JIO internet has become so bad that no website is opening and videos are not downloading, no action has been taken in spite of the complaint. State -Jharkhand City -Jamshedpur Village -Haldipokhar We have good airtel running from Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @TRAI

@reliancejio service is getting worst everytime, earlier it came with good data speed with cheaper plans, later Net-speed got bad but plans where cheap, but now net-speed has become worst and plan is same as other network provider. No reason to use jio now, will switch soon.

@miteshmeet @utsavtechie Facing similar issue. Jio eSIM on iPhone 14 is not getting the 5G welcome offer, even though the phone and locality supports 5G. All physical Jio sims have received the offset and working well on 5G. @JioCare has not been able to help regarding the eSIM Issue.

ad experience with @ACTFibernet . After my plan expired, they did not give me the option to change Plan. I had to call CC and request a change, and it took almost 72 hrs for them to change. I will switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia after this month poor service from ACT.
