    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejioCare I have raised multiple complaints regarding my JioFiber connection being out of service, but no technician has visited yet. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. This kind of customer service is extremely disappointing

    @JioCare My issue is not just slow internet. The Jio network signal completely disappears at times, and then calls and mobile data both stop working. Please check the network/tower issue in my area and resolve it permanently.

    @JioCare I booked my JioFiber connection on 22nd August, but it still hasn’t been installed by 30th August. Tracking id- LR00001EZUC1 JioFiber have very worst work culture like government DPSU.

    Hello @JioCare it’s been one week that my Jio fiber is not working. I am making continuously compliant and doing call to customer care but no response from their side since one week. Is this how you give your service to customer. It’s really pathetic that I am not able to do office related work.

    @JioCare are they really trained to handle the customer issues ? I had selected the language as English . But this is not working in your customer service calls . Every time it goes to different language . English , Hindi , Tamil , Bengali and not sure what will I hear
