    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have 3 number of Jio and none of them are working, whenever we tried calling some one the call get disconneted after one ring. Even no one able to dial these numbers. Customer care keeps call on hold for 4-5 minutes and than call disconnected.

    @JioCare Jio Id, registered mobile no. and service request no. sent via DM. It was told that a person will be sent till 4pm to fix it, but nothing has been done yet, it's already 4:30 pm now.

    @reliancejio i have been facing refund issue for the past 2 & half months none from your team are ready to help Or resolve. During activation double payment has been taken but refund not being processed.

    @JioCare @TRAI @PMOIndia Jio network has very very poor network signal in our area. From starting it's quality is very good. But now a days very poor.. so we can't work from home.. in this regard I called and tweet several times to jio care but there is no responsible..

    @reliancejio What a Jio Fiber team, they close the complaint without restoring the fiber.? Now everyday customer care says today it will be resolved but nothing moves on ground since last 10 days.
