Manoj (@devdreamerx) reported@reliancejio @JioCare I booked a Jio AirFiber connection on 7 August after making the payment, and I was promised that the installation would be completed within 5 days. Today is 20 August, and my connection is still not installed. I have repeatedly received messages saying the installation is scheduled, but every time it gets postponed. Whenever I contact the concerned team, I am simply told, “It will be installed tomorrow,” but nothing actually happens. I was later informed that there is a shortage of working devices in my area and that some of the devices being received are faulty. If this is the situation, why are customers being allowed to book and pay for the service with a 5-day installation promise? I have already tried Jio Customer Care and chat support, but I have not received any meaningful resolution. I have also filed an official complaint through CPGRAMS. This has been an extremely frustrating customer experience. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a clear installation date or an appropriate resolution. Customers should not have to wait for weeks after completing payment while receiving repeated assurances without any action.
