    @JioCare Service request number SR00001AC384. I recieved a phone call from a Local Jio executive he said my connection will be fixed by 5 PM. It's 5:30 PM now yet I haven't recieved any update. Please help.

    @JioCare The solution you have sent it to me is not working because the problem is not with my device the problem is with the network tower in our area and the technical team of yours in my area careless. So I can only suggest you that to check your technical team in my area. @JioCare

    @JioCare your network is too slow for work specially during evening... Now don't ask to change the SIM slot or give any other rubbish excuses, just check your connection speed in this particular location. Really fed up of your network connectivity...

    @JioCare I'm fed up with my frequent fiber interruptions (7 number of days in every month) but now I'm caught in a raise and resolution loop. Recharged with 199 Sachet valid for 7 days and the issue will be resolved in 24 hour. SR0000161ANJ- service request number.

    Before installing jio fiber, remember this thing, the jio fiber team of everyone does not make fun of work. @JioCare @reliancejio We were told this from Jio's call center itself, today I canceled it for 37 days but the attitude of Jio customer support team is such that the life.

    @JioCare Is there any time limit, that on particular period you'll face issue on network. Just like yesterday, again your network problem arises now. Before blaming someone's device, better you check your network. Disgusting services!!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare what a wonderful service u have, my Internet is down since yesterday, I raised a complaint, now I receive a call from Jio rep asking me to disconnect my existing connection and pay upfront for installation and security & take up a new connection. Seriously!!

    @JioCare one of the worst network service provider in Jamshedpur. And the customer care is also worst, they've not solved any single query. Just blamed my handset, sim-slot etc... Totally waste.

    @JioCare Stop all these & check your network services first before you blame our devices. Again you'll ask about our devices, and will suggest me to reboot it otherwise you'll ask to check the sim card on another device. Do you think we're fools?

    @JioCare Nothing to do in DM, yes obviously not only me, entire location is facing the same issue, ie. poor network services. Unable to understand whether you are providing 4G or 2G. Better you just check from your end, instead of blaming our devices.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service by team jamshedpur. I have booked a Jio fiber on 11th May but till now no response from any one ... I am calling to the sales person but they are not responding me , yesterday they committed me regarding installation & they took money .

    Jio fiber is the worst network in India. Here is the reason - I have installed jio fiber, services I get 10 days in one month. You raise complaint to local service provider but didn't get any update 😞 @JioCare @jio

    @JioMart_Support @JioCare you wanted to compete with Zepto Blinkit but in the recent times your delivery sucks. Its second time in my last 3 orders that 2 orders were delayed, today's order there is no update and chat bot is useless. I cannot cancel as well, get it delivered now

    Pathetic service from Fiber. Complaint already raised, yet nobody has come to resolve the issue. First the visit was rescheduled from 10 AM to 3 PM, and even then no one showed up. STOP GIVING FALSE TIMELINES. Repeated negligence like this is completely unacceptable. @JioCare

    @JioCare facing issue with jio fixed line number 061-52796583 . service always get disrupted when there is long light cut . Kindly arrange technician visit to change my odu orientation to to any other Tower. In 15 days 3 to 4 days no connectivity what's the use of Wi-Fi

    @JioCare no one to receive calls out courtesy when network outage on Air Fiber connection. Trying to call customer care but line gets disconnected automatically. Third class service. What digital era we are living in ! #noaccoutability
