When @PMOIndia requesting to stay home and work from home, all the service provider has reduced the internet speed. People started coming out from home as they are not able to access and keep themselves engaged on internet. @ashokgehlot51 @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

@JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

@JioCare That same engineer fellow is postponing the task from last one month. I'm surprised to see that there is no escalation matrix at all in Jio. If one fellow doesn't work, there is no way to talk to his manager and so on.

@JioCare very poor network coverage as there is a tower approx 500 meter from my house but very very poor network signal. After 6 years jio construct a tower near my Village but network coverage is same as before so i wants to stop using jio and my experience in jio is so bad.

Absolutely distasteful customer experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence new wifi connection hasn't been completely installed after 4 days of payment, no wonder @reliancejio is ruling the market!

@JioCare @reliancejio One of sim card was not working from many days I went to the jio store near me for replacement of sim card but sims are not available from last 1month I got fed with calling 198 waste of time.Can you plz help me out for replacement of sim having the same no.
