@JioCare the problem still same in my location we need to take mobile in flight mode very time to access internet no one help. If you can't able to solve network issue then clear it we switch our sim into better network I am complaining from 2 months but nothing happen.

@JioCare i'm sorry for late reply. I did this but non of your Store executives know how to do this. Also, I called customer care and asked her the same, she said what you said but she too don't know the process of doing this when the executive asked her. So, you need to confirm once.

@JioCare I think You guys are illiterate. There is no society issue ..I don't live in Apartment or Gated community..Don't trust on my or either your service engineer..Send a document where you need written approval..Will get u that..Do have have approval doc format?

@JioCare @JioCare The number 9341621408 and 6206330478 have been recharged with WORK FROM HOME DATA PACKS 50 GB each. I see both these numbers have less data left from the previous data packs. I do not want any problem during the work tomorrow. -1
