    @JioCare I have been unable to reach a single customer service executive. This is seriously affecting my work. Kindly treat this as an urgent issue and restore the network immediately, or I will have no choice but to switch to another service provider.

    Hi, I was expecting a refund from jio in terms of voucher. The refund is due to excess amount paid for my old connection. I was assured that the amount will be paid within 90days. But no resolution. The SR was also closed two times. It has been 120days. SR000039SF9V. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio really sucks in Bangalore! Absolute **** network. If you're in a building, forget getting anything above 2 to 3 mbps. Even vi works in buildings where jio fails.... I'm seriously thinking porting to @airtelindia

    @JioCare Gladwin thank you. Since your support team is working so why not setup phone call togather discuss & resolve the situation on call to expedite refund release rather playing message passing, guessing game. That's where more delay & misunderstanding can happen let me know.
