    @reliancejio are you seriously trying to setup 5G systems or renaming 4G as 5G and giving it to public. I am getting 3G speed in 4G internet service on 5G mobile and tower is just 500 metre from my house. Please do something in local area. Address- Jamuniya, Shahganj, Jaunpur,Up

    @JioCare this is shubham I am unable to browse Twitter Snapchat and telegram and few other sites from Google ..but it is working through other sim network why this is happening

    @JioCare Jio AutoPay deducted money from my bank for a recharge but didn't do so. After many attempts at having the problem resolved, I'm more frustrated than ever bcos your customer care executives are hopeless. All they can do is repeat questions without understanding the issue

    @reliancejio from last 6-7 months i am complaining about network issue but by your team never received positive response and also network issue till date not fixed. very disappointed with your network.
