@JioCare The condition of Jio SIM cards in the Banaigarh area is so bad that when you call, it says it's busy. Even when the call is connected, the voice crackles so much that you can't talk. The internet also doesn't work properly. What kind of system do these people have?

@JioCare We cant wait till june 1st, why your service team is not coming on time. In my jio app its clearly mentioned that they will resolve my issue today. But now they are saying they cant come before june1st. Our location is in city center. My complaint is filed on working day.

@JioCare Took payment for a JioFiber connection, failed to install it, marked it as "Activated", and withheld the refund. This is a clear case of deficient service. Immediate refund and compensation required, failing which I will pursue legal and consumer forum remedies

@JioCare LRN cancelled by Jio not by me and you should take action on what basis it was cancelled and why your representative offering other operator services instead of Jio and told me no jio service in my area even other neighbours are using the service. Request cancelled 4 times.
