    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbani06 Appeal to improve Jio network reliability at Nerul (E), Sector 27. (8210847177). Always tower signal disappears. Appeal help desk team, be polite helping attitude to resolve the issues. Customer is not a Victim.

    1 week remaining of 150 Mbps jio fiber plan, upgraded & activated 300 Mbps plan.. same speed & everything, No change in service! Is it a fraud plan? @reliancejio @reliancegroup Also, refund the amount, will continue with 150 Mbps plan.

    @JioCare Despite continuous complaints, no solution for why there is 4G network down in every week without concrete reason.

    @reliancejio with respect i just want to ask one this what type of router you have made in 30days i have face more than 5 time this problem that my jio giga fiber continuously blinks for more that 1 hour with red light and interrupting my services. @JioGigaFibre

    @JioCare Also please note that our neighbours are also facing the same problem and If we don't get resolution by tomorrow, we will be switching to Airtel by next week
