have not been able to use @jio #JioFiber from d day I have recharged with internet @reliancejio useless it has been useless to waste money on jup internet when u can’t use it . Have complained n number of times but no one has given any help

@reliancejio is also suggesting everyone to leave bangalore by giving the worst #JIOTrue5G speed. In other cities #JIOTrue5G speed is very very good but in Bangalore it’s worse.

It’s really sad that @JioFiberVoice has daily outage leading to numerous loss of work at home and also loss to #IPL2023 viewership. Called @JioCare zillion times, no one responds !!

@JioCare @agrawalvishal My new Jio Fiber connection Ac no 3335782600 is dead since more than 10 days now. getting assurance daily, sadly at the end of the day the SR is moved to hold status. SR00001JCRDD SR00001J8HVQ. Expecting better service please.

@JioCare Also I dont get it how come my friend who lives in a same city he's welcome offer works fine, base plan is not charged but mine get charged and welcome offer doesn't work at all even when my network is at 5g most of the time! its only 4g for few mins but still (2/2)

@reliancejio @JioCare Congratulations for 5G roll-out throughout the country but what about providing better quality network in rural areas? Your customer care executive keeps calling us to recharge our number but network quality is EXTREMELY POOR at my location.

Bad streaming experience of #IPL2023 on @JioCinema The whole match was buffering. Even my Wifi is of @reliancejio with a good speed package. @JioCare improve streaming services
