    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very poor Jio 5G internet speed in my area. Although 5G is showing on my phone, the internet speed is extremely slow and the network signal is also weak. Please check 5G network 🛜 in my area #Jio5G #JioCare #NetworkIssue

    @jiocare still no internet. Very l9w speed 0-200 kbps that too with constant breaks Your customer care not confirming the resolution timeline. What is this service? @TRAI

    @TrueTaleTech @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare That is because out of 100 people, 200 people use the same tower and Jio does not upgrade the network towers leading to low speed.

    @reliancejio Following up on my previous complaint. The network issue in Nahilora Khurd, Shahjahanpur (UP) is still unresolved. Please arrange a technical inspection of the concerned cell/tower and take corrective action. @JioCare
