@JioCare Can someone responsible call me back and address my concern. Cluster Manager Kanpur UP MR Rahul Mishra who assured me that my issue will get resolved by Saturday afternoon he is not taking the call nor responding back. I am certainly pissed of with the kind of fake assurances

For my Jiofiber wifi (ID: 1662359133) every alternate day, it undergoes breakdown & when local enggs are contacted they say that backhand software updation is the issue. I have been calling for past 3 days, no one has attended the issue. @JioFiberVoice @JioCare @reliancejio
