    Dear one of the largest telecom company in india @reliancejio @JioCare , why you guys are providing 2G speed at the cost of 4G? Your network in my area is so poor that I even can't receive an OTP on my jio number? Should I switch to some other operator?

    We've been trying to contact @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat since 3 days and there has been no response as to when will the office network, that we've been not been able to work on because of fibre cut, will be repaired. After yesterday, calls have been picked up by any executive

    @reliancejio @JioCare I will never forgive myself for this reason that I am a Jio Postpaid Plus customer. It will haunt me for the rest of my entire goddamn life. I have ported my number from another provider. Now I'm feeling guilty. Strongly not recommended.

    @JioCare @fiber_jio @reliancejio I booked Jio fiber connection on 27th Feb and salesperson is coming and do the process and take the money after I got a message for installation is done by 4th march and till engineer does not visit and they take the money and like that service.
