    @JioCare jio internet not working properly from last three days at my office location near reliance digital store amazing no one solving it. Net automatic gone frequently and came after we restart mobile or get airplane mode please look into this Chittorgarh Rajasthan 312001

    @JioCare the problem still same in my location we need to take mobile in flight mode very time to access internet no one help. If you can't able to solve network issue then clear it we switch our sim into better network I am complaining from 2 months but nothing happen.

    @Pushkarkr01 @reliancejio Knowing the tech of 5G, I have huge expectations, not in terms of speed but how much devices the network can handle at a certain place. This is probably enable them to remove this ridiculous "data cap" I hope? I hope I am not asking for too much.

    @ViCustomerCare Now your internet service is paining. It is forcing me to port in to @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare . Your internet is not stable at all and I have to restart my phone in every 5 to 10 minutes.

    @JioCare Seems jio has permitted its vendors /service engineers to be negligent allowing them to close service requests without actually resolving the issue. Wow! No investigation .After a week a service engineer Vippin Gupta called yesterday and said”” pareshan kyon ho theek ho jaeyga”

    @JioCare Very sad. No timeframe for resolving the issue. Breakdown since 22nd Sept. If you were serious issued would have been resolved by now. Switched to Airtel Xtream finally.

    @reliancejio The network signal remains zero for most times of the day. This difficulty has been around three months.I have lodged complaints through email several times.Why not solve it? Street:Amaguri-Krishnapur, PO:Oguri Dangdhara,Landmark:Near Dangdhara HS, Dist:Lakhimpur.
