    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hi @consumerforum_ Jio @JioCare is not able to provide good internet service for month for which user have already paid. Have complaint several times. I request you to provide me money refund or validaty extension by the same number of days fo which internet was slow.

    @AJIOLife The last complaint Id's (COM00037279763) deadline is 01/06/22 & your customer support team also promised me to provide resolution via proper communication by day end. If this doesn't happen, it will be really a Shame for you guys #consumercourt @reliancejio

    @JioCare Cancellation request was placed, appointment is scheduled, now its being rescheduled same way it was being rescheduled for internet issue. Neither internet issue was resolved nor you ppl are completing the cancellation request. Going to file legal case on fibre, in this regard
