    @JioCare Okay I understood but I don't know about your worst policies,no one has guided at least to activate my plan i already did 1060 recharge with the same plan but it's showing from March 3 I don't this time line process before I thought I will get immediate extension same told by jio

    what's wrong with @JioCare i have to change the airfiber modem direction so i called jio technician he said raise complaint to the jio complaint no and the worst part is that IVR automatically cuts the call by saying we are facing internet slow down in your area

    @JioCare @TRAI @JM_Scindia can you look into this Since it’s been over 10days I have asked the team to cancel my jio order and process my refund. I am not even getting proper updates from them. These guys are just stealing the money. I need an proper update
