@reliancejio are you aware your #DSA forcing customer to pay more on buying new connection? I bought SIM with Rs 239 recharge was forced to pay Rs 300. DSA say my service charge. Don't u pay Commission to ur DSA?

Since the past 2 months there a jio fibre connectivity issue every single day. 70% of the day it isn't working or with bad network. Worst customer service. Reliance is just a money making racket in every sector. #breakthemonopoly #failed @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

It's so f**king annoying to keep telling every single person I live on an island with X in my network and hence I can't call you and you can't hear me even if in case your call gets connected! As always @JioCare will reply and do nothing, the same they are doing since 2 years

@JioCare My professional work is getting hampered coz of u guys since the internet is off. Every 2nd day I have this issue. No technical support is provided and this is utter negligence from ur side. Will sue u guys, if by 2morrow my internet doesn't work. Nd pls waive my bill.

@JioCare Internet was shut for almost half day. You should extend the number of hours in the plan. This is getting very common with jio fiber. Your company is doing injustice to customer. @Unsafecarrepair Kindly compensate

@JioCare Jio fiber down from morning 11am yet not started , in exam time, online exam, suffering huge loss by depending on jio fiber. Also need to buy extra data plan on jio mobile by seeing exam time. It is really upset students. Trust was broken

@JioCare @reliancejio got this message more than 5 times and still receiving the same. In our endeavour to improve JioFiber services, we have planned network upgrade activity between 22-03-2022 12:00 AM to 22-03-2022 06:00 AM.

@reliancejio @JioCare waiting in queue since last 1 hour at Opera House, Charni Road, Mumbai Jio Gallery. The staffs aren’t bothered for customer service. 1 of them is just sitting and talking on phone and not attending any customer and 1 is sleeping.

@JioCare There is no action what so ever on my complaint. I have recharged same plan in my mobile too but the queued plan doesn't show extra 23 days. Thus Jio is cheating users by showing attractive scheme but don't provide declared benefit after user pays for it. Pls act on my complaint
