    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare registered for jio fiber on 08.05.21, order: NO0000HB032Z but service engineer arrived and denied installation asking for extra money.eventually my order was cancelled and i registered again today,no: NO0000HCG4MZ where an engineer was also assigned but nobody showed up

    At 8 am I came to know of a power outage that was to continue till 11:49 am. At 12, I called to check, the receiver didn’t hear me out! Connectivity was restored almost 3 hours after the estimated time. No prior notice, no receptivity to grievances! Cost me a lot! @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio My service number is NO0000HC0L8A... It has been more than 56 hrs since I made the payment ... when will I get the connection ? Why is it being delayed ? I urgently need connection and had heard that you guys are fast ... #disappointed #badservice

    @JioCare I am unable to make calls using your network. I am showing "not registered on network". Any known outage or is it only me? Can't call customer care apparently. Have checked sim card in the tray, it looks fine.

    @reliancejio Jio Fiber's 30 MBPS unlimited for Rs.470 including GST is not bad but there are many local players giving 25 MBPS dedicated speed & of course unlimited for Rs.300 per month (All Inclusive). Plus 13th month free if you pay for 12 months in advance. Any plans Jio?
