    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    @JioCare It has been almost 20 days since I raised the request for cancellation. You time lines is complete resolution of cancellation within 20-25 days (including refund). But not even the device has been picked up yet. And yes, I'm at the same location of installation.

    @reliancejio @jiocare In our area we are facing very low internet speed, call drop and voice drop issue for last few days. Everyone at customer care giving same reply but no proper resolution from your side. I have paid for 4G sevice and not getting speed nor proper resolution.
