@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare Hi Bhushan, All this should have been done by the Jio Engineer who activated my connection. Since its a mistake from your team i want you either extend my pack for 1 month or please cancel the connection and refund me the full amount immediately.

@JioCare never seen such a bad network ...missed 9 important business calls ...sim is in phone and showing network but when someone calls it says phone is switched off ...my business patner called at home and said phone is switched off but phone was on .Deva Deva utha le re baba

@JioCare Thanks for already wasting my month calling jio customer care and writing emails, this is the worst service I have ever seen no action on employees who are doing fraud and customers are suffering because of them, and cherry on the cake is that Jio can't take action on them.
