Ibon #ProudlyAssamese (@IbonBorah) reportedJio, please fix the 5G network in my area. I’m near Mata Amritanandamayi Marg, Pocket 3, Sector D, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. My Jio 5G keeps fluctuating between 5G+, 5G and 4.5G, with 4.5G being the most common. Even on 5G, speeds rarely cross 90 Mbps. This is especially frustrating on the ₹349 plan, where 5G data should actually be usable without constantly falling back to the daily limit. Please look into the network quality in this area. @reliancejio @JioCare

Customer care told me to visit nearest jio store with doc. But, the number is not available to their system. Pls look.

If you don’t know the issue then why did you ask for contact number and other details? The problem is with set top box. Some of the OTT apps not working. My SR closed thrice abruptly.
