    @JioCare @reliancejio this is happening second time. Suddenly internet and router stop working. And the best part is JIO service person will attend my request on 15th march? Seriously ? Soo fast ? dominance is dangerous in market ..its true. @HathwayBrdband was better. 😔

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

    Surprised to see @JioCare is using BOTs to respond to customer complaints. After sharing my contact details on DM I got a call from @reliancejio . Operator had no satisfactory answer. Later they are just sharing same messages repeatedly. No seniors involved. Unethical practice

Example: if ported out from any network, the receiptor network doesn't satisfy customer needs. Then, that person ironically bare services for 90days.Thats not fair. Please look into this

    @JioCare I used jio for long time but now I am fadeup I think jio is now most worthless service provider I pay for service but no speed only buffering not a single page open when I browse and when try to call someon multiple times try then call was connect
