    @DoT_India Do you know @reliancejio refuses to refund advance payments when they terminate Fiber broadband service? They laid cables without KEB permission and are now forcing a switch to AirFiber. I paid for physical fiber—give me what I paid for or refund my money! @JioCare

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, Please don't ask me to continue this over DM. I already know how that process goes. It always ends with the same scripted questions and requests for videos, screenshots, and proofs, followed by "Your complaint has been registered and will be resolved soon." But nothing actually changes. I've gone through this process many times. I don't have the time to repeat it anymore. Thank you.
