    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare @JioCare a technician was supposed to visit after six working days of disruption today between 430 and 5:30 PM today. He still did not come, and he has rescheduled the appointment to morning 1130 to 12:30 AM on 27th July. When will you resolve this issue? This is very frustrating

    @JioCare Please re-read my tweet. The issue isn't that the team didn't reach—the issue is that they brought used, unsealed equipment from another site and refused fresh stock. ​I need a brand-new, factory-sealed kit for installation under Order ID NO0001ETAJOY.

    @JioCare @JioCare why are you not able to dissolve the issues even after seven days? You are simply not able to send one technician to resolve the issue? Why are you testing our patient so much? You have also closed the escalation ticket without resolving the issue.

    @JioCare @JioCare I raised this issue yesterday, and instead of fixing it, you closed the service request without resolving anything. The issue is still persisting. Please stop closing complaints without verification and arrange an engineer visit immediately.

    @JioCare our internet is down for 48 hours. No restoration is done. No one is ready to resolve the issue. More than 5-6 homes are effected in preet vihar
