@JioCare I don't know what your people will do your advisor came yesterday but backhand your team did something anyhow HD channels are working now, still we have an issue about sound, without home theatre it is very difficult to hear the volume even TV sound is max 90% (1/2)

@reliancejio JIO is the worst service provider both in terms of network and post sale service. Their CRM is the worst ! Reliance has never understood what is customer service in the past 75 years. They only know to sell and then they disappear after making promises. Regret using

Hey @JioCare Your chat bot in MyJio App sucks big time. Trying to get my network issue register through that since last 2 days but after few minutes the executive disappearance or chat gets disconnected. Do something. Network is poor & wifi Calling isn’t working either.

@JioCare Palak, As I asked Muskaan in the chat before, I did not pay the money to get my connection on hold. I am working from home and having a good WiFi connection is kind of essential to my job... So if you are not able to fix it by eod tomorrow and I.e. 14/04/23 by 6:00 pm, Cancel it.

Dear @airtelindia & @JioCare your internet service is very poor & disgusting in our bharasar village & also between Mankuva to Sukhpar Highway. I'd so many complaint about this issue earlier but no response from your side. So, please resolve this issue ASAP.
