    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare customer care say we are extremely sorry for your inconvenience but they are just empty words. Really pathetic service, i just might switch networks. @airtelindia please let me know if you guys have a wifi service available in our area, would like to switch

    I have a @JioCare tower at the terrace of my home. Still facing slow internet speed for the past two days. All the customer executive at @reliancejio have same sweet script. Which is useless, since no one could solve this problem till now.

    @reliancejio this is not the way to provide support or service. My wifi has been gone for 2 days. I have called customer care, logged a SR, following up continuously still no response. They are saying the same script. We are sorry for inconvenience, we will resolve it EOD today.

    @JioCare Hi Jio My new postpaid plan 599 has an option to add one more number which I am trying to get another number using the coupon code. Jio store tried it says the coupon is used/blacklisted. Could you please help me in sorting this out. Sent several mails to reps but no use

    @reliancejio Hello, for the past two months I have been trying to convert my and my mother's prepaid Jio sim to postpaid, I went to a nearby Jio Store in Kasba, however, the store representative was completely useless, and had no idea about the JioPostpaid Plus could u help me with it plz?
