@JioMart_Support @RIL_Updates @reliancejio Still service is the worst day by day. Some vendors came from Agra and picked orders because they are relatives of seniors of jiomart. @reliancejio Ordered a jio phone flipkart 6 Apr Order ID:OD437230967002142100 received a dead device on 12 Apr.Both of them avoid providing solution I think there is no return policy, it feels to me like Flipkart and Jio have deliberately delivered a dead phone to avoid responsibility.

@sansbarrier My dad used the same SIM for 8 years and faced the same slow speed problem recently. The service has become much worse now. I asked him to switch to @reliancejio , It works well even in villages where other networks fail. You should give Jio a try once.
