@JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

Oh my god! @JioCare customer support is so bad. The internet doesn't work, there's no resolution over the phone, the engineers don't visit - how's the company even running!!

@JioCare There is no unavoidable technical reason they have clearly asked us to cancel the request And is jio is asking rs 10 for registering a complain as I got a call from jio head office for registering complain. And he was asking me for my phone access.

@JioCare @DoT_India I have been going through outages once in 15 days & there seems to be no solution, only response i get sorry for the inconvenience & 2ndly they forced me to go for a new connection even though I had existing connection & they disconnected my old... 1/2

@JioCare i am very disappointed with jio service , my prepaid plan is going to expire on 29 September. But i think jio have time machine and they have capabel to traver to future so they stopped my data service at 11 AM today . Still my plan expires at 29 sep 12 PM.

@JioCare @reliancejio this is the 5th complaint in 20 days for the network outage. Complaint no SR000016VOVE. Last complaint was on 26th. The frequency of network outage just amazes me beyond comprehension
