    hey @JioCare,this is my number 9123428091 which is registered on my mother or father's name but almost two weeks ago it went out of service without any reason,and i was trying to reach jio customer care services but unfortunately I couldn't reach it kindly help me regarding this

    @TRAI @JioCare @TRAI in search of 5G,we lost 4G too... connectivity is now abysmally low, internet connection keeps on dropping every now and then. Customer care doesn't react at all..

    @JioCare I'll wait. But no one can resolve my issue from last 2-3 months. Today is 2023,i wrote servals mails, many calls, Raised issues many time,getting same answer every time. Please don't exceed 60 days limit intentionally. Your team do this thing intentionally or not I don't know
