    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare My internet has been down for the past three days. You have no trouble collecting payments on time, but when it comes to providing service, there's absolutely no response. This level of support is extremely disappointing. Please resolve this issue immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm using unlimited 5g plan but when I connect my ipad with hotspot if the connection is 5g both mobile and ipad network stop working and when the connection is 4g it works finely. You scammers !!!!!! Such pathetic service to loot customers !!!

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare Look at the problem pertaining to Complain NO. SR00003C7AFJon priority basis, its been 1 week and you can't find 1 engineer for Visit. If not resolved today I will be forced to take this to consumer grievance department.

    @JioCare No Jio AirFiber service since 25 July despite 5 complaints to customer care. If the issue is not resolved by 11:00 AM tomorrow, I will throw the box in the dustbin and post the video publicly. This is unacceptable customer service. Please resolve the issue immediate
