    @JioGigaFiber_ Iam cancelling the visit of a Jio rep for the second time as your staff makes a fool out of prospective customers. The only concern seems is to sell the service. Very unprofessional and arrogant. @JioCare

    @reliancejio What the problem in jio data speed is very low like 1G or 2G network strength is also low. When I am trying Search any thing it takes more then one 1 minute to 2 Minutes. Getting so irritated when I am browsing any thing. And making my mind spoil.

    @airtelindia finally I have given up on problem solving abilities of the Airtel team. Moving to @reliancejio tomorrow afternoon after 19 years ! It’s been 3 days of multiple calls made and received with Airtel. Good part is they still can’t figure out how to solve.

    @JioCare my jiofibre wire got break this morning . Made complaint to them . 2 engineers visited my place , Informed they have come to check the fault only . Now 2 more engineers will come for repair by evening . No body has turned up. Your service really sucks at times.

    @JioCare from last couple of months i complain about my network connectivity every time they told we resolved your issues soon but day by day i found my network is very worst my call didn't connect my internet is not good in An hour i restart my phone 50 times .disgusting

    Team jio spends millions of rupees on advertisement but if they spend of it on customer service, they won't need this much advertisement. I have been struggling to get my jio fiber replicated for a week and i am working from home. @reliancejio @TheMukeshAmbani @airtelindia

    Absolutely pathetic service by @reliancejio . Relocation request for fibre sent 10 days ago, no action yet. Been on call with so called "customer care" EVERY SINGLE day, no resolution. @JioCare just sending me useless DMs won't help! @airtelindia hope you don't scam like this!
