    The internet has become so bad that no website is opening and videos are not downloading, no action has been taken in spite of the complaint. State - Jharkhand City - Jamshedpur Village - Haldipokhar We have good airtel running from Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare it’s been 2 days have not been able to access the internet on my JioFiber.Spoke with the support team they say some beginner will visit your place today but no one came. Work is getting hampered. Please refund the amount if ure unable to provide service.

    @JioCare Service request number SR00001AC384. I recieved a phone call from a Local Jio executive he said my connection will be fixed by 5 PM. It's 5:30 PM now yet I haven't recieved any update. Please help.

    @JioCare your network is too slow for work specially during evening... Now don't ask to change the SIM slot or give any other rubbish excuses, just check your connection speed in this particular location. Really fed up of your network connectivity...

    @JioCare Stop all these & check your network services first before you blame our devices. Again you'll ask about our devices, and will suggest me to reboot it otherwise you'll ask to check the sim card on another device. Do you think we're fools?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service by team jamshedpur. I have booked a Jio fiber on 11th May but till now no response from any one ... I am calling to the sales person but they are not responding me , yesterday they committed me regarding installation & they took money .

    @JioCare Hi, it is not our problem that how many users are using in one place at the same time, if we are getting recharged, then we need good internet. At the time of recharging then it is not written that if more users are used in one place internet run slow...
