    @JioCare the problem still same in my location we need to take mobile in flight mode very time to access internet no one help. If you can't able to solve network issue then clear it we switch our sim into better network I am complaining from 2 months but nothing happen.

    From the day when i bought my phone (5 years ) now still I'm not able to utilize my jio data when i stay in my village. My village is not backward but still network speed is very slow . When i call to their customer care they keep telling that we are still working @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi, Jio. My operator is not allowing me to send a "PORT" message. Message sending is getting failed to 1900 and customer support is taking forever to resolve. I badly want to port to #jio Is there any way I can port to Jio?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had done 2 time recharge for one month due to not coming status but after some time twice recharge are showing and will expiring in same month 08-01-23 and 09-01-23 so plz help me and one recharge in deactivate and should be expired on 09-02-23
