@JioCare @sakshamvinayak Quick response from @JioCare while someone complaining from diff. Network like airtel, idea but when jio customer complain they just ignore it and not solve their problems. troubleshoot it's manipulating.

Still i had not received any reply from airtel. I think this is the differ between JIO and aitrel were jio done good work and make signal availble where as airtel is still not resolved my query even after 1year airtel stop showing ads that we want zero complain.@JioCare

@JioCare Pathetic service! Issue is not resolved yet and when I asked about the refund for the days when the service was non operational (4 days, more than 10% of the whole month) the person at jio's end on the call says that escalate as much as you want but we dont provide refunds. @TRAI
