    @JioCare the problem still same in my location we need to take mobile in flight mode very time to access internet no one help. If you can't able to solve network issue then clear it we switch our sim into better network I am complaining from 2 months but nothing happen.

    @reliancejio tower was installed in our area 1years ago, its range was very good, but for the last 4 months its range was reduced by the officials and now people are getting worried about it, and the people associated with it are getting very upset about their problem.

    @JioCare jio internet not working properly from last three days at my office location near reliance digital store amazing no one solving it. Net automatic gone frequently and came after we restart mobile or get airplane mode please look into this Chittorgarh Rajasthan 312001

    @JioCare Your engineer has been visiting now.. but I don’t need ther support . Because it was fixed 3-4 days back I need 30days refund for the delay because it took 27-28 days to fix this issue

    @JioCare My service request SR00003892IT has been closed and the issue still persists. No engineer visit has been made. Could you please check and get it resolved, my wifi is down from more than 24H.

    @JioCare If by any means your engineer doesn't turn around and start my internet service by End of the day, brace yourself to lose one more customer. I will be forced to make my decision. You can ask your engineer to collect the router boxes back to your warehouse.

    @JioCare I am getting no internet connection issue with my wifi. When I make the call they are assisting me to do the dignosis. After doing all the steps the issue persists. When I called at 18008969999, I am not able to talk to the assistant as the call get disconnected.pls help

    I complained to Jio 2–3 days ago about my poor internet connection and shared all the required details, including my address.Yet nothing has been fixed. This shows the quality of Jio's service- quick to charge for expensive recharge,but slow to resolve customer issues. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 5 days my jio fiber services went down and no one reached to resolved it, When I raise service request it was closed without resolution. I want to close my Jio fiber atleast close my Fiber account I'll switch to airtel.

    Dear @JioCare, My plan ends on 16th June. Today is the 13th of June. Since morning: You've already made 3 phone calls to me. And on top of that, every call I make is hijacked first by your recorded lecture "Aapka recharge jald hi samapt hone wala hai... please recharge now" both in Hindi AND English. I KNOW. I WILL RECHARGE. Why the hell am I being mentally spammed 3 days in advance, on every single call? Dear @TRAI is this how customer experience is supposed to work? Remind once. Not bully people all day.
