@JioCare Engineer has visited but described it to be some backend problem. However this happened at around 3:30PM, I was hoping that we will have some resolution at least by EOD today.

@JioCare Still facing an issue with the internet! Stopped working today morning and hasnt come back up yet! I mean there is now way to contact someone to get it repaired! As good as your internet is, your service is just the opposite! Please fix it! @reliancejio

@JioCare I complained about my network speed and calldrop frm last 2 years. but even after almost 2 years I'm fed up. I'm at exactly opposite of JIO Head Office, Contai, 721401. If I'm not getting network then who will ? Such a disturbing matter for a Jio user from the Very Beginning !!

Was Calling jio for some problems...But some drunk or druged Customer Care guy answered me in futile and full of Wrongs.. And Now my call to the Customer Care is restricted ! Hats off @JioCare @reliancejio 👏 See @airtelindia your competitor 🙄 Worthy one !!
