I got the uninstall done within 1 month. Engineer uninstall 50 days ago Jio fiber setup box. And policy is amount refund 7 to 10 business days. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible, Today is 45 th days still not credited my money @JioCare

@JioCare Nothing to do in DM, yes obviously not only me, entire location is facing the same issue, ie. poor network services. Unable to understand whether you are providing 4G or 2G. Better you just check from your end, instead of blaming our devices.

@JioCare I'm fed up with my frequent fiber interruptions (7 number of days in every month) but now I'm caught in a raise and resolution loop. Recharged with 199 Sachet valid for 7 days and the issue will be resolved in 24 hour. SR0000161ANJ- service request number.

@reliancejio @JioCare Your mobile network is terribly bad in Karimganj and Hailakandi town of Assam, despite the fact that your have increased the tarrifs. Can't connect calls during times of urgency. If things don't imporve I would be bound to port to other services provider.
