    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare I regret porting my sim to @reliancejio .. Facing network problem since very long time and I get no positive response for the customer cares nor my problem gets resolved.. And they call them No.1..

    All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare

    @reliancejio Jio service is worst.I have taken connection but signals were weak so i withdrew within month,now its more than 20 days no one came to pickup set top box.However i have complained over calls and mails several times but not a single person has contacted at local level

    @JioCare I am not getting any response from your end after several follow ups. You send your agent and he cheated us and you are doing nothing. No one is even reply. Sorry to say that if my issue doesn't get resolved, I'll have to knock the door of consumer court.

    @JioCare fiber connection may work 4G fast but the process of installation is like 2G and everytime I call a new issue with my request innovative with problems i must say.
