    @reliancejio very much network problem in kanpur dada nagar area . Even having 5g device and 5g recharge there never comes 5g network and some times 4g network also didn't work and same problems while on call tired to connect customer care but no solution plz look at the problem

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst network experience after porting. Signal is available but mobile data hasn’t worked since yesterday. Customer care only has a virtual assistant saying my data is exhausted how is that possible when data never worked from the start? Waste

    @JioCare @JioCare Imagine paying for a 6-month JioFiber plan and then having no internet for 6 days while complaints get auto-rescheduled and closed without visits. After all this, Jio says “no delay in resolution” and refuses compensation for the downtime. Disappointing service.

    @JioCare And the same false promises continues. There hasn't been any improvement in the internet service. Treat this as last month of using jio fibre. Thank you for your pathetic, 3rd class services. You people have forced us to change for Airtel fibre.
