    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    This is @reliancejio network reality in middle of Mumbai. Going on for months. And when I got my port oit request they start jumping onto me. Also despite of enabling AutoPay thei payment systems fails and they penalise customer without even telling why Autopay failed. @JioCare My port out code is valid so this time won’t be relenting. Someone Mr Mahesh from sr team called me 2 days back saying problem will be catered to immediately but 48 hrs later no network Did not want to post this but just wanted to highlight how hollow these people are

    @JioCare I have recently installed JioFiber my wifi is getting disconnected every now and then after complaining 100 times also no one from jio came to check the problem

    @reliancejio Hello Team, This is regarding a Jio Airfiber connection with order number NO0001CULADO We have booked the connection on 13-Apr-2026, but till date the installation was not done and also the support engineers/technician/jio fiber dealer were not responding to calls

    @JioCare Request ID: SR000033ZZ2Z was raised yesterday as JioFibre is not working since yesterday. I've been receiving calls from various technicians since morning that they'll be here in next 10 mins but no one has come yet and my complaint has been marked resolved.

    I am very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. Despite paying 700 per month, I am not getting reliable service. My appointment has been rescheduled without any prior communication. This is highly unprofessional. @JioCare
