    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare do you have any update on the falsified status you have provided to my DND complaint SR0000139G4S? how long you are going to fool the customers? the impotent @DoT_India and @TRAI doesn't care to stringent the DND regulations as long as their pockets are filled everyday

    @reliancejio @JioCare hello jii care team... here is my postpaid no facing problem since I have converted it into jio form vodafone. I complained you already 2-3 times but all in vain. Total pathetic service. No network. 2G data speed. Voice lost often times. Thank you.

    @JioCare Really??? But, I already know what ur reply will b - " 1) This is an intermittent issue due to high no. of consumers using the data at d same time. Or 2) a new tower will be installed in 6 months." Focus on retaining d current customers than adding new.

    @reliancejio I have asked you guys to cancel my jiofiber service since November. Now it’s 11 January and i haven’t received any updates or anything regarding my JioFiber cancellation. I don’t have time bullshitting with your customer service as i’m shifting tomorrow

    @JioCare I’ve done recharge to wrong number hence want to get the fund tranfer to correct number call jio care and they were very rude and not help full at all and disconnected the call very very poor service @DoT_India Operator Reference Number 9076848419 Amount ₹251/-
