    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    @JioCare Pathetic Service. You people are exploiting customers. You give one month trial and out of that 30 days, you cannot use for 7 to 10 days for various technical issues. You are sending messages to recharge but since 5 days it's not in use. Is this trial???

    @reliancejio @fiber_jio i have applied and paid for connection on 9th April , still no one scheduled installation! There is no option to follow up! This is how the service is before installation? CC no didn’t help.

    Please improve the service at my location as it is hardly 2mbps in my location it's very to difficult to perform basic functions. I am jio postpaid plus user. you are charging good amount of money from my pocket. Its obnoxious. @JioCare.

    @JioCare My postpaid number@7988189296 was charged for ISD calls that I never made during the bill cycle. No response received from your executives even after repeated requests for resolving the issue. Moreover today morning you stop all my services. Is this your customer care
