If you can't able to solve network issue then clear it we switch our sim into better network I am complaining from 2 months but nothing happen.

On 06-04-2026, I lodged a complaint (Service Request ID: SR0000357QR3) regarding the disconnection of my JioFiber (No. +91-3817960450). The scheduled date for the engineer’s visit was 7-4-26, but no one has come.

Stop prolonging this and provide a definitive resolution date. Your 'earliest' is already 5 days too late. Looks like service standards are non-existent.
