    I got a call from the Jio service center because I did not recharge my Jio number and I was threatened that I would be sent to jail because I said to her do your work, I am busy right now so do not bother me again and again? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare whats the point of opting 5g recharge if the network is not working in 5g areas also. Network sucks and a customer can do nothing.

    @JioCare This is not power adaptor issue at my end, it is the power backup issue or infrastructure issue from Jio side. Because as power cut in my area , i get notifications from Jio for network connectivity issue & when power supply resumes then I get notification for services resume.

    @JioCare I didn't ask for any cancellation. I needed relocation. Even my subscription plan is active and valid till 26.04.26.. So, you people needed to refund that too in case you people are going to do cancellation due to your pathetic and incapable service.

    @JioCare @JioCare CRM will be archived for every 30 days and the social media team has no option to look at the history of prior to 30 days data. On October 21st 2025 I took the jio airfiber connection and sales guy visited my location says 5g signal is available and completed the KYC

    @JioCare my internet is not working from 5thApril2026 after complaint also engineer visit also issue not resolved. Got message issue resolved what type of service is this for sales they come immediately but for service dont even pick up the phone hopeless
