@JioCare I am sorry to say so, you guys are such a farce! MTNL is lot lot better than you!! It’s better you guys sell petroleum products. Customer service is not your forte. 10 days n not even an engineer visit!!! Unimaginable in today’s world!!

@VodafoneIN we have no network in Nirlon Knowlege park, Goregaon mumbai 400063 area. Please restore the service asap. @airtelindia and @reliancejio it's good time for you to take the charge of the area by increasing connectivity. Btw there is very weak cnctivity of airtel n jio

Fed up with @reliancejio service. I am facing terrible data connectivity. The only thing working is sending text messages on WhatsApp, can't even send images and other media let alone using data-intensive applications. Going to port soon 🤞🏻

Today again no resolution to internet and the support guy was maybe attending call from his home, children were crying in background and people gossiping can be heard clearly. Guy had no clue to the service request. 48hrs and fibre still down @reliancejio

Terrible service from @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad, raised compln yesterday abt internet issue, still no response from Act. Call the customer service, got nothing. So raised new connection request to @reliancejio fiber connection, got it in a day. Thanks jio for saving my workday.
