@JioCare Gigafibre connection not working.Phoned to Custmer Service Center 18008969999 no. of times from my mobile 98910 94256.When call is transferred to advisor, nobody responds. My fixed line broadband ID 01243540324. Router is showing green light which is blinking.

@JioCare i am sorry to say that the network in jio sim is not very good. I am in delhi right now after that i have been facing this issue. When there is a network also i can hear the voice of other person on phone but he can't hear my voice. A year ago i had made a complaint.🤐

@JioCare i was using jio broadband with set-top box and not happy with services so disconnected it 3 months back. But you people are not taking the devices since then, so refund also stuck.. Continuous making mail follow ups.. But no resolution..i want my security money back.
