All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

From few day I am using the worst 4G internet connection ever byJio. I have raised a complain but no one is listening. You can't imagine, I'm using 20-40 kbps of bandwidth now. It is forcing me to switch to other ISP. @reliancejio @JioCare, Please look into it soonest possible.

@JioCare In Mumbai Peddar Road entire area jio fiber is down since morning yesterday but no one has even tried fixing it , the engineer also visited and said team will fix it in 1 hour but still no fix, this is the worst service been provided please help.
