    @JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

    @jiothings @jioMotive @JioCare Now, the same problem has occurred again. Two days ago, the device failed to register a trip, even though the app correctly displayed all the vehicle data and location. This clearly indicates that the device was connected and functioning, yet the trip was not recorded.

    My Jio Fiber internet is not working from 2 days. Appointment rescheduled twice without any intimation and even after that no update, no visit from any one. Contact Centre trying to dodge the questions and deliberately disconnecting call @reliancejio @JioCare worst experience

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your team keeps asking for the same details while ignoring the actual issue. My order was cancelled due to equipment shortage. Please stop repeating scripted replies and confirm when equipment will reach Ratnagiri and when my AirFiber will be installed. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Is it possible for me to switch to Jio Air Fiber from Jio Fiber ? Will you transfer my remaining validity of Jio fiber to Jio Air Fiber ? As there is frequent issue in wired one. Within 10 days this is my 3rd complaint. And 3rd one is taking more than 4 days of time.

    @JioCare @JioCare I've already generated my UPC to port my number due to the unresolved network issue. Kindly resolve the slow internet speed and 5G connectivity problem within the next 48 hours. Otherwise, I'll proceed with porting my number to another network. @reliancejio
