  @JioCare the problem still same in my location we need to take mobile in flight mode very time to access internet no one help. If you can't able to solve network issue then clear it we switch our sim into better network I am complaining from 2 months but nothing happen.

  @reliancejio tower was installed in our area 1years ago, its range was very good, but for the last 4 months its range was reduced by the officials and now people are getting worried about it, and the people associated with it are getting very upset about their problem.

  @reliancejio has been disaster in my area , Bonaigarh, Sundargarh,odisha. It's network and and speed is terribly low. Im also facing frequent network issue while calling as well. Take a look . Pathetic service @JioCare

  @JioCare The manager is now alleging that the router has been damaged by me so either I pay for the damages or take a new connection. This is the situation and service quality after 11 days of service disruption.

  @JioCare Yes you have provided the resolution that to restart the router but how many time to restart it in a day of 24x7 only do on and off the it. When the full area there is connectivity issue in mobile and airfiber the how restarting will work.

  @JioCare Hello @JioCare @reliancejio , Jio Fiber service got disrupted due to cable cut. Raised the service request on 23.07.2026. But no service engineer visited yet. In June also service engineer took 7 days to visit , now same thing is happening. Don’t you learn from past mistakes.

  @JioCare this kind of internet service from jio is not expected, I called two times from morning but nothing changed, bsnl 4g is much faster from your 5g, Have a look into it. From last two days I am experiencing it.

  Dear @JioCare, I've been facing internet connectivity issues in my area for the last 2 days on both of my Jio numbers. I've already registered 4 customer complaints, but the issue is still unresolved. This is seriously affecting my daily work. Please look into this matter.
