Hello @reliancejio, please make a student plan for those students who study online and cannot afford the cost of internet data for a month. We can buy the cheap online course from @PhysicswallahAP and @AmanDhattarwal(Apni Kaksha) but the problem was internet data.

@reliancejio @JioCare Instead of recharging the Plan of Rs 2999 I have recharge the plan of Rs.2879. I think this type of mistake may do by many user so I request you to consider my request and give option for upgrade the plan in future. Regards Jio Customer Sachin Kumar.

@JioCare From yesterday 1 o clock we are facing jiofiber down. Complaint raised but no one contacted. In btw 2hr internet came but after that same problem. Facing problem for office work. Expecting to resolve early.
