Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

Unfortunately, the service failed again, raised a new complaint on 27 August (SR00003F780R). It is still unresolved, and your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.
