  @JioCare @JioCare answer me the date and time of my jio fiber installation. I will never ever trust jio anymore. Take some legal action against that person and resolve my issue immediately. Else I will file a formal complaint on consumer court since I have all he proofs with me.

  @JioCare Bear with us!!! Firstly your Wifi is down for atleast 10 days a month and Jio dont have shame or courtesy to refund amount for days where system down which is your problem. I will write to consumer court for harassing and not compensating for sure. shame on such brand

  @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber i am frustrated, internet not working, app says troubleshoot (restart) then casy to contact number, when i call number, IVR says download JIo app. Frustrated with this, need one human to assign me a engineer. its simple
