@JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

@JioCare It is then requested to call and discuss the issue. Because ground team actually don't want to work. I disconnected my previous connection because of false commitment given by your sales person. Further he is not taking the call. First check the technical then collect payment

@reliancejio jio has worst customer service inter communication within department is pathetic largely TRAI is not looking at the customer aspect rather its pro business. Made 400 against 243 still call is blocked by 12 hours and more. You guys are pathetic. I will eturn fiber
