@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare Hi Team, DM Done. If you're so concerned about the safeguard of your customers information, you would not have let the customer speak in public about your services. You are not able to cater relocation request for 20 days and call yourself as best internet provider, shame on you.

@jiocare I just received an SMS asking me to upgrade my SIM or call Jio Customer Care on 8391833674, else my SIM will be disabled in 24 hours. When I called, the person asked me to install Anydesk. When I confronted him, he put down the phone. BEWARE OF THE SCAM!
