    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare Call me immediately and fix the internet connection. Your WiFi is completely offline, the router is blinking red, and I am being forced to use limited mobile data just to stay connected while paying for a 100 Mbps broadband plan that barely works.

    does anyone has an idea why it is so difficult to cancel the jio fibre connection in India? they told me to inform the customer care 3 days before to cancel as there is no way to cancel the connection in the jio app ? @reliancejio
