    All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    Pathetic @reliancejio relocation service system is ******* triggering automatic internet issue. Local team is calling only for an internet issue. I'm saying that from the last 3 days to relocate they are saying they are on contract. I'm fed up.

    @Airtel_Presence Pathetic response from Airtel. Instead of fixing the network issue, customer care simply asked me to restart my phone to get connectivity. The reality is that people across the entire area are frustrated due to poor network coverage. best network @JioCare @reliancejio

    @airtelindia I get good connectivity using Airtel wifi in my home, but connectivity using Airtel sim is worst in same location. The app cannot digest the problem saying you are not connected to the internet when using sim data. Can you do something or should I Port to @JioCare?

    and inconvenience. Customers should not have to repeatedly complain for a basic service they are paying for. "Jago Grahak Jago" is meant to protect consumers from such poor service standards. We demand an immediate and permanent resolution from @JioCare for connection XXXX2856.
