    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    Whenever I contact the support they don't reply or they simply overlook or just say "there are many people using internet at same time" so hey JIO I pay you for service if I don't receive services I think you should refund me some amount. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Reminder 1 for cancelation of JioFiber application NO0000HTLHPB. Hv already installed another operator. If the technical issues where their then JioFiber app not be taken& issue still continues hv choice to reject. order. It did not serve my purpose so Pl cancel order&refund amt

    @JioCare hi Shekhar, we (multiple JIO numbers) are facing this issue for last two weeks now, it started with the start of July month. My number comes as switched of if someone calls because there is no network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I tried connecting to the customer care twice for transfer of my jio fiber connection within same city at different address but each time the representative disconnected the call.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima Pathetic customer Service! have been trying to cancel our Jio Wifi for over 20 days now. Have called more than 10 times. We cancelled the plan but the CC guy didnt cancel it and deducting our money in the free trial as well.
