    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    Also @JioCare should have basic atticates, atleast acknowledge the post and intimate before contacting the customer over the call at least you should guys hass little sense to share the timeline before contacting anyone. @DoT_India @TRAI

    @JioCare Yesterday also someone said my is case prioritised but mine was 105th case in their sheet ;) so I don’t see any value - send someone in a hour and rectify then let’s see how much you care about the customer then I will apologise
