@reliancejio @JioCare i thought i would get supirior experience if port into jio. Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.

@JioCare @reliancejio the remote HD suddenly stopped working and none of your means of customer care be it live chat, WhatsApp or representative over the phone are able to help with it. Done troubleshooting almost 25 times - no result 👿👿👿👿

@IamKrush7 @JioCare Yes @JioCare I'm also facing the same problem since monday or might be sunday, my average internet speed is 10 to 15 kbps, n before it was nearly average 100 150 kbps everytime bt now onwards it is only 10% of it n can't do surfing and also my what's app msgs are not delivering.

@reliancejio The Connectivity from your tower in Mangalore Intl' Airport is pathetic due to shifting of the same. Nothing has done despite repeated requests. Passengers are facing problem due to poor connectivity. Look into the matter.
