    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

What makes things more worse is their robots sitting on their customer helpline, who have just mugged up a para to answer every question on earth that you could possibly have -"we are here to assist.. blah blaah... " #pathetic

    @JioCare @PrayagiPanditG But data service is not stopped here in Pune,my area. After making complains galore, for a week the connectivity improved just a bit. But now back to square one...lousiest connection I am experiencing for the Post Paid connection...seems I am penalised availing Jio PP Conn.

    Hey @JioCare, soon we all villagers are going to port about 1500 jio sim to another sim because @reliancejio tower is installed only 300 meters away from our house but as long as there is light, the network remains there for the whole day after that network does not exist

    @JioCare frequency of wifi outage has been increasing quite a bit recently. It's really frustrating. Time to change the service provider?
