    @JioCare @reliancejio @nitaambani_ jio internet service are very slow in Town Baseri, Dist.-Dholpur,Rajsthan . Minimum 5 kbps, highest 65kbps . My place gandhi tiraha , jagner road by paas ,Baseri. I am open Google very slow in browser . So. Please improved internet speed.

    @JioCare My Internet is not working since 5th July and I have raised multiple complaints. The request SR0002MBYGO was closed without any resolution and I had to raise new Request ID: SR00003AWJ9R. Still no resolution. This is so frustrating, last month also it happened. I am.paying bills

    @JioCare Pls stop providing this wrong resolution I urge you to reopen the case & check all call logs & you will find there is no mistake done from my side ..I followed the instructions given by customer care Why are you guys are afraid of doing that Show some ethics and transparancy

    One should not opt for longer tenured subscriptions with Jio fiber as you will not get a refund for cancellation even if the problem is from their side. You are stuck with it until the tenure is over even if you have netwrk connection or not @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioInternet

    @JioCare @JioCare already shared 5 days ago on DM. But yet no one reached out If within 2 hours no one reaches out I will cancel my port in request as tomorrow my recharge @airtelindia will get expired.

    @JioCare Dear jio I am jio air fiber user There is something seriously wrong with your service since past 15days ! Everything collapses at drop off the hat .. Depute your engineer i have more than 50 service request from my user id 2646315357 !!

    @JioCare Day 6 - Again no update when you are going to restore the internet service of Air Fiber ? It's reminder, till tomorrow, if, Internet doesn't restored, then kindly refund the excess recharge amount and I will opt for @airtel Air Fiber.
