Which is the best network in Malad, Mumbai? Because #Jio call drop rate is increasing everyday in my locality and the network is maximum time very poor. And this is happening since past 4-5 months and I see no improvement. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio there is hardly any network in my house located at lalbaug near chinchpokli in gundecha garden chs ! Since many years been complaining n still no change bt tryin my luck once again ! We have 4 jio nos in house wil have to port all evetually now

@nmehta4 Airtel is broadband, usually gets solved in a day or two. But @JioCare NO! Been 2+ years, they don't have a tower here and still haven't got any update on this. But coz Jio is usually one bar or X,I am complelety dependent on Airtel Wifi and one days that is down,I am unreachable

@reliancejio In proper mumbai area like ghatkopar pantnagar there no proper network. In juhu too while using Google map the data's service, gprs is lost. Pathetic coverage. @Airtel was better.

@JioCare Mr. Sagar Deshmukh's number is +91 88798 88281, he did speak to me but only after me escalating through Twitter and raising a fresh service request but he was remorseless for his conduct. I have been without internet for almost 2 days, thanks to speedy services by Jio.

Poor service from jio care. I didn't expect from @JioCare @reliancejio. its already 4 days l, we can't make phone calls and we can't use internet in our area , we called 100 times to jiocare they are not responding to us. Customer care say we are working on it.

@JioCare Hey, to use your subscription across other devices, you do need to activate it once during every recharge cycle by launching the respective OTT app on your Jio STB connected to your JioFiber network. Please let us know whether you would like to opt for a STB - Yogesh
