    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Jio Internet down in the neighbourhood for nearly 24 hours now. Irresponsible customer care and local managers - so cool about the situation and did not even inform about any disruptions. All work, schooling activities gone for the day! @JioFiberChennai @JioCare

    @JioCare Your plans change after 24 hours. Your services to the add-on nos. get deactivated immed. And, if I call customer care, I am told that services will resume after 24 hours. What the hell? Jio seems to be on the way to breaking all the poor customer service records.
