Vikram Singh Meena(SATTAVAN),ਵਿਕਰਮ ਪੰਜਾਹ (@VickeySattavan1) reportedI booked Jio AirFiber at the Gangapur City Jio store on August 2nd; a representative named Pawan Bairwa processed the booking and collected the full payment, yet the AirFiber has not been installed so far. I was initially told it would be done on August 6th, but now they are saying it will be installed on August 8th. For such a major company, the service is appalling—Airtel would have been a better choice. Jio has been disappointing right from the start. I am attaching a screenshot of the payment. The request number provided to me is LR00001ELIW3, and the reference transaction ID is 2020080221045000029 / 0636121751279229. My mobile number is 8104022446. Ultimately, I want to know when this installation will take place—or if it will happen at all. @JioCare
