    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare Thanks for the response but response is not transitioning into action. Send your local technical team to my location. So, it can be resolved quickly. Ask them to provide alternate solution.

    @JioCare The issue has been open for 3 days now. 10 such issue have been raised in last 5 months leading to 2)+ days of internet lost. I dont wish to continue. I demand @reliancejio refund the yearly subscription I paid immediately.

    How does a total scam service by @airtelindia still operate? They hate their customers. I changed my house and they neither send anyone to shift my connection nor disconnect it for more than 2 weeks! 10+ calls on their helpline also don't do anything. Time to move to @reliancejio

    @k_nagavel @reliancejio service request status on MyJio app. 2. You will be able to see the status of all Service Requests here. 3. Click on “View More” to see details. Technician Name & Visit Timings of your Service Visit will be displayed. The “Reschedule” button will display if SR is OPEN (2/3)

    @JioCare The request id is SR000037T7H1. You are welcome to go through it and see if customers are to blame. Today is 3rd day of outage. I have already installed tata internet meanwhile but jio engineer is yet to visit. No one is friendly - not staff, not engineer even if we pay on time
