    @JioCare @reliancejio @nitaambani_ jio internet service are very slow in Town Baseri, Dist.-Dholpur,Rajsthan . Minimum 5 kbps, highest 65kbps . My place gandhi tiraha , jagner road by paas ,Baseri. I am open Google very slow in browser . So. Please improved internet speed.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service. Please provide the status of service request SR00002LIZM0. The assigned technician is not answering calls and the app has been showing the status as “On Hold” without any proper update.

    At this point, it feels like I’m giving chanda (donations) to Mukesh Ambani instead of paying for a telecom service. Money is collected on time, but promised services never arrive. If you can’t fulfill your commitments, stop selling dreams and start delivering results.@JioCare

    @JioCare Without using your service also inform to your company for close connection and hold my request without my consult why you sending me this bill from last 3 month check your system how many time i have request you to close this connection
