@JioCare I was facing issue quite frequently and engineers assigned are doing fraud resolve without visiting. It happened to me Twice this month. Maje strict action against engineers assigned to resolve. Plus can you make the visit quick. Already given time 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm is past.
