    Before installing jio fiber, remember this thing, the jio fiber team of everyone does not make fun of work. @JioCare @reliancejio We were told this from Jio's call center itself, today I canceled it for 37 days but the attitude of Jio customer support team is such that the life.

    @JioCare your network is too slow for work specially during evening... Now don't ask to change the SIM slot or give any other rubbish excuses, just check your connection speed in this particular location. Really fed up of your network connectivity...

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare yes.. since u don't fulfill my requirement hence I have no option but to disconnect. What I fail to understand is how difficult is it to provide a basic service as Static Public IP and moreover all ur competitors are providing it. Hence u leave me no choice

    @reliancejio service is getting worst everytime, earlier it came with good data speed with cheaper plans, later Net-speed got bad but plans where cheap, but now net-speed has become worst and plan is same as other network provider. No reason to use jio now, will switch soon.

    @JioCare Sorry but these are just vague replies. Even before the lockdown. I had complained to jio numerous times regarding this issue on twitter, email as well as customer care. Back in Nov, your representative assured me that my problem would be solved. But NOTHING has been done yet

    Dear @JioCare My brother's Jio SIM has been deactivated because it wasn't recharged on time. He is currently in the USA pursuing his Master's degree and cannot travel to India. We contacted customer care, and they suggested verification through a video call. However, when we visited the Jio Store, they refused, saying the account holder must be present in person. Could you please help us with an alternative process to reactivate the SIM remotely? It is urgent as the number is linked to important services. Thank you

    @reliancejio I am still waiting for an answer and for my refund.. its been more than 1.5 month now.. Refund of INR 807 is still pending. I am asked to DM every now and then.. no resolution at all

    @JioCare Jio True 5G network speed is very poor in JW82+MGP, Konasamudram, Tamil Nadu - 637102. Internet speed is extremely slow and sometimes the internet connection does not work properly. The issue is happening both indoors and outdoors.
