    I am unable to reach customer care — whenever I try calling, the call gets disconnected after stating that a service ticket has been created and that a support engineer will visit my place. However, no one has visited in the last three weeks. 2/3 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare Order id NO0001DQ5MHE since 28th may I'm waiting for connection. Thrid time rescheduled today for 2nd june and now it shows cancelled. I did not cancel it. This is extremely pathetic service. I need a resolution asap. My contact number ******9139

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber sir, JioFiber internet service at my home was disrupted on 30May, service engineer visit requested on 31May 1pm, engineer's visit scheduled on 2June. On my request, got rescheduled on 1June, but instead of visiting, it was reschuled to 6June (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Then l talked 2 their CallCentreIncharge on 2June morning & requested 4 urgent resolving d problem 2 avoid loss of children's online education, got resolved on 2June evening i.e. after 72 hours & on constant followup.Very poor service indeed(2/2).

    @JioCare Every month you guys are having the issue then what your company charge so much ? Getting speed of 2 mbps down load .. is this joke ..in my area UP east ground technical staff say that there is nothing In there hand until a tower frequency is increased.

    @JioCare First of all I do not understand why you are using a social media platform to deliver service, when your enterprise has already invested a hefty amount on IT infrastructure in the name of customer services.
