    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    When @PMOIndia requesting to stay home and work from home, all the service provider has reduced the internet speed. People started coming out from home as they are not able to access and keep themselves engaged on internet. @ashokgehlot51 @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare @ICICIBank_Care As per the conversation with jio customer care 5676766 is the premium number which didn't enable but i want it for ICICI bank. Pls enable it fast as soon or icici provide any way. Or the only way to switch SIM provider.

    @reliancejio I have ported my airtel number to jio 5g sim card last month and to my surprise I am not even receiving proper network to make/receive a voice call. Now I am unable to port back to different provider as it is less then 90 days and jio is unable to resolve the issue. SR00001E8BVI

    @JioCare your service is worst ??? Even after so many tweets I am not getting any response at all? My Mom's number is having IR activated however she is again unable to make or receive a call from Saudi???

    Worst service provider @reliancejio @JioCare my jio fibre set top box is not working and already raise a complaint 3-5 times they said engineer visit will be there but no engineer visit yet there

    @JioCare Incoming and Outgoing Calls Problem when connected to VoWIFI , I have to on off the flight mode , after that it work fine for sometime . this is a recent issue it was working fine previously

    @reliancejio @JioCare This service request - SR00001E5R47 is not resolved, Why are you updating it resolved. Also your Engineers behaviour was not good, I am very disappointed with your services, I had been struggling with internet since last 10 days but it still not resolved.
