    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI Jio has been unnecessarily charging me for Netflix subscription which i have deactivated in Sept 2022.When i called the customer care services they said charges are correct and nothing can be done.I request the telecom authorities to help me in this

    I always wonder why people don’t make @reliancejio there first number. It got the answer. It’s a task to get through a real person on the customer care, first they will give you gyaan on what all are included in your plan and then no option to talk to a real person @JioCare

    @JioCare You can call and keep talking what I need is an solution for my problem where is that?? It doesn’t take 3 days to solve an internet problem?? I will wait until tomorrow morning 9:30, if you can resolve it, superb, if not please let me know how can I surrender the devices

    @JioCare Everytime I am given this same vague replies and no concrete resolution. Huge mistake that I ported out from Airtel to Jio for such sub standard network and more so for such pathetic service experience as no one in Jio ever listens. Such arrogance

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's frustrating time, taking twice the recharge but not given one single improvement in the jio... Everyday we are facing issue! I am not expecting such delay in service from Jio.. the more we raise whistle blow the more you are ignoring us big shame...

    @JioCare @JioFanClub @reliancejio I have raised an issue and complaint number was given , without anyone visiting the complaint is closed and I’ve got an sms saying problem resolved. How on earth is it possible to check hardware from the backend pathetic service I must say

    @JioCare @JioCare I think you misunderstood. I do NOT want the installation anymore due to the delay. I am explicitly requesting a CANCELLATION and REFUND for my order NO0001DTXLSO. Please do not send an engineer. Cancel my order immediately and process my ₹2221.46 refund.

    For the last 2 months, I have been facing slow internet issues almost every alternate day. I have contacted JioCare around 10 times, yet the issue remains unresolved. Today again, the CC executive asked me to simply switch off the router for 5–10 minutes and restart it.

    The Jio tower serving the Rajgarh area of Dibrugarh dist.(Lat: 27.221102, Long: 95.105603) has not been upgraded to 5G, & network issues have persisted for a long time. Kindly improve the service as residents are facing significant inconvenience. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioTowers
