    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    @reliancejio think twise before going to subscribe jio fiber, in breakdown of services consumer can request for service through app and you might get appointments after 24 hrs or more till that no internet

    @JioCare Intermittent connection loss!! I am done now take some effort to investigate open the ticket listen to what your representative has advised & then let me know on what grounds you have closed the ticket without providing resolution and none of you jerks making an effort to call me

    @JioCare @reliancejio 5 days since registering entity on trueconnect and making a payment. Received invoice and email saying registered but we cannot move forward. Multiple complaint raised on email. Extremely frustrated! Urgent support needed

    @JioCare Pls share the number of the area division city level supervisors. This is not done. Every two days the network is down and we keep bearing with it. What quality of service is this??? @TimesNow

    @JioCare Since We are paying for 28 days why Team Jio's auto generated voice message hearing again and again... Such nasty experience with Jio. I know my recharge day... Pls stop this non sense or else I'll port to some other service. My Jio no. 8369338628

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare Thanks Aahil. I’ve been trying to reach the technician on call but I’m unable to connect. The customer care no. transfers the call to an advisor but no one answers the call Please look into it!

    Hi @airtelindia, @JioCare couldn't process a simple refund even after 60+ days. That doesn't give me confidence they'll provide better service either. My family has 5 Jio SIMs. Planning to port them to Airtel. Could you please guide me through the porting process?

    @JioCare This is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! I'm paying full price for 5G, but only get 2 bars of network and speeds worse than 2G for 3 MONTHS straight!     @JioCare Facing no connectivity problem from last 2 days & called JIO CC 2-3 times yesterday & complaint registered today morning and since then 5-6 times called JIO CC. Tried all options viz. Run Diagnostic, Router Power Off/On, but problem not resolved so far, given assurance only.

    @JioCare 1st of all it is very disappointing to have taken your jio fiber, very pathetic after sales. My engineering visit schedule has changed a good 3 times with no response, my local internet was much better. Plz tell me the procedure to cancel my connection.

    @JioCare Your network is facing serious issues since last 2 days in my area. The calls are dropping as well as mobile internet is hardly working. The network is sitting on 5G but you can hardly browse. The speedtest shows speed less than 2 mbps, it used to be around 100-150 mbps
