@JioCare Fiber connection has been out for more than 6 hours now. When I contacted your support team via Jio app chat, I was told the issue in my area would be resolved by 9:15 PM. The internet is still disconnected.

@reliancejio Optic Wire is down since the last two days, have been repeatedly calling @RelianceJioCare and they keep promising to send in an engineer and get the issue resolved. No one has showed up yet, and local help Santosh Gupta (9326715927) from Jio team won’t take calls.

Based on my mail, @JioCare called requesting for bill softcopy which are generated by Jio. During conversation came to know that they acess to bill from their IT system, but wasting time by asking from customer. Feeling sad for such an #inefficient way of working.

Registered a complain regarding network issue problem .Then I received a complain number and a message says jio provides customer service within 48 hrs in covid situation also,this was registered last week and jio is is saying that 48hrs is notcompleted yet @reliancejio @JioCare
