    @JioCare The company has hiked the recharges prices of jio sim. The signal quality is very poor and the company should decrease the recharges prices. I request jio to do not take unfair advantage of people. Otherwise, the people will port ur sim in another sim. Kindly look into

    Hello @JioCare , sach a poor network here .. can't even open a single page....@Airtel_Presence 's 2G even providing better network the jio 4g... kindly improve network and internet net speed.. otherwise will switch to @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/3 I've already tried everything—rebooting the router, factory resetting it, testing multiple devices, and using an Ethernet (LAN) cable instead of Wi-Fi. The issue clearly isn't on my end. This points to a routing or network problem within Jio's infrastructure.

    Paid ₹1,200 for a new @reliancejio WiFi connection on July 6. agent visited my home near Vadapalani, Chennai, confirmed service isn't available, and promised a refund. It's still not processed. This is completely unacceptable. Stop ignoring customers. LR No: 00001E6JPD @JioCare
