    @JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

    Why are they adding validity for data recharge when you have an active plan. The data recharge should be available until the active plan finishes. Everywhere they trying to making a business not providing service #airtel @reliancejio #trai @raghav_chadha

    Shame on @JioCare @reliancejio for such poor 5G service in Delhi. Hardly getting stable signals despite being in a metro city. Called customer care multiple times & raised complaints, but no resolution just false assurances. This is extremely frustrating. Please fix this ASAP.

    Hi @JioCare, it has been more than 16 hours since your last reply and the service is still not restored. In total, my JioFiber has been down for over 24+ hours now. Repeated generic responses are not helping. Please provide a clear ETA and resolve this issue immediately.

    Hi @JioCare TEam, Last Monday I requested a new SIM for porting and received the delivery executive’s details, but there has been no response since then. I even visited the Jio store twice with no resolution.
