    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    I was facing some issue regarding calls on my jio number and its my first SIM experience with this operator and i called the jio centre near me and they shared me a customer care number 1800 889 9999 and i was on call from last 35 minutes @reliancejio @JioCare @MumbaiFilmFest

    @BDUTT @Suhelseth @reliancejio I had a lot of calling issues at my place when 4g was launched. I bought Jio Sim as backup. Now, airtel is far superior in my area. I suggest you force your Sim to use LTE only option for the next few months. 4g works great on airtel.

    @BDUTT @airtelindia Now @JioCare is also not working properly at most of the locations. I have observed since June July their service become pathetic. 1.Frequent call drop 2. Slow data speed 3. Poor network After complain they that stereotype answer please DM us. Then an endless process start.
