    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    When @PMOIndia requesting to stay home and work from home, all the service provider has reduced the internet speed. People started coming out from home as they are not able to access and keep themselves engaged on internet. @ashokgehlot51 @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN

    @reliancejio @JioCare I’ve called customer support repeatedly. I’ve raised the complaint. I’ve tweeted. @JioCare has replied. And after all that, the answer is essentially: “Our system won’t let us tell you when the engineer is coming.” That is not a resolution.

    My Jio internet speed has been very poor, and my phone shows LTE instead of 5G despite 5G availability in my area. Please investigate and resolve this issue. @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio

    @jio_fiber @JioCare Dear JioFiber, your technicians seem more focused on obtaining the OTP and closing the service request than actually diagnosing and resolving the issue. This is extremely frustrating for customers who expect proper resolution, not aformality to mark completed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why does it take you forever to resolve complaints in Kota city? Whenever there is a network issue at my parents, it takes 15+ days to resolve. Can you try and be faster? @JioCare why don't you take over the segment? #Disappointed

    Extremely frustrated with @JioCare @jio_fiber. I requested JioFiber installation after relocating on Aug 31, but it is still not installed. Every time I call customer care, I’m told “installation will happen today,” but nothing happens. I have even returned my old modem.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I was contacted by your executive regarding an offer on my jio home connection. I paid Rs. 10,000/- to him. However, I could not avail this offer. I was suggested to get refund but it's been long time, I haven't got refund. Please help me getting my refund.

    @jiocare after 9 days finally the service to my jio fiber is restored. @reliancejio hopefully we will not face such weird events again. 9 days tariff needs to be adjusted

    @JioCare so pathetic service you people have. My airfibre is not working since 4 days and there is no credibility to even call. Even the toll free number is so waste that it takes two call to connect and listen to useless ideas. Will you provide 4 days extra for this??

    The actual Scam is that i am using this Wifi from past 1.5 years with 30mbps speed and speed was fine and i never had any problem. But after giving those scammers @JioCare 10000 rupees. I am having trouble. Shame on you Guys🙏🏻
