    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Dear Jio Team and Management, @reliancejio @JioCare It is extremely disappointing and frustrating that for the past two months, our internet service has not been working properly. The connection is so poor that we are sometimes unable to even browse basic web pages.

    @JioCare FOR THE LAST TIME - I FOLLOWED THE EXACT STEPS ON MYJIO APP! The lead number was NOT generated! NOT MY FAULT! The onus is on JIO! I have sent countless emails, made numerous calls to get this same stupid response over and over! Stop being so inefficient and improve your system!

    @reliancejio 13+ yrs customer. Bought ₹1,102 IR pack on 8 Aug for Afghanistan (9–18 Aug), but roaming didn’t work. Yet ₹1,200 extra data charges appeared in my 23 Aug bill. Please reverse. SR: MR0001SJQ2VB @reliancejio

    Idk why am I rechargin for @airtelindia data packs anymore. There's no network connection even in peak areas of Bangalore. Every normal call switches to wifi call. Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.
