    @JioCare The company has hiked the recharges prices of jio sim. The signal quality is very poor and the company should decrease the recharges prices. I request jio to do not take unfair advantage of people. Otherwise, the people will port ur sim in another sim. Kindly look into

    Hello @JioCare , sach a poor network here .. can't even open a single page....@Airtel_Presence 's 2G even providing better network the jio 4g... kindly improve network and internet net speed.. otherwise will switch to @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Your confirmed date and time is already over for appointment. Do one thing take off your all asset from my place I didn't want your hope less service. And for your information same thing happened before 1 or 2 week. Your can check records.

    @JioCare Service request no SR00001JG0RT has been raised, getting only 100mbps against 500mbps and as per customer care it will take 24 hrs to change the settings from backend. Very bad experience...

    *Jio broad band..they keep rerouting me from app to customer care number to app..No solution at all!!! @reliancejio @JioCare just by selling products you don’t become great..it is the after service that matters the most!!! Not sure when you ppl will understand!

    @JioCare Why does only Jio TV+ work on Jio Fiber connection and not the "Live TV" option? Jio TV+ is buffering a lot. Poor service. Please resolve.
