@JioCare The company has hiked the recharges prices of jio sim. The signal quality is very poor and the company should decrease the recharges prices. I request jio to do not take unfair advantage of people. Otherwise, the people will port ur sim in another sim. Kindly look into

When it comes to providing customer support or after sales service, companies in India are one pile of ****.. Including the likes of @RelianceJio.. Donkeys aren’t able to fix my issue from 2019.. Every time I complain, my service ticket is being marked as resolved. Buffoons

@JioCare The worst service of your customer care I had subscribed the plan of 2824 of 6 months. But still I have to 592 + due penalty I don't know how ? And whenever I try to talk customer care they just end the call in middle of the conversation everytime. Please look into it
