@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare jio has ample money that they even left wire bundle on my roof and doesn’t bother to carry. Only calls for installation, no service after the installation. The staff behaviour is too bad.

@JioCare Hi. I called jio area sales person. He is asking to take a new connection of 3 months plan, for which the connection will be started in 1hr. But where as it has been more than 24hrs for a resolution on my service request/ complaint. Why such discrimination for old customers.
