    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @reliancejio @reliancejio Every time we reduce the volume on JioFiber, the volume automatically increases when an ad starts. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Ads should NOT override the volume set by the user. Please investigate and fix this issue. #JioFiber #Jio

    @JioCare @JioCare Well, I have been chasing this for more then a month still no resolutionl You tell how logn should i wait for the network improvement. Everyday I have to tweet, but the company is not giving the FTTH connection to our scoiety.

    @JioCare Hi, it’s been 2 more days since your assurance of an Engineer Visit, but there is still no update on installation or refund. I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Please cancel it and process my full refund immediately. I’ve already waited since 17 August.

    @JioCare The details were already shared in chat and some generic troubleshooting document is being forwarded. Whereas the issue is related to recent change of STB and a service ticket has to be opened.
