    Worst Jiofiber service. Facing Internet issue since 13th April and no resolution yet. @reliancejio ,@JioCare . When called to customer care to highlight issue on 13th, it will be resolved on 14th.When called on 14th, it will be resolved on 15th. Now when called on 15th,same loop.

    @JioCare horrible custmer service fibre down since yest.. engineer visit scheduled at 12 gets auto changed to 4 pm ..15 min before suddenly calls at 11.45 that the enginer is coming.. says changed frm backend ..then why seek time frm cust ?Jio care hangs after a long wait.

    3 Reasons why we shudn't buy Jiofiber postpaid 1. We cannot pay it's bill via Amazon or phone pe apps. 2. We can never talk to it's real customer care on phone. It's cc is fully based on bots. 3. Post paid bills needs to be paid on advance for one month. So funny! @JioCare

    Tried porting my Number from Idea to Jio last week, agent came verified all things req & despite following up for a week now with the Agent & his superior no further update. Called customer care seems port has been unsuccessful. Pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCinema
