    @JioCare jio internet not working properly from last three days at my office location near reliance digital store amazing no one solving it. Net automatic gone frequently and came after we restart mobile or get airplane mode please look into this Chittorgarh Rajasthan 312001

    @reliancejio tower was installed in our area 1years ago, its range was very good, but for the last 4 months its range was reduced by the officials and now people are getting worried about it, and the people associated with it are getting very upset about their problem.

    @JioCare the problem still same in my location we need to take mobile in flight mode very time to access internet no one help. If you can't able to solve network issue then clear it we switch our sim into better network I am complaining from 2 months but nothing happen.

    @JioCare No Jio Fibre connectivity since last 4 days. complaint lodged on 14th July and following up daily for an engineer visit.Although engineer has been assigned and a time slot confirmed, no one has visited us so far.number of engineer also switch off. really pathetic service

    @JioCare No internet connection since 15.07.2026. Engineer doesnt pick call, nd gives incorrect reports to office without visiting. Area Manager, Mr. Malappa (9653673622), threatened to disconnect service if we continued to call him. Not single representative has visited premise

    @JioCare @JioCare I first requested termination of my JioAirFiber connection on 13 July, but no action was taken. I raised the request again today under SR00003BH0CR and explained the complete reason during the call at around 10:20 AM. Despite this, I am receiving repeated calls from 022-31019087, asking the same questions again and again. These unnecessary retention calls are causing harassment and distress. Please stop these calls immediately, complete the termination within the promised timeline, and provide written confirmation. Any further unnecessary calls will lead to a formal complaint with the DoT, TRAI and National Consumer Helpline.

    Hi @JioCare ,I want to cancel my JioFiber connection due to your poor service. My reinstallation request has been rescheduled multiple times,but no engineer has visited. Also,there is no option to cancel the connection through the app. Please cancel my connection at the earliest.
