    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    When @PMOIndia requesting to stay home and work from home, all the service provider has reduced the internet speed. People started coming out from home as they are not able to access and keep themselves engaged on internet. @ashokgehlot51 @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare - Pathetic services for JioFiber. Internet drops all the time & each time I contact customer service; I am being asked to Troubleshoot which isnt solving the issue. Can someone be kind to help?

    @JioCare the services are very unresponsive and worst especially at jharkhand location . They make cx fool today is the last day recharge to be expired automatic they raised ticket regarding system fault and make engineer visit .. For whole month I made complaint none take care

    @JioCare why the hell you are charging for 5g plan when you are giving no internet on 5g mobile? I have to use airtel sim net. Even I can't open my jio app using your 5G internet. Your customer care is telling me 5g minimum speed is 5mbps to 30mbps. That should be 2G speed.

    @narendra1947 @JioCare @reliancejio now they are saying they don't have the device which was supposed to be installed 2 weeks back hence they can only cancel the request now and refund the amount if feasible

    Hlo Jio Support, I purchased a JioPrime 2 around d end of Sept last year. Recently, d battery hs strted draining vry quickly, evn with normal usage. Could u pls let me knw hw long the battery wrranty is valid nd whether I can get it checked or replaced undr warranty? @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Absolute mockery of customer service! My JioFiber has been completely down since 13.06.2026 6:00am onwards and all I am getting is a loop of broken promises and automated messages.
