@JioCare if that was the case how did they give my building a connection ? They fix their own times as I keep getting messages of timing which I have not requested still they don't turn up this is possibly yhe worse service I have seen and I have a good mind of not renewing the same

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare - Any plans to launch Jio wired broadband services in Amboli, Andheri (W), Mumbai? Your subsidiary @HathwayBrdband has been providing substandard services since the pandemic. I’m facing at least 1 network failure per day, and the speed is capped at 50Mbps

@JioCare @cschaturvedi06 Seriously, all of u r the same. JioFiber has defrauded me. I got a 1gbps prepaid on Oct 20th. Service hasn’t been over 25% speed advertised for download & 10% for upload. Besides service was down for 5/6 days. And all complaints are replied by Bots, no real customer care at all.

@airtelindia @VodafoneGroup @reliancejio I have 3 Airtel Sim in 3 small phone (2G) , all 3 phone incoming is not working, and andrid 4G phone sim is working, Airtel team kindly look in to this, other wise will port my Airtel number.

Is this service only limited to Hindi speaking people ? Have you faced the same issue ?
