What's the point of paying for 1 month if the internet service is disrupted for 12+ days & the company is not able to resolve it? Why should a customer bear this loss which is due to poor service after providing a non RFS connection.

onelove (@ivydity) reported@JioCare Your technician did what even I can do reset and router and went away and had the worst attitude in history this was the second time the same thing has happened he was here for 10 min maximum, upon asking him about the frequent timeouts he said only you are getting this issue
