    @JioCare The problem is still not resolved. Nobody has reached me to resolve the problem. This kind of product service is not acceptable from Jio.I demand my Jio Fiber to be fixed today without any further delay.

    @JioCare I am sorry to inform you that I am not very happy with the jio services I am getting. When almost everything is dependent on the internet, a slow net can be a real pain. Plz, look into the issue before I have to look for other services.

    @JioCare Thia is really annoying, your assign installation guy says he is not concerned person for my society. I feel this will keep go on and on. It would be better if you refund my amount. I will go with Airtel, they have superfast service in my apartment.

    @JioCare your service is not good i am facing problem in jio network last one week in between 2 to 5 is not work well some time up or some time down using jio router,but in mobile it work well why not work jio router

    @youbroadband is a waste service..don't choose this service.technicians have not responded till now .it's been 3 days doesn't care about customers simply they want money.@JioCare is the best one for fibre net.. neighbours are switching to jio..so better to switch to jio or airtel

    @JioCare Service id 400128206998. arrange pick up on 05/06/2022. If this wont happened on sunday then don't call me again. I already mail it to jio care. do the needful. ensure ur service engineer collect it on sunday.

    @JioCare Doesn't make sense, you are charging so heavily despite the consumer not able to use your service. This is cheating, you should either fix problem the same day or not charge for the unserviced days. Lastly your technicians never visit on scheduled time/day. #JioFiberFraud
