    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3 complaints in 2 months. Service quality of jio deteriorated badly. Again internet nt working n nw lodged complaint. Kindly get the fiber replaced. Just recharged annual plan again, now these issues. 😡😡😡😡

    Atleast they are providing 2g,3g service with voice call facility. But @reliancejio Worst network in telecommunication services. We can not make even Voice call also. #shameonyoujio @reliancejio @JioCare Close your f..k company. You're not eligible to run this field ShameOnU

    @JioCare great loop around for customer care. Called Jiocare, got SR no, case closed without attending. Sent whatsapp message to Jiocare, got OTP, asked to log the app, case not found, bot popped up, mentioned the issue, it is asking me to call customer care. Time to move out .
