@JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

@amitjaiswal2906 Hey Amit They are ridiculous in response they only care for new customers. You can apply from MY JIO Application and if @JioCare will rejected than no response from customer care they will tell you to repeat the process. You will be lucky if they will approve your application.

@jkumar_99 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

@Rohitk1101 Their service have become worst now, better port to @reliancejio as i did. The network service is really good. Using it and still haven't faced any issue with their service

@airtelindia @DthAirtel Experiencing such a poor service. Customer for last 6+ yrs, u made me pay for replacing ur set top box twice, dish signal receiver etc. Not able to see any channels again. Issue raised through app.. time to move on to @reliancejio is what i feel!!!
