    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @JioCare I have a prepaid fiber gold plan still valid till March 2022. I have now moved to next residential building in SAME society. But your team is asking me to disconnect existing service & start new account. This means my amount in 1000’s ₹ in existing account is wasted!!

    Hey @reliancejio looks like your local equipment in my locality does not have power backup. When there is a power failure in our location ,modem can’t sync with your equipment for 30 mins as your own equipment needs to sync with main devices. Not recharging again crappy service.

    @JioCare i have a jio postpaid n from last 2 billing cycle i am being scamed. I am getting overcharged for somevamount apart from my monthly plan and taxes. I have been trying to connect to customer care but either call is getting dropped or they are putting me on hold for hours

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear JIO, u installed booster in Warudi Taluka opposite Noor hospital. Showed excellent network,internet connectivity sold many connections/mnp based on that Now nothing works as booster is off n worst network connectivity. Are you cheating rural people?

    @JioCare Worst service by u guys. I have 2 GB per day plan but hardly use 100 Mb because get highest speed of 10-20 kbps . When I called 198 to complaint they always say it is permanent situation. Take a suggestion from me kindly shutdown your service.
