    Such a disgusting network speed you have, you guys call us numerous times when we dont do recharge but you dont even bother to fix the network speed, i am complaining since 6 months but no rest assured till now!? I can't even do a phonecall!? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Installation is not yet completd. I'm facing data shortage for working from home since 3 days due to non connection of JioFiber.The sales team did fake promises about installation. Shri Pawan from Byaramji Town, Sales Executive, JioFiber is not responding to calls now.Please help

    @JioCare I wnat to cancel request that option is also not available. I will say me dear friends don't every try to buy jio fiber There sale team call u when u book but after payment they will blocked ur number.Not even they will call and ask. Now at least help me to get my money

    Worst after sale services by @reliancejio @JioCare They are scheduling the pickup of JioFibre even after 5 days from the issue raised. They themselves changing the scheduled time and forwarding to some other date without the concern from customer
