    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare Pls provide update on refund request SR000014BJ0T. Was compelled to cancel the Jio Fiber order due to the constant rescheduling of installation.Quite a disappointing JIO experience.

    @JioCare As per given date as per promised date of 13th 14th 15th and 16th no 1 come and all commitment was false such a poor service from jio fibre team all Engineers team members not responding my calls they have blocked me wow.

    @JioCare Dear anuj ji, As per telephonic support they given commitment today 4 to 6 installation will be done but still didn't get any response. Regards Manish Pandey
