    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare JioFiber service became worst recently. In the past 10 days, this is the 3rd time I am facing internet connectivity issue. This is not a kind of service I am expecting from JioFiber. Plans also not affordable compared to other operators. Let me know the process for disconnection.

    @JioCare 4 days, same promise, no resolution. Every day the request is rescheduled. What’s the point of tracking it if you keep changing the date? Extremely poor customer support. Please stop making promises and actually resolve the issue.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I have Piad advance toward jiohome order no is NO0001F136I0. It’s been month now. Process refund or provide service. Your representatives are also not picking my call. Is this some kind of fraud???

    @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare @reliancejio I’ve been facing the same issue for the last two months. When I ask for a refund, they simply copy and paste the bot message with random names. It’s pathetic. #Jio
