The signal quality is very poor and the company should decrease the recharges prices. I request jio to do not take unfair advantage of people. Otherwise, the people will port ur sim in another sim. Since 19 Aug, the delivery person calls me every day saying he’ll deliver it, but never does. I raised a complaint with Jio on 20 Aug, issue remains unresolved. @JioCare

Then I was told my area has reached its “installation limit” and Jio AirFiber cannot be installed I complained to Jio Customer Care 3 days ago. I was assured that installation would be done. Still waiting. @reliancejio @JioCare
