    Modern day problem. Makes payment through @CRED_club towards @reliancejio, payment goes through, even amount gets debited from the account. Cred shares proof that payment has been made to the aggregator, while aggregator says no payment received. Where should customers go?!

    @JioCare have send you a DM with frequent long time facing issues with your @reliancejio Fiber Broadband Connection. I am expecting a response and a resolution sooner than later. If not then switching over to another SP is the next step I am going to take.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Reached out to Jio care 198 after a long wait on IVR had words the CCR who accepts saying it’s a back end error and same faced by many customers who did payment on 30th Oct but they dont have any committed time lock period for service restoration @TRAI

    @JioCare There is communication gap from your ground staff. Next problem is non accessibility with the team. You know cable work at terrace done for 2 months. Connection must be done from your end. Nothing moving. You must take help from our members to make understand other bldg. (1/2)

    It’s more than an hour waiting for service restoration, it’s really difficult to mange things like communication, transactions & travel with no services for such long period. Only answer on 198 is “we have escalated to backend” @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI #Jiodown #Reliance

    @JioCare I did the payment for the 2nd time for a same bill. Service started because I couldn’t just sit & wait for the resolution from @JioCare for hours. This was really upsetting I had to face these all and did double payment. Only option left get ported to some responsible operator

    @JioCare when we are talking about 5g connectivity. I now and agree that I am not going to get same good speed all the time, but as a customer I feel I have that right to demand. Because you never ever give us grace period of time for not recharge on time, or ever for not able to use data

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I had a jio sim, and I am going to port the same to other service provider. I don't want services from a telecom company that didn't value it's customer and especially their time. The customer service of jio fibre in Ayodhya (UP) is pathetic.

    @JioCare My decency didn't allow me to use 'those' words which is perfect 4 such attitude. So @JioCare u might hav innumerable customer & request's for Jiofibre but my time is not something that u people can waste on ur will. The monopoly make u people to disregard customers. So be it.🙏
