    @reliancejio @JioCare I regret porting my sim to @reliancejio .. Facing network problem since very long time and I get no positive response for the customer cares nor my problem gets resolved.. And they call them No.1..

    @reliancejio dear sir please do something about the slow internet speed and high pings rate..on our location. It's being a long time since I have completed against this matter.

    All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

    @reliancejio there are frequent outages of JioFiber services and the turn around time is also very high..today services disrupted at 8.15 PM and cust service saying will be up by 12.15 AM ( Area Mumbai - Mahim)..please check asap

    Delhi heat was insane today. My iPhone stopped working because of the heat, and since I use an eSIM, I thought I lost access to my phone and SIM. Thankfully it started working after 30 mins. What’s the backup plan if a phone with eSIM never turns on again? @AppleSupport @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare, facing router/internet issue since last 15 days. Complained multiple times via online, calls & WhatsApp but still no permanent solution. Router needs frequent reset and no technician visit yet. Nearby connections are working fine. Detail as under 2892356989

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare I converted my physical SIM to eSIM, and since then I’ve been facing frequent call drops and voice breaking issues during calls. Network quality has become very poor. Please suggest a proper solution or check the issue from your end at the earliest.
