    @reliancejio I have an active connection since two months but from last 5 days, I could not access to the internet. Even though the wire is intact, it keeps on beeping the red light. I contacted customer service many a times. But there is no one to resolve. Nobody is responding.

    So Jio has no resolution or responsibility towards it's customers. If you recharge on a wrong account by mistake there is no way that can be rectified...you can forget that money...really bad customer service @JioCare cancelling my subscription on principal.
