Hey @reliancejio and @JioCare I've recharged 2999 plan for 1 year but get speed like 2G, why? videos buffer a lot in even 480p resolution. Please fix it asap.

@JioCare but you don't care how customers reply. such third class and worst team jio. You can provide services properly only in one district beacuse its your capacity. you don't have any ability to provide services in all over India

@JioCare sorry but now definitely i can say that you are not able to solve the issues of network. beacuse you don't have any idea or your team have not that knowledge. Airtel having that ability because i m also using Airtel at similar location but best services. for jio - third class

My prepaid mobile recharge is about to expire in 3 days & I'm aware about it. @reliancejio On every outgoing call, I don't want to hear a reminder in 2-3 languages which takes at least 1 min. We receive Messages, App notifications, Call reminder. It's irritating, please fix it!
