  @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

  @JioCare @JioCare The issue is NOT resolved. “No HB flap observed” does not mean the connection is stable. I am still facing frequent internet drops and connectivity issues. Please stop closing complaints without customer confirmation and arrange a technician visit for a permanent fix.

  Useless customer service, talen prime membership via jio app and the can't even assist inspite of activation the subconscious functionality. Kindly refund the amount because customer care doesn't even know the process @JioCare

  @JioCare @RelianceJioCare No response from your end to any of my queries even after 48 hours. No reply to my email either. If you cannot provide the service that you promised then don’t take the money in advance. I need a proper resolution on this
