    @reliancejio @JioCare here is a company that hid the fact thag its network was down in North india yesterday. Phone lines were not connecting and no response on whatsapp. No apologies ! Full charges . Shame on you @htTweets @TPG_Telecom @MorganStanley @TOIIndiaNews @Facebook

    @JioCare @reliancejio Just a month ago I bought the Jio fiber with Hope ..But it totally useless ...Most of the time there is issue...since 3 PM to day there is no network in my Internet...I wish to disconnect the same Kindly arrange the same and need complete refund... Waste

    @JioCare @reliancejio Over reliance on Reliance Jio Broadband is fatal. Broadband is down for the last 2 1/2 days. No body is attending the complaint. Complaints made over phone , through email, whatsApp to customer service centre. No respite, no redressal.

    @JioCare my goodness, what a poor product and it's services @ jio phone. Appears completely a malfunctioned product. complex to understand what it claims, projects & types of messages it gives while trying list of n no of services..most of them doesn't work. No instant support???

    @JioCare on gio phone with jio sim the message says services available on jio sim? Dont know what does that mean? Even if any service gets connected like YouTube etc it's done after multiple efforts. whom to contact, where to contact. V disappointing n unexpected after so much of

    @Pravin46088545 Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

    @JioCare I paid money in advance for the the jio service 3 days ago I still cant avail the services, engineer is saying it will still take more than a week at least, . After taking my money Please return my money back. I will never recommend anyone to use this ****** service
