    Dear @reliancejio becoz of ur pathetic network.i couldn't buy any product from online stores coz of OTP my jio phone number is inked with my bank a/c.Uh just making money n fooling people ur service is completely disappointed.I had to returned my parcel coz i don't have any otp

    @reliancejio @JioInternet @jiobroadbandchd Need assistance with jiofiber and its ott services... Tried all the helpline numbers and still no help... Seems like Airtel is a better option..

    @krishna_vukkala @JioCare @reliancejio They will uninstall it one day or the other but keep your eyes for the refund. Because that's where they disappear and all the real person executive with change into useless system generated help.

    @JioCare Can you guys tell us how to raise an Internet issue regarding jio fiber, the ones who had come to install jio are not picking any calls and you guys in toll free number say just because many users are simultaneously using jio that must be the reason for slow internet.
