    @JioCare As i have already mentioned in my previous tweet , 2.4 Ghz frequency is not working for my devices and I have performed troubleshooting of restarting the router and checking settings for any devices which are not blocked from connection as suggested by customer service attendees.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat it's been a month since I complained but there is no solution. Jio network is broken in Nagpur area, no net is working, your customer care never picks up the call, never picks up the call quickly, do something, otherwise you have to leave Jio.

    @JioCare Just for your reference, My SR is keep on rescheduling without any proper updates Is it that hard to resolve an Issue? When it comes to customer service @airtelindia is the best in Fibernet. @JioCare need to learn some serious service related knowledge from Airtel.

    @reliancejio my fiber connection cancelled 3months ago, still devices not picked up and security deposit held with you. Why unethical services to earn money This might be a big fraud, holding ₹1500 from every customer in the name of security deposit @AmbaniTina @reliancegroup
