    @JioCare the problem still same in my location we need to take mobile in flight mode very time to access internet no one help. If you can't able to solve network issue then clear it we switch our sim into better network I am complaining from 2 months but nothing happen.

    @JioCare jio internet not working properly from last three days at my office location near reliance digital store amazing no one solving it. Net automatic gone frequently and came after we restart mobile or get airplane mode please look into this Chittorgarh Rajasthan 312001

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet speed is Too slow in my area. I complained about it but the speed is same.

    Jio fiber is using customer's money for 25-30 days they are not installing connections. Rescheduled my request for more then 10 times. If you called then they have no answers. If you mail them they are not addressed properly. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Issue is not with calling specific number but with many numbers . I have inboxed you my phone number and address. Kindly improve connectivity, speed and service to how it was earlier

    @JioCare I have tried to DM to get the resolution. I have also escalated to 3 levels in the field team. Simple question what does it take to get a resolution at JIO?

    @JioCare @vinaysarda123 Is jio really paying customers security deposit as its customers service stafs monthly salary? Because thats how cheaply you guys work on customer issues.

    @JioCare No proper signal strength in my area Sukkilanatham, Aruppukottai. if you @reliancejio deploy separate tower in this area. You can takeover the existing 400 connections.

    @reliancejio SR0000154F4J is addressed by none so far. No broadband connection since yesterday. Called @JioCare & they are absolutely no help. Last time engineer visited after 3 days of raising complain. I am working from home, internet service is must 24/7. No escalation matrix.

    @KumarManoj1711 @JioCare @vinaysarda123 Hi Manoj, when it comes to refund these jio customer service wont reply. I have been tweeting since four months and have gotten no response from them! The customer service is getting paid to just respond with some automated tweets. Thats all they do without resolving the issue.
