    @reliancejio @JioCare i have been facing issue with my jio fiber but all representative denying for help. Called customer care number of times but no resolution received till now.

    @JioCare My free JIO Fiber trial was valid till 31/3/2022 and the cancellation request was made. For uninstallation no engineer showed up. Same issue was mailed to JIO Team & they did appoint next date and again no one shows up. This cycle is done more than 4 times.

    @Sikarwar1985 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    @JioCare Hi I have send you registered number .. also from past 2 days continuously calling customer support . They are simply delaying by saying we are checking into it . No response from past 3 days pathetic and frustrating

All my accounts are stagnant ,I have to go to banks n inform every where.Will jio help me get in touch with them or inform them about the wonderful job .?
