    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Enough is enough! My #JioAirFiber internet has been unreliable for months. I'm paying for constant high-speed internet but getting frequent speed drops and poor connectivity instead. Fix this permanently or stop making promises you can't keep. #PoorService

    I booked Jio fiber Relocation service 1 week ago and confirmed slot 12PM-1:00PM today by paying 1200 INR, till now nobody reached out to me , i am shifting house tomorrow, this is totally unprofessional, whats the point of picking a spot 1 week before ? @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Yashoda, you guys reply thru bots without even looking at what was asked. I had an existing pre paid connection which I was forced to change to postpaid. I need the pre paid service back because that lets me choose the plan I want rather than the forced costly plan by you guys!

    @reliancejio Above sea level Your services are horrible and don’t work at ground level Your engineers keep on rescheduling the requests Jio is not the best option

    @JioCare I think we have to port Jio sim to other network, kab se complaint karne per bhi network me sudhar nhi ho raha hai. @reliancejio
