On asking the person - Gaurav Srivastava, they are delaying it by saying service engineers are not available. Kindly resolve the issue by today or refund the money.

Agent (Sudhir Talekar) was assigned he came raised the ticket asked for payment (which I made to jio for 3 months). He left saying he would bring router and stb never to come back and not answering calls either.

But the problem of low coverage(range) is still unresolved. Ur local Serv. Head Vikram Pathak is incapable of providing any solution.
