    @JioCare does your company not have any policy which states that if the customer has been facing issues with the Jio Fibre and you are not liable to compensate for the service days lost. Very promptly I have been informed that there is no such policy is it true?

    @JioCare the service stops even before the expiry date of your prepaid services and that too the top end. But payment date is fixed and irrespective of the days lost not using your services are not compensated. Do you agree on this?

    Hi Friends Very Bad service from Jio. I have put the relocation request from last 3 days, but its still under process. After sale service of Jio is really pathetic. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare **** you jio i waited for 5. Mins to get connected to an agent and that *** hole just disconnects? Not once not twice same happened 4 times when I asked them for the refund of the amount which is deposited while installing @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare whenever i am calling why its saying please check the number you have dialed i am already on unlimited pack There is no issue when same number i m calling with @JioCare
