@JioCare If multiple users are accessing same time,don't we have any mechanism to resolve this issues? Can't you increase the frequency of nearest tower? The statement you given was expected as everyone giving the same.

@SavvyPriya And power outage in Malad West till 1614 hrs by @Adani_Elec_Mum. As if Broadband outage by @reliancejio wasn't enough for us. It's hot, humid and we are simply dripping! May be our society is paying for some past life karma, as we are in this together! #TaxPayingCitizen

@JioCare @Susmita_AAP People are not fools to with Jio & depend on thier mercy. Group has never been loyal to Customers. Best strategy give product at throw away price first & then make them suffer throughout life. Happy to hear people porting. I had suffered with services for 2years.
