@JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

It's been almost 3 years since I started using jio fiber and today for the first time it went down. Suddenly, it's gone! Raised a complaint they allotted me slot for tomorrow. Would've been nice if they solved the problem by today itself @JioCare @reliancejio think about it

Dear jio team I recharged wrong jio plan for 209, I mail to your customer mail ID for cancelling my recharge and refund it or deactivate plan for future use, simultaneously I recharged for 239. So please cancel my 209 plan or deactivate for future use. @reliancejio @JioCare

Very pathetic data speed of Reliance jio at Indore MP. Unable to open WhatsApp in laptop due to worst data speed. Data speed has been reduced intentionally to promote 5G. I have recharged for a year & suffering. Other operator is giving good speed. @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare

i think customer has rights either recharge his/her prepaid or not but @reliancejio @JioCare customer executive keep calling customer that their sim will be blocked if recharge isn't done what a pathetic condition reliance jio facing

Worst service by @JioCare We are facing an issue from 14 Feb 2023 but not resolved yet. Our complaint was closed by the team without completely resolving. We again booked the complaint, now it's been around a week but not yet attended. Only we are getting scheduling message.

Worst customer service experience ever. Lost my sim in India and came to UK. Requested them to issue a new sim card to my brother on my behalf. Submitted all documents they needed 4 times, chasing them since 20days and 30emails. No response. @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare
