@JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

@JioCare I have done the ISD recharge 4 days back and it is not yet activated. Even I tried all possible ways suggested by your customer care team. Can you refund my recharge amount asap as I am not able to use this service due to issue from Jio side.

If a customer forget to recharge then your company call again and again until they recharge but after recharge you don't give minimum service. Simple in this pandemic even one online class not doing properly & ur network service very poor @reliancejio @reliancegroup
