    @JioCare @reliancejio @nitaambani_ jio internet service are very slow in Town Baseri, Dist.-Dholpur,Rajsthan . Minimum 5 kbps, highest 65kbps . My place gandhi tiraha , jagner road by paas ,Baseri. I am open Google very slow in browser . So. Please improved internet speed.

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare Vi’s worse. Bare minimum 5G network. Paid hello tunes and missed call alerts. Tariffs are almost similar to Airtel and Jio. And when you leave their customer service doesn’t care enough to retain- either downgrade or go away. That’s their solution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio And it's been more than 15 days no response from Jio Air Fibre, now yesterday they cam up and said your relocation request has been cancelled. And fio fibre has to be installed and I paid another 1300/- for new service and 200/- tonthe guy for installation.

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare Same here. I too ported today. My jio recharge is also ended but the network is still active, I don't know when they are deactivating the sim, so that I can transfer to VI!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio mobile data is not working for multiple Jio users in my locality (P P SAVANI UNIVERSITY) for the last 2 days. Please check the local tower/site outage.

    @JioCare @reliancejio, we are experiencing network issues in Thane. There are no calls, no internet, and even when a network is available, voice quality is poor and internet speeds are slow.

    @JioCare @reliancejio But what about my Rs 1200/- that you charged for relocation? Why it's not getting refund? And there is no proper customer support system. I am not getting proper reply from jio. Do you have higher escalation system

    @JioCare I called the person who shows as scheduled to visit tomorrow, and he said he doesn't work in this area! How do we know the issue will be resolved tomorrow? This circus has been going on all day. The complaint helpline is of no use
