    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid ₹2824.92 for JioFiber (Order NO0001CYUA3W), no installation done, cancelled on 20 April. Multiple SRs (SR000034M6EP, SR000033W031), still no refund. Your team promised 24-hour resolution but nothing happened. Extremely poor service. Resolve immediately

    @JioCare It's not delay it's willingness to not tell the reason for delay. No internet connection get delay without any reason. You don't have any reason for delay even after 10 days wow and you are still assuring customer that it will resolved @JioCare

    Serious security issue. My Gmail was accessed without authorization and there is a risk of loan misuse linked to my bank account. Despite multiple follow-ups, no proper response. @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @reliancejio @JioCare complaint launched at 9.20 AM for Jio fiber. No update , neither service engineer assigned. Call centre not reachable...What a pathetic service!!!!!
