    @reliancejio @JioCare what a wonderful service u have, my Internet is down since yesterday, I raised a complaint, now I receive a call from Jio rep asking me to disconnect my existing connection and pay upfront for installation and security & take up a new connection. Seriously!!

    I got the uninstall done within 1 month. Engineer uninstall 50 days ago Jio fiber setup box. And policy is amount refund 7 to 10 business days. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible, Today is 45 th days still not credited my money @JioCare

    Before installing jio fiber, remember this thing, the jio fiber team of everyone does not make fun of work. @JioCare @reliancejio We were told this from Jio's call center itself, today I canceled it for 37 days but the attitude of Jio customer support team is such that the life.

    @JioCare @reliancejio issue. acct opened on april 8 by paying 2222 plan (3M+1M) . But this plan expired on july 7th (90D), with no option to activate fourth month. ur jio call service team hv no clue not ur sales rep, which forces us to believe its a scam being run by @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio My Broadband is down from 2 days but all I get from the helpline is tareek pe tareek. I had scheduled a service technician visit yesterday but no one turned up. If I register a call back, they just give generic pap and keep rescheduling service technician slots.
