    They are just escalating the complaint again and again but no support is provided every time i call they say wait for next 24 hrs, dont know when this will end Contacted the nodel as well but they dont have updates what happened @reliancejio is far better @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare we have no wifi connection for 5 days. Customer care answers through bot, can't speak to the technical person. Today, 3PM, the technician supposed to visit, but didn't turn up. I had given details in message box.

    @JioCare Hi,this has been going on for 5 days now.Whoever has addressed this have said the same thing over & again yet the issue still persists.I'm paying Rs.1700+ every month and face these disruptions for weeks almost every month.If I cancel the connection its my money that'll be wasted
