    @JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I've been asking the same thing for the past nine months: why don't you combine Jio and Fiber Plus? I've been recharging for nine months. I'll definitely file a complaint this time and go to the Consumer Court to file a complaint against Jio.

    @JioCare I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding the pending installation of my jio airfiber Order number NO0001CWVOES. Today marks the sixth day since my request and the installation has still not completed. This delay sets a poor exp. for others considering your services

    @JioCare Request ID: SR000033ZZ2Z was raised yesterday as JioFibre is not working since yesterday. I've been receiving calls from various technicians since morning that they'll be here in next 10 mins but no one has come yet and my complaint has been marked resolved.

    @JioCare We contacted customer care multiple times — first they said 1 hour, then 24 hours, and now they keep saying “it will be resolved shortly.” We even visited the Jio Store, but they redirected us back to customer care. No one is taking responsibility.

    @JioCare refund was initiated on 10 april, 7 working days are now over, he already got the fund back in his acct back. please do something, you people authorize him and send to our premises. we still trust jio. plz help
