    My @reliancejio connection hasn't been working for 9 days now and every day the customer service promises a visit by the technician in 24 hours. And the next day I have to call them back to get fed the same spiel. Can't even escalate. And these guys will build our 5G network?

    @JioCare Why do I get less than 20 mbps speed on 2.4 ghz wifi and 130+ mbps speed on 5 ghz wifi? I have logged a service request as well. But your team Directly marked it as resolved. I am still facing the issue.

    @JioCare Experienced a worst service from jio giga fiber.Didn't get my refund of Rs. 1500 even after waiting for 3 months and following up with jio care and complain over email.seems like Jio is making customer fool in the name of free trial for 30 days.

    @JioCare dear, I have cancelled my jio fiber connection on 21 st july, as per your cancellation process the device should be picked up before 28th july. I raised complain for this on 28 th the complaint resolution time wanted by your team was 12 th august. Still not resolved
