    @JioCare @reliancejio @nitaambani_ jio internet service are very slow in Town Baseri, Dist.-Dholpur,Rajsthan . Minimum 5 kbps, highest 65kbps . My place gandhi tiraha , jagner road by paas ,Baseri. I am open Google very slow in browser . So. Please improved internet speed.

    @JioCare Is it going to take 10 days for such a small installation? You haven't even provided a support number where I can speak to someone. Your engineer doesn't answer calls. This has been a very disappointing experience with Jio. It feels like you only collect the payment

    @JioCare paid for jiofibre on 20/7. Somebody came after 6 days and told technical issue . We will come after 24 hours and nobody is there. Pls expedite installation.

    Hello team, I have been facing slow internet speed in my area for a long time, and your support team has been unable to resolve the issue. I have tried contacting 198 multiple times, but I haven't received a satisfactory response even from the Jio Assistant. @JioCare

    @JioCare yet to receive confirmation of Engineer visit, have requested for chage of Router multiple times over the calast, No action or No one is interested in that as well, that's why I insist to cancel the connection enough torture from ur side..u r not meant to provide service

    @JioCare, @reliancejio My internet has not been working since Sunday morning, and the issue is still unresolved. I have already raised a complaint, but no engineer has visited yet. I have now been informed that a visit will happen only on Tuesday.

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber ₹599 plan is valid till 11 Aug 2026. I recharged the ₹10,000 Freedom Pack on 26 Jul, which was supposed to activate after my current plan ends. But I received an email saying it will activate on 28 Jul. Please fix this ASAP. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare , My jio fibre is not working since 23 July. Have raised complaint on 25 July which number is SR00003C6TGF. No one contacted me from the service team. Is it 24 hrs TAT? Worst service. Get it resolved as soon as possible.
