    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare No network for 2 days and complaint still unresolved. Request put on hold without visiting my home. Executive asked me to take society permission for wire routing or close connection. Is this customer's responsibility or Jio's? Very disappointing support.

    @reliancejio @DoT_India this entire month I'm facing the slowness issue, and after 14 may continuously I'm forwarding my problem via email to jiocare and to the appellate but no response still rcvd only IVR that we are wrong on urgent area took my Bill but still watng 4 srvce
