    @jiocare @reliancejio has given 1000+ names to its bots but not a single engr on ground. Learn from @Airtel_Presence they are all humans and have a system in place not like ur bot messages. Issue at #Airtel are resolved in 24 hrs n ur is still pending for last 24 days. Pathetic

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You guys having worst network in Good signal Area... You guys telling it's a temporary issue but it's been whole 1 day... It's mistake that I had recharge to your slower then turtle network.. This is why @reliancejio have better trust...

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have done a recharge on my number on 14 sep , money got deducted but recharge not done....I waited but no w more than 10 days I neither got refund nor the recharge done. I am very upset with your customer care, very difficult to reach out. Please check

    @JioCare one of the worst service in Gurgaon. More than 24 hours up after taking connection, yet installation not done. Don't believe in their false promises of instant support. They don't give a damn if you have any work or not.

    I was able to use Jio Fiber 5Ghz wifi SSID on my Lenovo ideapad but since last few months it is not getting connected to 5Ghz SSID whereas all my other devices are connecting successfully. Can you please help in with this @JioCare @Lenovo_in @LenovoSupport
