    @JioCare #The engineers who came to install our Jio WiFi did only half the work and left. The WiFi is not working, it's not even properly installed. I have been calling them for the past 2 days and I have received no response. Please solve this issue ASAP else I want a refund.

    @reliancejio @JioCare why do u say tht the first month is complimentary for all new connections and post the payment send me an invoice saying that the refund for the device is 500 n monthly internet is 1000 & I will get this full refund only if I cancel the plan in first month

    This is the same msg i am receiving since many days.. Jiofibre is not working since more then a month. Please get this repaired asap or cancel the same and refund my deposit @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare It's been 5 days still my set top box is not replaced. Struggling to register a complaint.. even after sending mails no one care. Please don't go for jio fiber as their services had become worst.

    @TRAI my Jio broadband not working since 8th Sept afternoon. Made complaint with Jio in DM several times but of no use. Sent mail to appellate officer too no response. Help me get back entire cost pls. Didn’t know @JioCare is that useless. Being regulator hope u help @TRAI
