Tried the 1 Gbps plan but quickly realised that the router supplied by @reliancejio does not support the WiFi 6 (802.11ax) standard. So technically, speeds will never go above 500 Mbps when used wirelessly. Think I’ll switch back to the 500 Mbps plan.

@JioCare But it's available near me.. around 80-100 meters only.. Why don't you provide us.. You only want tower buildings?? Mere yaha pe bahot customers hai lekin tumhare rejection ki vajah se problem ho rahi hai..

@JioCare I received my complaint has been attended. It is false claim . Still net is down. Please try to maintain trust in your brand . I am feeling helpless and want to shift to original service provider Airtel.
