@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

What kind of #5Glaunch in #Mumbai and other parts of country has been done by @reliancejio?? No one seems to have access to it!! Request @AshwiniVaishnaw ji to kindly look into it. Apparently only lip service is happening and nothing concrete on ground. Cc @PMOIndia

The service engineers keep on changing the scheduled time and eventually never turns up. At last they close your request as per their wish. High time that customers complaints are paid attention. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Reference number ES000000FV5G for cancellation of JioFiber connection. It has been 6 days since I am requesting refund from Jio. I would not recommend anyone to go with (Jio Fiber Business) The Service Is Very Poor As Compared To Jio Residential (Jio Fiber Connections)
