    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @airtelindia is so damn unreliable. From past 3 days I am unable make calls or SMS. 5G is secondary. @JioCare I'd like to port 4 postpaid numbers (family plan) what do I need to do.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioTrue5G 3/4 I have contacted Jio Customer Care more than 20 times. Every time I am told there is a temporary issue and to wait 48 hours. This has been going on for almost 3 months with no permanent resolution.

    @JioCare Anybody with Jio Fiber home connection, please switch to any other service provider. Jio service sucks, their engineer team openly says please switch & drop Jio Fiber. On top of it the Jio care is even worse. @reliancejio @reliancegroup Never ever take this connection

    @JioCare Anyway, I’ve decided to switch to Airtel Fiber. There is widespread dissatisfaction with JioFiber in our locality, and this incident has only reinforced my decision.

    @JioCare No is 1777961735 numurous calls,they say it will be resolved shortly, nothing happens&registered complaint twice only( SR00002M6XQG) & closed it without engineer visit .U don't have idea how much loss I have suffered due to non connectivity in6days.Height of exploitation
