    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    @_cpsharma @reliancejio @JioCare They will never come , I am telling you, jio fibre is the worst DTH service provider better you ask for refund , that also they will refuse, you can raise complaint with national consumer forum and switch to tata sky, bit expensive but far better service

    @reliancejio I requested a new Jio Fiber connection in South Delhi a week ago, but I have not received any follow-up or visit from a service representative. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Please arrange for an agent to contact me immediately to complete the installation.

    @JioCare Hi Shireen, If the refund has genuinely been credited, please provide the refund transaction/reference number and payment details so I can verify it with my bank. Repeatedly saying that the refund has been credited without providing any proof is not a resolution.
