    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    It's been 2 days @reliancejio internet services is down in Bandra.Apart from the consistency in giving SMS updates that service is not restored,there is no uptime. Will they also give billing reduction to all the subscribers.All are saying that no human interface at all.

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI Jio has been unnecessarily charging me for Netflix subscription which i have deactivated in Sept 2022.When i called the customer care services they said charges are correct and nothing can be done.I request the telecom authorities to help me in this

    What the hell, again call drop issue after 35 secs cannot hear other side. I just lost my important meeting, why don't lock the company if u cannot provide the services. I just ported the number from @airtelindia and i really miss their good service @JioCare hate ur service guys.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 5 days since registering entity on trueconnect and making a payment. Received invoice and email saying registered but we cannot move forward. Multiple complaint raised on email. Extremely frustrated! Urgent support needed

    @airtelindia I am going 2 port my sim to @JioCare if my network issue is not resolved in 48 hours. This is the last airtel sim in a family of 20. @JioCare please confirm if my pack can be carried forward if i port my sim to Jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your network gone crazy....i received at least 16 calls from different state including 2 calls from J&k. Everyone is saying that I called them but how ?? I am in a meeting with peoples and my mobile is on table, no one using the how can I make call ??

    @JioCare I had activated and was using Jio 5G welcome offer. My plan was about to expire and I'd recharged with new one before it gets expired. After the shift to new plan my welcome offer is no longer there. Kindly help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare facing internet latency from last few weeks. Raised with support in morning & it worked and situation is same now. Let me know if this can be resolved else I will move to @airtelindia like I switched my postpaid connection since support from jio is pathetic.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's resolved by changing connectors and service person asked me to pay ₹400 for the same. I logged a complaint with Jio regarding this matter. Hope, I will receive a final resolution on it.

    I requested new jio air fiber connection. Sales team said that connection will be install within 2 days thereafter theay didn't received my calls. I complaint to customer care for cancelation and refund its 20 days gone no cancelation and refund processed. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Your team keeps asking for my number, but no one ever calls back. Even customer support is unreachable. Please waive pending charges or stop billing until the issues are fixed.
