    UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection with Order Number CO0000MAWZ3W is scheduled on 19-05-2022 : 16:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after UNINSTALLATION. Pathetic service still not disconnected nor refund done. #JioFiber #jiocare

    Update.. they just want to rip off customers now? Again I have been facing new issues. They had deducted my money for advance payments of 782/- for previous payments where I had none. My bills were paid, and also asking me an additionally to pay 389/- again. @JioCare

    @JioCare 4days of complete JioFibre outage, multiple engineer visits, repeated rescheduling and still ZERO resolution. Your IVR traps us in a loop due to the service request with no way to speak to an actual agent. This is unacceptable service and beyond FRUSTRATING! #jiofibre

    @JioCare 2 times it has been revised it’s just a loop hole i want to cancel the installation and want my money back If installation is so troublesome what will happen if there are issues

    @JioCare maine complain is service request SR000032YYY1 se ki thi tb apki side se sirf ye reply aa raha tha your request is still pending plz wait for few days kl maine contact Kiya tu iska resolution nhi bataya gya balki new service request raise hoi hai
