    @JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

    Hello @JioCare your airfiber is not working since past 4 days and customer care is not raising a ticket for the same. Everyday they say by end of the day at night 9 it will be resolved. Who will compensate for the loss of 4 days and onwards while I advance paid for 6 months.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, this is nothing but harassment. You are closing service requests without resolving the issue, and your own customer care team says they have no details of the closed tickets. Is this how Jio handles customer complaints? (Service ID: 778610860366)

    @DoT_India I contacted customer care multiple times and obtained complaint number MR0001RRZGEN. However, your public response states that no complaint was found on my account in recent days. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare From inbox it turns out, Anpadh gawaars are sitting in your team who don't know what customer is complaining about. They keep replying that template response that is unrelated to my complain. 2 days and can't even schedule an Technician visit. Hey @airtelindia again! Coming back.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, Please send a technician to my home to inspect the issue. The service has still not been restored, and remote troubleshooting isn't resolving it. Kindly arrange a technician visit at the earliest.

    @JioCare If my jio air fiber recharge expires before the issue is resolved, will Jio extend my plan validity or compensate me for the 4 days I couldn't use the service due to your network issue?Please stop sending automated replies and provide a clear confirmation & a proper resolution.

    Today for the entire day Reliance Jio fibre services were down. By morning tomorrow, when Jio team will wake up to do something, it will be 24 hours of downtime. This keeps happening in the area, again and again! Atleast 2-3 days in a month (that's 8% - 10% downtime). The customer service is nearly non-existent and entirely on ai. So, there's no way to highlight this to someone at management that this pattern of repeat internet downtime in the Financial capital of India, with work from home, is not okay. The restoration time you see in the screenshot just resets to a new deadline the moment it reaches the given time. @reliancejio This is not ok.
