    @JioCare Why the same issue is happening every other day, no internet, no proper service.why customer will face the same problem again and again. Why should we will pay for this type of service.

    @JioCare Highest Point of escalation JIO Fiber connection _Complain service request no- SR000013G28J & SR000013L2PL. Need immediate resolution with the refund initiated for the error caused by the Jio executive by debiting twice 2500 from my a/c.i was promised a refund within 7D

    @JioCare Jio care and customer provider is fraud and wrong commitment. I apply to port my no.but after that call me from jio care office and comitted me pls do not port after 15 days we solved your problem.but 30 days over not short out.4G speed is very slow.not use fb,whats app

    @reliancejio Jio Tower Madpur (Desuri) Pali, raj.306703 not working. Public facing lots of problems. Please resolve this issue soon & please incream limit of frequency because main village is 3km away from the tower .

    Jio's network in outer area at Dalli Rajhara(C.G.) is very poor. Drop calls & cracking of voice, slow data speed are the identity of Jio. Needs more network tower to increase quality of service. @reliancejio
