    @JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

    Very disappointed with @JioCare support. Internet service is not working, and even after raising Service Request #SR000037I8WP, there has been no prompt response from the support team. Customers should not have to wait so long for basic service restoration. Please resolve.

    @JioCare A complaint has been raised SR000037EOD3 for jio router yesterday for internel loss. They keep rescheduling and delaying the resolution. Kindly look into it. Make sure they fix this, it's been two days since internet was lost.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN I have Jio connection at my café, office, and villa. Since installation, I have been facing continuous network issues & have raised multiple complaints. Every visit by representatives has resulted in temporary assurances but no permanent resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups the problem persists and is affecting my business as well as daily operations. Requesting urgent intervention from the concerned team to resolve this matter permanently.     @JioCare @reliancejio Paid for JioAirFiber (Order No. NO0001****X4) on 01-Jun. Installation appointment on 02-Jun was missed, no engineer has contacted me, and support channels are not helping. Please provide an update and installation timeline.

    My Jio Fiber connection (line number 8057470786) has been down for the past several days due to a line cut. Despite lodging complaints, I received nothing but assurances, and the issue has yet to be resolved. My experience with Jio Fiber has been extremely frustrating. @JioCare
