    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @ViCustomerCare you technical team is such a dumb and shameless team. It's been 1 year and you are unable to resolve network issue.. I am going to make sure all Vodafone Idea simcards in my area 422004 will convert into Jio @JioCare Thanks for being such a third class company 👍

    @JioCare I cancelled my jiofiber connection a week ago during the free trial period. I didn't receive any cancellation service request number. I can't even contact customer care about it since my phone number is no longer associated with a jio account. What should I do about it??

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI My sister's jio no. is having problems with making and receiving calls from past one week n since two days it has increased to such extent that even for making a single call, she have to make atleast 8-10calls for the same.. kindly resolve this ASAP
