top up and recharge.
