  @JioCare the problem still same in my location we need to take mobile in flight mode very time to access internet no one help. If you can't able to solve network issue then clear it we switch our sim into better network I am complaining from 2 months but nothing happen.

  @reliancejio tower was installed in our area 1years ago, its range was very good, but for the last 4 months its range was reduced by the officials and now people are getting worried about it, and the people associated with it are getting very upset about their problem.

  @JioCare Customer care says engineer will fix it. Engineer says customer care can’t do anything. Engineers themselves admit nothing is happening from backend side. Then where exactly should a paying customer go?

  Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I lost my phone along with my Jio SIM 2 months ago. I have visited the Service Center in Nagpur multiple times to get a replacement SIM, but the staff has failed to resolve my issue and activate it. Extremely disappointed with the service. Please help!
