    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare My jiomotive device is not properly working since 2 months and i have sent mails regarding the issue, you guys are not solving my issue i also asked you to replace my device but no one is helping me on this. Since 2 months your tech team is not connecting me to resolve.

    @JioCare I need a email address pls if someone cant call and speak to me. Your IVM are not user friendly and you dont have the option to speak to a customer service agent. Surprising that iam waiting 16days to get #jioairfiber connection from a leading company in India!

    @JioCare Almost 24 hours have passed but we are still not given any solution for the above issues of basic service like 4g internet and calling. You raised SR and your team has closed SR without any solution. Why raised SR? if you do not want to resolve customer issues

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioAirFiber has been down since 19 June in Faridabad. Only 1 engineer visited and confirmed a tower issue. Since then, no one has come despite multiple complaints. Every day itโ€™s โ€œtomorrow.โ€ Pathetic service. Is this how you treat customers? #jioairfiber

    @JioCare since 2 days ,jio fibre not working, it's blinking red.. The jio engineer visit is also cancelled by yourself today without resolving the issue .... disappointed ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @jiocareindia shifted my JioFiber connection after being told that if I recharged the required amount, my previous plan would automatically be restored. I followed the instructions exactly, but my plan was never restored. This is very disappointing.@reliancejio @DoT_India
