@JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

@reliancejio @JioCare My service request number is SR000013HO7J, I got my installation done this 24th Dec 2020 1PM and my connection stopped working since 24th Dec 2020 evening 6PM. And it is non-functional since then. As per the technicians it is a mismatch in the installation.

Dear @JioCare I had a very bad experience with Jio Postpaid I Just switch from VI to Jio postpaid and Jio is having very bad network quality and service. When I tried to call customer care and talk to they just cut the Call Everytime. Is this way to talk to your customer.

@Spoof_Junkey @reliancejio @JioCare you should stop your service to all the numbers of Punjab and Haryana for couple of months and let this people use service of other providers and pay extra money there! Tabhi akal thikane ayegi! And how can Gurudwara accept something that is stolen?
