    @JioCare the problem still same in my location we need to take mobile in flight mode very time to access internet no one help. If you can't able to solve network issue then clear it we switch our sim into better network I am complaining from 2 months but nothing happen.

    @JioCare Contact No. given on Customer Care is Switched Off. How can customer complain? Wifi is not working on our devices for last one week. No body to take care. Last year faced same problem. Very thankless job of your team.

    Took the @reliancejio connection for fiber. Excellent speed but worst ping. Reported to @JioCare in email and twitter. They keep parroting the same question again and again asking me to do technical stuff as an end user. Conclusion: The service is bad. I'll be cancelling it.
