@JioCare The company has hiked the recharges prices of jio sim. The signal quality is very poor and the company should decrease the recharges prices. I request jio to do not take unfair advantage of people. Otherwise, the people will port ur sim in another sim. Kindly look into

@JioCare I expect some kind of professionalism and workmanship in setting up connections and ensuring quality service. The experience has been pathetic. I raise a ticket and after so many calls it’s fixed and the very next day the connection is lost.#JioFiber #disappointed

@reliancejio @JioCare i thought i would get supirior experience if port into jio. Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.
