  @JioCare From Kolkata, Moved to Jio Fibre with 300Mbps speed. Unplayable performance on gaming with very high ping. No online support team. Download speeds are capped to 20MBps. No resolution to the problem. Customer executives have no idea about the resolution of the issue.

  Hey @JioCare, I ported from Airtel last week as I was getting only 2-3 bars network coverage from them in my neighborhood. Now @reliancejio has 0-bar coverage and sometimes I see 1-bar. Just like hide & seek. Any chance I can port back to Airtel now? I'm unable to get #MNP code.

  @JioCare 9958202009 is my contact no. I am facing big signal issue. Due to the signal issue I am facing the problem with internet data and calls. We are using wifi whatsapp call. Which is a big issue and no one is taking action on this after complaning on jio care many time.

  @JioCare Also the executive disconnects most of the calls. There is no call back or remote assistance by any network technician. I will never recommend to my friends and family. Hope to finish this ordeal of 3 months and move back to old ISP
