    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare Hi , would have appreciated you being proactive rather than reactive. Still unanswered why a service call should take 8 days, and why I had to send my person to your office at Reliance mall on OP Road only to be told that he would have to go to another reliance office at Undera.

    A customer should never have to fight for a service to be cancelled. I've been trying to disconnect my @JioCare JioFiber connection since 1st August. Six days, countless calls, repeated assurances, zero action. If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll be escalating it legally and documenting the entire experience publicly. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

    @JioCare Based on your SLA and SOP, can you please give me a timeline for the resolution. I am asking for a date by when the refund will be done.. Without this information.. anything you say is just empty promises..

After 9 working days, my refund is still pending. This raised serious concerns about Jio's commitment to consumer rights and accountability.

    Worst Service of @JioCare our Jio airfiber not working. I am facing this issue every day for about 7-8 hrs. I suggested to everyone please do not take this service. I will also change it with Airtel soon. @JioCare @reliancejio
