@Subhash28101977 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

@JioCare Service id SROO001BYIZD closed without any solution provided to me. What a customer support you are providing. I am not getting wifi signal in next room to where router is placed, instead of sending service team to solve issue you closed my ticket
