    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare @JioFiber Booked #JioFiber on 25 July. Technician installed the junk box — couldn’t connect. Issue raised on 26th, only cut‑copy assurances till 31st. Another technician came, failed again, told me “wait 24 hrs, it’ll work automatically.”

    @JioCare @reliancejio AirFiber has been down 3–5 days, 6 km east of Begusarai. 18008969999 offers only recordings. I pay for 24×7 service. Restore immediately, provide a restoration timeline, compensate my losses, and ensure reliable connectivity with accountability #ShameonJIO

    @JioCare I have been hearing the same assurance for the past two years, yet to this day, I have not received a 5G signal at my home.

    @JioCare You guys are absent minded or what i have sent you all the details of that particular guy and you are saying that i have a relocation problem, how from a private company guy asking for bribe, earlier we use to give bribe to govt. Officials now private employees too what the hell

    @JioCare Jio's 5G service is not available even in areas close to the district headquarters. Whenever I contact customer care, they give vague responses and keep saying that work is in progress at my site and that it will be completed very soon.

    @JioCare Instead of answers, I repeatedly heard that I was a "valued customer." No usage records. No escalation to a technical team. No explanation. Just scripted responses repeated over and over.

    @PranayCC @JioCare Not a practical solution, sadly. They'll just use another number. Trust me I get calls from a telecom company from their employees personal numbers asking me to recharge. I just can't prove it
