    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet speed is Too slow in my area. I complained about it but the speed is same.

    @ViCustomerCare went to Vi store kharadi Pune for postpaid to prepaid. Staff pruthviraj said backend not working, when asked details he called staff shifa, she said it be done only after bill is generated and there is no pronrata billing. Will port to @JioCare or @airtelindia

    @JioCare Your service launched on Sept 05, 2019. It's been 6 years. Still, you're rolling out the service in a phased manner. It's Bangalore city area. Still not covered fully, but local service provider @ACTFibernet is present in every area.

    @JioCare I PORT my sim BSNL to JIO which is the WORST in TELICOM industry it's completely LOOT no 199 188 or 175 top up with 1 month validity 1GB / Data + In the evening internet 🛜 speed is pathetic Multai ,village Dunawa

    Dear Jio,I would suggest you should shut your company, because you are now not able to provide better service,Your only priority is day by day changing plans and price hiking with zero quality service. Now you should compete with BSNL @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani
