    @JioCare @DrPradeepnephro To get a phone call from jio you will have to mail the appellate authority. Then follow up with a week replying them . Then only you get some complaint number. But solution I don't think they can. It depends on their mood. Wait 39 days then go to consumer court

    @JioCare JioFibre outage in my area. I got the sms of the outage too till 12:00 p.m. but the net is still not up. Can you just give me an approx idea when it'll be up. I can understand this happens but I have some work to do and my mobile n/w isn't helping me. Thank you.

    @JioCare No JioFiber connectivity since 2nd Dec. Complaint not resolved though tweeted and emailed to the Chairman, Mr. Mukesh Ambani. No words to explain the worst service. Infinite WORST SERVICE. I don't know why the Govt is doing privatisation.
