    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare It’s been almost 2 weeks since my complaint and multiple escalations. No resolution, no refund, no proper response. This is unacceptable service. I’ve already sent emails, legal notice, and DMs. Kindly resolve immediately or I will proceed with consumer court & DoT complaint.

    @JioCare Router is not working. it is showing only red blinking light. I tried to reconnect it by switching off power but it is not working.

    I made a payment on 12th April at 00:45 via Paytm. The transaction was successful and I have a valid UTR number, but it is still not reflecting in my account. Incorrect dues are still being shown.Despite trying to reach support, I have not received any proper assistance.@JioCare

    @JioCare Applied for a new JioFiber connection , installation fee collected instantly. But within 5 minutes, the internet went down. Since then, no response from support. Is this the service we should expect? 🤔 #JioFiber #CustomerService #PoorService

    @JioCare i have a jio fiber plan for which i did yearly recharge and promised 1 month free service but i have not got it and your IVR is so poorly designed that i cannot get to the customer care executive to discuss this.
