    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare JioFiber has been down for 7 days in Village/Post Khukhundoo, Deoria (PIN 274501). Many users are affected. One customer even paid for a 1-year prepaid plan but cannot use the service. Customer support is not responding. Please restore the service immediately.

    Very disappointing @JioCare. Payment was taken after confirming JioFiber feasibility. After payment, I was told the box is full & connection can't be provided. Even after 7 days, ₹4,443.46 refund is pending. Why hold a customer's money without providing service? Refund now.
