    Worst network jio is having now a days totally 0 % network they providing 4-5 times i had called to customer care but they didn't solve my problem lazy *** @JioCare @reliancejio

    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    @JioCare @JioFanClub @reliancejio I have raised an issue and complaint number was given , without anyone visiting the complaint is closed and I’ve got an sms saying problem resolved. How on earth is it possible to check hardware from the backend pathetic service I must say

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio this is happening second time. Suddenly internet and router stop working. And the best part is JIO service person will attend my request on 15th march? Seriously ? Soo fast ? dominance is dangerous in market ..its true. @HathwayBrdband was better. 😔

    @reliancejio your jio mobile internet speed sucks right in the middle of the city of Hyderbad. I've recharged with an annual plan, but the internet speed is less than 2G. Its not just today, its been happening since a month or so. Its like cheating your own subscribers.

    Hey @JioCare, it’s been 15+ hours since I raised SR: SR00002MA1IQ, and still no field engineer has been assigned to fix the damaged cable. The visit slot has already passed with no update. My official work is severely impacted. Please escalate and resolve this urgently. #JioFiber
