    Was looking for Jiofi JMR 1040 for so many days, as it was not available online. But thanks to Jio I received a call and now my issue is resolved, I will receive jiofi dongle tomorrow from local distributor. Thanks @reliancejio

    @JioCare Sorry but these are just vague replies. Even before the lockdown. I had complained to jio numerous times regarding this issue on twitter, email as well as customer care. Back in Nov, your representative assured me that my problem would be solved. But NOTHING has been done yet

    @reliancejio Truly, only upto this, 'change your handset or SIM slot and provide your complete address'. No more enquiries no more calls, nothing. #ridiculous customer support, want to learn how to handle customer queries then take class from #Airtel, I think you really need it.

    @JioCare I got Karthik's number (08050503082) who responded after 2 days and gave me Jagadeesh number. Jagadeesh told me he will get it repaired before EOD but he never responded later for 3 days. Worst service
