@JioCare I am aghast the ticket has been closed without even calling me once and stating resolved. The problem still persists. Is this not outright fraud? Please resolve this concern which has gone on for 48 hours now.

@JioCare I am not getting access to Sony LIV and Jio TV + since my recharge happened on April 27. I called Support yesterday, spent more than 40 minutes on the phone, and was finally given SR00001JP0VB as ticket number. I was told my concern would be resolved in 24 hours.

Begging level of @reliancejio is at peak.. On plan expiry it's okay to inform the customer before the call but doing it on every call until the customer recharge is next levels of begging + customer harassment.. 😑😡🤬 @TRAI
