    @JioCare My brother has Jio sim,which he was using in smartphone bt frm last night he inserted sim in jio phone.can't do 75₹ recharge that number, online app mention "the recharge plan is not applicable for your number".we ask for recharge from retailer. Same problem 8949837172

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am using Jio fiber net and since 2 days my modem is not working.I even filed a complaint on the customer care but no one responded back. This kind of service is not expected by Jio. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.
