    Hello @JioCare , sach a poor network here .. can't even open a single page....@Airtel_Presence 's 2G even providing better network the jio 4g... kindly improve network and internet net speed.. otherwise will switch to @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare The company has hiked the recharges prices of jio sim. The signal quality is very poor and the company should decrease the recharges prices. I request jio to do not take unfair advantage of people. Otherwise, the people will port ur sim in another sim. Kindly look into

    @JioCare Still internet has not restored stopped since 29th early evening spoke to your people ,tweeted, complained, complained on the site but all in vein still no solid work done in today's time no internet for so many days specially right now in rains all your work stops horrible

    @JioCare I am shifting to Airtel and soon will downgrade the service or disconnect. Because 6 days matters a lot. When we try to lodge a complaint the appointment date the app gives is after 3 days and after that your support centre says on 30th that by 1st it will be resolved but.....

    @JioCare Service Request Number : SR00003767U5 I have been followingup for my REFUND request since 32+ days I called Service agents almost 15times. All they do is apologize & escalation.l I completely lost hope on my money 3333 rupees . PATHETIC Service. I want my REFUND

    @JioCare WE KEEP CALLING. INTERNET not working since 3 days jiofiber STOPS COMPLETELY DURING RAINY SEASON. SCHEDULE A ENGINEER APPOINTMENT. THEY HARDLY TURN UP. OUR APPOINTMENT WAS OF 4 PM YESTERDAY AND WAS RESCHEDULED TO 9 PM. NO ONE TURNED UP. IT'S EMBARRASSING.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago Poor customer service. Multiple times called and created service requests. Zero action. Sent an email & got automated response only. Waste of time, money and energy. Nobody at Jio has any clue. Nobody is accountable. Stay away from Jio.
