    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst Experience. Payment done, Verification done still waiting for my Fiber Installation. Customer care just raise a request and then gave no update on it. Never use its Service, Not Jio Fiber Atleast. @reliancegroup

    Channels keep on coming even after dropping on @TataSky website. On calling it's customer harassment center, emp misbehave n refuse 2 register complaint. Looks like time has come 2 change 2 @reliancejio optical fibre connection

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why are you avoiding customer and not replying to mail? Why sending system generated mail which are not at all specific to the solution and more of vague. Not able to reach customer care also.

    Great service @JioCare @fiber_jio Its been 12 days now, all I got is that my cancellation request is inprocess, one tele caller trying to convince me new plan and few assurance that my case will be resolved by the time I had moved from my place now #fakepromise #jiocaresucks
