    @JioCare i am suffering from bad network of jio about 2yrs in my location but no response from jio team for improving network coverage. LOOT macha rakha he.

    Jio fiber is worst @JioCare @reliancejio they're not resolving the issue. 4days no internet worst customer support. Customer care number also not responding just IVR only announcing totally crap SR000036LX39. Moving to @airtelindia fiber next month. Worst customer service

    @JioCare Please ask your backend team to properly. It could be related to routing, CGNAT, IPv6 handling, DNS conflicts, backend traffic filtering, tower instability, or packet loss. the speed is normal but websites/apps randomly fail to load. Even after router replace and new connection.

    @JioCare Also I would like to tell you that I was informed by customer support that I need not pay any additional amount but you representative pawan kumar at jio office pin 262903 forcibly sold me new connection stating that old connection could not be relocated

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio, this is unacceptable. My new AirFiber is just 1 week old, completely down, and technicians have visited 2 times already but STILL haven't fixed it. Please escalate this to a senior team immediately. Location: Puducherry @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @JioCare I know about recharge reminders, why I am getting reminder calls on my alternate number. Why do people of your team misbehave and threaten the customer ?? Do call me on my alternate no. I shared in DM.

    @JioCare Still you haven't assigned a technician brother just disconnect my connection and provide compensation if this issue cannot be handled by your team. How many more days I should wait Please resolve earliest by today or provide compensation,I'll look for another service provider.

    @JioCare Worst service ever. It has been more than 25 days since payment was made, yet no installation, no engineer visit, and no proper response from your side. Your team keeps giving false promises, raising fake requests, and closing complaints without resolving anything.
