    @JioCare @JioChat On complain, JIO service man asking for OTP. Now a days, when we give OTP to unknown person, they are making fraud to our bank accounts. Unless the call with JIO caller ID, we can not give OTP. Please set a system that your call should come with JIO id

    @reliancejio Sir, we want to install Jio tower in our village, all the villagers do it, but the network is not very good, only 1 signal comes in indoor.

    Greetings @reliancejio I had bought a jio connection at my relative's place. The remote has stopped working over two weeks even after changing the battery, please send someone who can get a extra remote with them that will work. Please help, thank you.
