    @JioCare the problem still same in my location we need to take mobile in flight mode very time to access internet no one help. If you can't able to solve network issue then clear it we switch our sim into better network I am complaining from 2 months but nothing happen.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet speed is Too slow in my area. I complained about it but the speed is same.

    @jiocare after porting to Jio impossible to talk /connect with customer executive. Hardest and complicated system generated messages.BSNL and otbers are far better and quick to recibe call and resolve query. Soon will opt for Port from jio to IdeaVoda

    @reliancejio after Porting JIO it's exhausting,JIO never offers one to one communication with Customer care Executive. Always System generated help/text comes.Impossible to talk with Jio customer care dire fly with Any number.BSNL is fastest in communication

    its been more than 120 hours since raising service request SR000013GPOV but no resolution for jio fibre id 11****1531. I don't how much snail speed is your tech team but such glacial speed of customer care is not winning trust #JioFiber Team. Horrible experience! @JioCare

    @JioCare 7012558525, 8075244015 alternate number 7799492833. Both my jio numbers are not in use because of poor performance. Why should I compromise when other service providers offering better performance in my locality. I also have a useless jio dongle at my home.
