    @JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

    @JioCare It’s been more than 2 months you are using my amount Rs 1200/- without any service. When you don’t have Services at those places why you guys asked for money to deposit. Refund my amount immediately

    @JioCare My internet has been down for the past three days. You have no trouble collecting payments on time, but when it comes to providing service, there's absolutely no response. This level of support is extremely disappointing. Please resolve this issue immediately.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare @JioCare, the network coverage in Nana Chhapara, Kashindra (Ahmedabad) has been extremely poor. We have over 300-400 bungalows here, and recently around 300 people have already ported to Airtel out of frustration. Please improve the network ASAP! #Vi #Jio

    @JioCare Jio Airfiber has been down since July 25 and hasn't been resolved yet. Service Request SR00002MVMRM logged on July 25, closed without resolving. Advance payment was made for 6 months and this is the ridiculous service you provide? Shame.

    @JioCare Are you really see what I mean to say my Service Request SR00002MRXZS for 'No Network' was closed without resolution, citing local congestion. I am still facing complete network failure everyday. Please reopen my ticket immediately and resolve this critical issue at the earliest!
