    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    @reliancejio great network jio . Since 2 days i am unable to call from my jio no to bsnl no really great .. i generated port out request i received a call in next 2 mins . But till now i am unable to connect to bsnl no . ******* *** service jio

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare I regret porting my sim to @reliancejio .. Facing network problem since very long time and I get no positive response for the customer cares nor my problem gets resolved.. And they call them No.1..

    @JioCare I again had a word with your customer care and he was putting the blame on @NetflixIndia. Here's the thing, the money was transferred to YOUR UPI ID. (Jioott@yesbank). At this point, a simple refund of my money will suffice.

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst ever installation service experience is given by your team . After 2 days of automatic changing slots I haven't received installation yet . Didn't expect this from this well known company . If u can't give it on time then don't say u have best services

    @JioCare Services were restored on 11 march. 23rd feb to 11th march I was without any service and help. Only received voucher for 7 days. Is this a valid compensation? Help with the compensation for the days impacted. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Buddy the photo shared by me is not of my handset it is of my friend who lives in the same area and i had also got phone checked it is absolutely fine,so problem is in the network and another big problem u guys are not accepting it and are not making any effort to rectify it.

    @JioCare its been almost 3 weeks now, even the technicians have said its a router issue for the Jio Fibre but still hasnt been changed. Following up since a long time now...almost speaking to customer care everyday. You gonna loose a customer soon.
