    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence It's been 3 days since I raised Service Request SR00003CGERB for my JioFiber connection. The status is still Assigning an engineer and no one has contacted or visited yet. Due to this poor service and delay, I have decided to switch to Airtel fiber.

    My jio wifi has not been working since morning and there is no way I can talk to the support team. None of the number gives an option to talk to an executive. This is so helpless and awful, how can wifi not work for the entire day?. @JioCare @jio_fiber @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @JioCare 1 month unused balance+ Relocation charges ₹1200+₹1021 Total 3000 rupppees looted Jio Air fiber team, and service not provided, If any one plan to purchase Jio airfiber please understand my loss and rethink better other option
