@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@JioCare @reliancejio The internet service for postpaid is down from past 1 hour in Ahmedabad. When checked with representative they are telling temporary internet shutdown for 6hrs in the area in the daylight. And if this was the case why we're not informed prior.Need the reason

@JioCare Already raised this issue several times.Response was horrible,"you are installing towers,other time you make execuses that Many people are using internet at our location so speed declines.. If U can't handle that much consumer,why r U still giving new sim connections everyday ??

@ashiqm_in @reliancejio @JioCare Dial 198 call customer care, select 5, then 9 and then ask to transfer the call to Jio Fiber department. Once connected ask them to cancel the process and request for refund of the amount you have paid. I have just now did so. Let's see when they refund my money.
