    (POST 2/3) @JioCare paid 100% in advance, yet I'm not getting the service I paid for. Every time I contact support, I'm asked to file another complaint, even though I've already done it 4–6 times. Why should customers keep repeating the same process?

    @JioCare my jio fibre is not working since morning. I am not able to raise complaint as system generated message is showing as network issue will be resort by time which is keep changing.

    @reliancejio Recharged mobile 9437438824 on Monday with the ₹349 True 5G plan. However, today 5G has stopped working entirely and only 4G is showing. I have tried all troubleshooting steps on my end. Please look into this network issue immediately.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Jio, I requested a new JioFiber connection and received an SMS with the contact details of your representative. I even called the person mentioned, but unfortunately, he showed no interest in speaking with me or assisting with my request. Is this the standard level of customer service from Jio, or is this only in Kochi? Very disappointing for someone trying to become a new Jio customer. Attaching the SMS for your reference.
