    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is beyond unacceptable. You closed my service request claiming you couldn’t reach me, yet my SIM is STILL not delivered. 8+ days wasted due to your failure. I want my SIM delivered BEFORE 12 PM tomorrow—no more excuses, no more delays. Resolve this NOW.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio is a complete fraud, if you talk to customer care then nothing happens and?The internet never works; if you complain on X, they just ask you to send a private message, but no solution is ever found.

    @ViNewsOfficial Vi needs to come up with an economical plan or seperate ₹300–400/year plan just to keep the SIM active. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.

    @reliancejio @reliancejiocare My JioAirFiber (+91-6422351675) 100 Mbps plan gives only 1–2 Mbps. Browsing & CCTV app are unusable. Engineer takes OTP, marks it resolved, but the issue returns within 1–2 hours. Please fix it permanently or refund my recharge and take back the AF.
