@JioCare I have recharged on 2nd December for plan 395 but my 5g unlimited data is not working nor showing up on the app. I was using the 5g unlimited on the earlier plan which was the same ₹395. Tried calling on customer service but to my was unable to get any resolve.

@JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio I need my STB and Remote which is 4+ yrs old exchanged. STB has a lot of loose connection issues. And the remote buttons don't work well.

@reliancejio one Krishna Yadav sales person enters our house as technician to check Jio router against a complaint & gets us pay 4 new router, while the real technician team on checking reports all fine only wire to be mended. Kindly refund our money & take action against Krishna

@reliancejio @JioCare how conveniently does your customer care disconnect the call saying "transferring your call to senior executive" when they cannot solve a certain issue. Call back will be appreciated to solve the issue and not exploit loyal customers.

@JioCare Half of the time even if I have full network ... The person calling me gets the announcement of number switched off ! Other days are like I am testing network. if I am connected to the person on other end of the phone!! Sim change , New 5G phone still same no resolution atall.

Worst experience with @JioCare @reliancejio jio fiber. Not working oft the past 4 days. Their IVR is complicated as hell, doesn't let you reach the support executives. Their technicians hasn't visited yet. Not recommended.
