@TRAI Sir, in few days we are go in 5G, but now a days in 4G user get internet speed 2 MPBS. Sir service provider must Bound to give minimum internet speed as you give guide lines, no excuse many users there for speed is low @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare absolutely third rate customer service. Blocked my number even though payments are made and now their rep is blaming why we’ve made payments through 3rd party wallets and Jio Pay. Astonishing to see how such poorly customers are treated
