    @JioCare Hi, it's been more than two months and your team didn't process my refund despite sharing account details and cancelled cheque. Quite a poor experience, must say. Regret being a Jio customer. Maybe it's time I port my number since anyway you have eaten up my hard earned money.

    @JioCare Unfortunately Reliance Jio Services are now Unreliable!!!! This is the 3rd such interruption in recent months. The last one happened last Sunday, wiping out all desires to see Jio TV or any other entertainment by the entire family! Going BAD!!!

    @reliancejio @reliancejio This is nothing but a scam where 5 days before auto debit date, your customer service executive tells me to ignore the bill generated and make the payment. Also I am registered on auto-pay, why send multiple reminders and calls to make payment ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have not seen any company who does auto debit or EMI, ask the customer to make the payment before the debit date knowingly. They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.

    @JioCare And Yet Again Today - Wi-Fi Not Working!!! "Cable Has Been Cut" is the Standard Response we are getting - from all folks that we speak to in Reliance Jio O&M team!! Yet another day is spoilt - can't work - can't entertain, 4th day in these last 10 Days!!!! Refund 40% !!

    So @JioCare sent me my postpaid bill exactly on time today! But they have not resolved my network,call drop & DND(marketing call) issues since Dec’21 Should we as unsatisfied customers get flexibility on bill payments basis open issues? Is it a fair ask? One last thing #JioSucks

    @JioCare I have jio fiber router when it was first introduced. This router has defect, frequently wifi breaks. Got a feedback from your service people that old router has general problem. Replace with new one with 3 month of 100 mbps plan or 6 month with 30. Why load on customer

    @JioCare Hey! I'm facing very poor quality of network and 2G internet speed was much better than present 4G network.I reduce my daily data plan from 3gb/day to 1gb/day due to speed issue because i am unable to use 500MB of my daily data plan.

    @JioCare Dear my son medical entrance exam on 11th sep 21. Its question of his carrier. its 4th day no one from your useless bunch of engineers visit to rectify the issue. its pre paid connection you people earning the money like this. I dont know how many customers you people are cheated
