@reliancejio ur delivery executives are FRAUD. I am requesting to port my number from airtel to jio and asking for new postpaid sim but everytime ur guys call and ask to share otp on phone, but never delivering sim and showing that they activated connection but i havnt got simyet

@JioCare In view of NON resolution of my complaint since a week, I am planning to switch to other broadband service. I tried everything. Spoke to customer support so many times, mailed several times, even tweet also is not budging you people.

@JioCare Pathetic services. I have to constantly turn on and off airplane mode so that i can receive call and message. Network is going in fractions of seconds. Horrible.

@JioCare How much time exactly you guys need to pickup the well-packed devices and process be refund? It's been ~45 days after 1st request. You might not know, there is a huge disconnect between customer care team and the team on ground. They don't even know they have to pickup devices.
