@JioCare @RISINGRKC I am surprised of the pathetic service received regarding installation of New JioFiber network and I was left with no other option than to withdraw my application and choose another operator. Even after my repeated follow up with customer care and service engineer, not solved.

@reliancejio @JioCare I did recharge on my Jio Fiber and money was debited (Rs 1178), three days back. I raised my issue to your inefficient executives three times and all the time they are just misguiding. I want my money back. Can you help? Or is there some responsible person?
