    @JioCare @HardikAdhiya Poor Service @JioCare you dont care to provide the customer with the Complaint Number. response form customer service is temporary issue for 2 hrs . I heard this 5 times now ans its already 24 hrs since network went down. Chennai

    @JioCare no jio fiber internet for me for past 2 days now. I have raised multiple service requests and all have been falsely closed. Jio was fine for more than an year but not sure what happened to them now , sr no SR000016ZWV9,SR000016ZG2B. Please don't make me migrate..

    Hi @reliancejio I've sim from Gujarat which stopped working now and at the moment i'm in navi mumbai i checked about five stores in last 15 days but they don't have green global sim. Can you help me to get sim delivered, i can't receive important calls from last 15 days.

    @JioCare I've shared my number in DM but not very hopeful this time. As already I've spoken 2 different people in 2 days but still issue is unresolved. Anyways will wait for one more day but not after that. #Jiodown #outage
