  @JioCare I am mudichur here 4g and 5g network issue last one week 5g network not at all taking very very low network need your support to make faster. I love 5g network in jio so only I changed but now suitation bring me to change over mindset.

  Jio is time and again proving that they are not customer friendly.... They like to bull doze.... Broadband not working.... Jio app is not helping in any way.... Customer care not attending.... What more.....!!?? I would say it's worst option to take Jio.... @JioCare

  @AmazonHelp @JioCare I have connected with your team umpteen times on this EXACT issue. You have sent me round in circles. I have no understanding left. Unless expedited, I will not only report this to consumer authorities, I will stop at nothing. Don’t underestimate a harrowed customer.

  @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare I have been facing issues with my air fibre from past 10 days. Customer service is useless as they are just following a script with no intention of help. Please look into it. My router number is-1243619427 registered with the name of Arush.

  @reliancejio my jio air fiber speed complaint during activation of air fiber and after completing customers care confirm refund will do if not satisfied fro air fiber speed now I am waiting many days no one help
