  @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

  @JioCare Severe 5G network failure in Kadarpur, near CRPF Camp (Sector 63, Gurugram - 122102). The signal constantly drops to unusable 4G speeds despite showing full 5G coverage. Please arrange a local site inspection/tower optimization to resolve this.

  @JioCare Facing persistent false 5G / severe network degradation in Kadarpur (near CRPF Camp, Sector 63, Gurugram - 122102). Speeds are unusable and dropping to 4G despite full 5G coverage claims. Please check local tower congestion and resolve this immediately. @reliancejio

  As I have already explained in my previous communications, I am currently outside India, the physical SIM is in India, and the eSIM that was installed on my phone was accidentally deleted. I am therefore not able to access or use the Jio service. @JioCare #jio
