@Jeetuburdak @JioCare @reliancejio Maine 3 months ka recharge Kiya hai isiliye ruka hoon otherwise airtel mein port karne wala tha. Jio network is the worst. Even my Bsnl is giving better internet speed.

@JioCare This is comedy, @JioCare. I'm already your customer. Your service has so many issues that I'm publicly tweeting about my desire to go back to BSNL. And your response is to... try and sell me a new Jio connection? Instead of a sales script, how about some actual "care" for existing users?

I regret my decision for porting @reliancejio to @airtelindia i have 5G network always but data deducts from 4G data balance although i have 5G unlimited plan active even data speed goes slow after that and their costumer support not responding they are not even talk properly

@reliancejio Users of Jio net work are suffering with poor connectivity ? More over the Expiring Talk Time should end by Mid Night but you block it by the Time of Recharge. It is Shocking. Airtel or BSNL and VI maintain 12 O clock. Will tou care about it ?

@FI_InvestIndia I have left @reliancejio and switched to my parent service provider @BSNLCorporate , due to jio’s plan hike. In BSNL yearly plans attractive and value for money. The question of network is over.

@Airtel_Presence The significant delay in resolving this issue is unacceptable. As a result of this experience, I am actively considering terminating my service and moving to a competitor such as @JioCare or @bsnl_care. Please provide an immediate resolution timeline.
