@JioCare The company has hiked the recharges prices of jio sim. The signal quality is very poor and the company should decrease the recharges prices. I request jio to do not take unfair advantage of people. Otherwise, the people will port ur sim in another sim. Kindly look into

This happened to anyone? Jio SIM gets blocked on its own, starts asking for PIN. Happened today before dad was about to head out. Support completely incompetent at resolving issue, now have to go to jio center with ID proof and re-register for their fault @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Releasing Jio Fiber capped plans without fixed line service below 200 INR would help you to grow more in the Broadband market since many ones are concerned with only fast internet service with an optimized cap.399 plan may not serve the purpose for those.

@JioCare @RanaaSantosh Why your data getting exhausted sooner nowadays? Is this to force customers to buy extra data each time to increase your revenue? Jio will finished if it indulge in such unethical practice and lose customer trust. Be careful.
