    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst service ever by ypur store. Uneducated staff who don't know how to speak with client. Store which is at Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, Delhi. Went there multiple times for ky number updation they are uneducated and just making lame excuses. 8920965103

    @Ravinderkp2007 @JioCare Forced me to recharge once again, 7 day's Amit said that he was given to solve the problem, now I have been able to get the details have been told, no resolution has ever been given.

    It’s highly outrageous that reputed internet service providers like @reliancejio and @airtelindia are lagging behind in providing internet in many major areas of a city. This gives an opportunity to sub-standard companies to provide inferior services in those areas. 😔 😢
