    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    Then as we went to office and became serious, they resolved the issue. Now, airfiber is not working from one week and no oke from local jio service provider are coming. This office only is like this or all jio air fibers issues are like this? @JioCare @JioSaavn @jio_fiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid for Jio AirFiber connection, and the setup box was clearly mentioned as “free” during installation. Now after disconnecting the service, why is Jio demanding the setup box back or charging for it? Nowhere was it clearly informed.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged my number the amount was debited, but the plan is NOT reflecting in my account. To make matters worse, I’m getting an error when trying again, and there is zero support available to lodge a complaint.Resolve this ASAP.

    How long are customers supposed to tolerate this? Jio network in Jalamb Village has become completely unreliable. Complaints, calls, screenshots — everything already provided, yet no permanent resolution. If service cannot be maintained, customers deserve compensation. @JioCare

    @reliancejio My JioFiber WiFi has not been working for more than 1 week. Customer care calls are not connecting and no resolution has been provided. I already paid for a 6-month recharge. Please fix this urgently or process a full refund. JioFiber No +91-1681358004

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. My Jio AirFiber connection has been disconnected since yesterday, and despite repeated follow-ups(30 times), there has been absolutely no resolution.

    Terrible experience with @JioCare! The high ping makes gaming impossible. 😡 Fix it or I’m deactivating this SIM. Airtel was way better for gaming. Porting back soon if this continues! 👎 #JioNetwork #Gaming #Airtel
