    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare We have been constantly asking your team to provide network for the past several days. But no response from your end. Our location is at B block, Parasvnath Prerna, Taj Nagari phase II,Near Courtyard Marriott, Agra-282001. Really disgusting.

    I got worst experience with @reliancejio. My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.

    @JioCare This is just repeating what customer care already told me. I’m not asking how to track or reschedule I need service restored. My connection has been down since 6 AM, with no call from Jio. Please stop giving generic responses & provide confirmed engineer visit time and resolution

    @JioCare @reliancejio What a spectacular display of zero accountability. Engineer arrives with no clue, leaves saying someone else will come. 2 hours later—still nobody. I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable. Zero accountability. #JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare Let us show some professionalism. I had DM'ed you all details including my FULL ADDRESS to you. Don't waste my time,asking for ADDITIONAL details like this. Be specific about, what you want? Will google map location will do? But, WHY YOU HAVE CLOSED THE COMPLAINT?

    The internet in my area is so unstable and not only my mobile internet but also the wifi here, I contacted the customer care once for another issue so when I asked him about ping and unstability of the internet it was ignored @reliancejio @JioCare
