    @JioCare your hill road staff is the most rude staff I have ever come across . They don’t answer questions and don’t talk just point with their hands. Please train them.

    @JioCare I was talking to one of your customer care representative, even then was unable to talk to them properly. Call doesn't drop however voice is not audiable.

    @JioCare Renewed my Gold connection today afternoon for another month. I haven’t got the 250GB voucher for the month of Feb 2020. Kindly fix this issue asap. I can only see 500GB. No vouchers in “my voucher” section.

    @JioCare registers thru the#jioapp for MNP was supposed to get dilivery or sim and complete KYC today by 2:00pm it’s 5 pm now the rider is not answering calls and called the service center 4 times but of no use ...

    @JioCare Hi Avesh, plz confirm if finally its xfered, have got a msg but not reflecting yet. Dear Customer, "Refund of your JioFiber connection has been successfully credited to your bank account on 26-07-2021. Applicable Installation Charges refund, if any, will be processed.
